I have so many good things to say about Celebrations by Brandi aside from being AMAZING! First off, she is an wonderful human being. I knew from the beginning that she was the one! Talking with her was like to talking to a girlfriend. She is genuinely kind, warm, fun, and easy to talk to over the phone. I regretted not hiring her from the beginning because I went with another wedding planner (The W Event Planner) due to budget, which was the biggest mistake ever! I ended up losing my deposit with the other event planner, but it was all worth it when I finally got the planner I really wanted from the beginning. I was very grateful that Brandi was still available for my wedding and that she was kind and understanding enough to take me back after explaining what had happened with the previous wedding planner I hired. After that it was history! Brandi became the person to go to for any and all advice (psychological stuff too!). It was so easy to see her as a friend. Being able to fully trust her with every detail of my wedding just made wedding planning that much more less stressful and made the whole process much more fun and exciting. Throughout the whole process Brandi was always available to help calm nerves and offer effective solutions to all problems, big and small. She was always on hand, day or night, to offer support and guidance. I found the enormity of planning a wedding rather overwhelming at times, while trying to live up to the expectations of myself and others. She took away this worry on so many occasions. Her eye for detail, focus on perfection and wealth of knowledge on all things wedding was invaluable. On the day she was by our side with her assistant Victoria, making sure everything ran smoothly, and we trusted their organization and decision making on our very special day. Two months before my wedding I received heartbreaking news that my original day-of-coordinator, whom I felt a deep connection with, tragically passed away. Her assistant was taking over her book of business and was double booked for a few weddings. I decided to seek out help, very last minute, in hopes of finding someone to step in. By the grace of God I found Brandi. I spoke with a few other coordinators but Brandi was so easy to talk to and really understood my vision. Brandi coincidentally knew, was friends with and worked with my original coordinator, so when she generously offered to help I knew that this was meant to be. She had never been to my venue, but she was doing a walk through later that week with another bride and already knew all the players at the location. I felt instantly at ease and her professionalism spoke volumes. Closer to my wedding date I was so scattered and trying to finish so many things at the last minute as I always do. Brandi called every one of my vendors and pieced together a timeline with minimal input from me. It was "by-chance" that we've discovered Celebrations by Brandi through The Knot website. Like many couples who were planning to have their wedding prior to the pandemic, the planning as well as the wedding date were postponed indefinitely. After multiple postponement, we've decided to finally have the wedding in 2022. There were many tasks that need to be completed prior to the wedding and we were overwhelmed. We've contacted multiple wedding coordinators to help us on our special day. It was a nerve wrecking experience to interview and select the proper vendor for your wedding. We simply don't know who can do a great job for us. But we were extremely happy to have chosen Brandi as our wedding coordinator because she is a genuine, caring and positive individual. During our interview with her, we've asked her if she is familiar with Asian tea ceremony that some couples do for their wedding. Although she is aware of the tea ceremony but she does not know the details of the ceremony. She told us "She is willing to understand the intricacy of the ceremony and help in any possible." Her frank answer, positive attitude, and willingness to help had won us over. We've have similar spirit as Brandi and made a connection with her. From the venue walk-through to the wedding rehearsal, Brandi was present and attentive to our needs and made sure our wedding party was aware of their roles. On our wedding date, Brandi and her assistant Kim was on time and ready to help us when we'd first arrived at the venue. They came with a warm and calm demeanor. We were in constant communication throughout the day and had no trouble dealing with the vendors as she was our point of contact. Our wedding decors were done on our own. We had a inventory list of decor and she was able to lay them splendidly without additional instructions. In fact, some of the decor layout were better executed than we had imagined. Our sweetheart table was amazing. Our guest sign-in table was amazing. The decor layout during cocktail hour was amazing. The decor layout throughout our ballroom was amazing. There was a mishap at the wedding which was not Brandi's fault. We had custom "Table Numbers" that we might had forgotten at home as part of our decor inventory. Luckily, Brandi was able to communicate with our cater and acquire other "Table Number" on a short notice so that we can get our guest properly situated for reception hours. We really appreciate Brandi for taking care of the situation. Our wedding event went smoothly. We can honestly say we actually got a chance to enjoy the wedding and be present with our family and guests without worrying much. Thank you Brandi for making our day extra extra special! I was looking for a wedding planner so I did what anyone would do and googled wedding planner. Celebrations by Brandi came up through Bark. And that's how I was lucky enough to find Brandi! I am so happy I did! I interviewed a few different planners but my gut told me to go with Brandi. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew she would be a great fit for me. Brandi is genuine, kind, caring and always had a positive attitude. I was struggling trying to figure out where to start and how to plan an amazing wedding on a not so amazing budget. Brandi made it all happen and then some! I had another venue set and Brandi knew it wasn't exactly what I wanted. She then found me the most amazing venue. It was perfect. Exactly what I wanted. Brandi is very organized and easy to talk to. It was like talking to a friend. She took care of all the important details and always made sure I was sticking to my budget. I also had a issue with the table numbers that I didn't even know I did until I got to venue the day of my wedding. But Brandi fixed it all, so we didn't have to worry. She made sure everyone in our wedding knew what to do the day of and also made sure our family members were comfortable with their roles. She would constantly check in to make sure all was good and if there was a problem that came up she would always be there to help talk it through and problem solve. YOU DON'T HAVE TO SEARCH ANY FURTHER, GO WITH BRANDI!! When I first reached out to Brandi, I mentioned I wanted a fall themed backyard wedding in less than 3 months. She really pulled it off and exceeded my expectations! She is 100% dedicated to her work and gives her absolute best. My husband and I have busy schedules so it was nice to have Brandi keep us on track with all of our vendors! She is resourceful and responded to all of our questions promptly. I seriously don't think our wedding would've turned out the way it did if it wasn't for all of her help! On the day of our wedding, I felt relieved and not stressed at all. Wedding season is a juxtaposition of so many emotions: excitement, joy, anxiety and stress alike. With so many things to consider, decide on, keep track of, it's really easy to get overwhelmed by it all. I wanted to take out sometime even though my schedule is crazy busy to thank Brandi for planning and organizing my daughters wedding. I was so worried about the event. We wanted it to be just perfect and from day one and she understood this. My daughter had a detailed vision for what her wedding should be. And Brandi honed in on every detail. The end result, the flowers, the table settings, the food, the schedule for the day of the wedding couldn't have went better. I saw my daughter's sample pictures and heard how she was explaining it and I was feeling like this wasn't possible.
