Brandi, our day of coordinator, & her assistant, Kim literally saved our big day, on more than 1 emergency situation! I cannot say enough great things about both of them! With Brandi, although we only hired her as our day of coordinator, she went above & beyond with our whole planning process. She helped me find new vendors for our dance floor when the original one I booked didn't have a big enough size, she followed up with our vendors, & the evening before our wedding, she directed our rehearsal. She was professional & came prepared, knew everyone's names without even meeting anyone before hand & printed copies of the order for everyone to reference. Our wedding was ALL DIY & on our big day, she knew the timeline & set up plans like the back of her hand - patiently coordinating my family for set up. She had GREAT ideas for activities to keep our guests engaged, & was flexible with our change of plans when we had to switch a few things around day of. She literally saved the day when my aunt didn't want to pick up the cake & coordinated one of my other family members to get it. Her planning, professionalism, & communication is OUTSTANDING! Kim, from the very beginning was friendly, enthusiastic, & truly just a joy to be around. Everywhere I looked, Kim was right there & always open to help - offering assistance, restocking food, picking up trash, she was always so helpful. We had a disco ball pinata that I over stuffed with candy so it actually broke when we were trying to put it up & Kim saved the day by scooping everything up, finding an amazon box, & decorating it with the remanence of the pinata! GENIUS!!! Our wedding activity was saved! Her ability to problem solve is SUPERB! (Side note, she also has her own flower business & does beautiful arrangements!) Brandi & Kim are literally THE BEST!!! Look no further, book Brandi & Kim right now!!! They will make your big day a DREAM COME TRUE & completely STRESS FREE!!! Thank you Brandi! Thank you Brandi! From the bottom of our heart, we thank you for coordinating our beautiful wedding! It was "by-chance" that we've discovered Celebrations by Brandi through The Knot website. Like many couples who were planning to have their wedding prior to the pandemic, the planning as well as the wedding date were postponed indefinitely. After multiple postponement, we've decided to finally have the wedding in 2022. There were many tasks that need to be completed prior to the wedding and we were overwhelmed. We've contacted multiple wedding coordinators to help us on our special day. It was a nerve wrecking experience to interview and select the proper vendor for your wedding. We simply don't know who can do a great job for us. But we were extremely happy to have chosen Brandi as our wedding coordinator because she is a genuine, caring and positive individual. During our interview with her, we've asked her if she is familiar with Asian tea ceremony that some couples do for their wedding. Although she is aware of the tea ceremony but she does not know the details of the ceremony. She told us "She is willing to understand the intricacy of the ceremony and help in any possible." Her frank answer, positive attitude, and willingness to help had won us over. We've have similar spirit as Brandi and made a connection with her. We've trusted that she will help us execute our wedding vision. Brandi was in constant communication with us leading up to our wedding date. She asked about our wedding vision and layout a wedding timeline for us. She offered her insight and ideas to many of the wedding tasks we needed to complete. Wedding planning can be overwhelming but her organization, communication and improvisation help us tremendously. We were very impressed with her communication with our other wedding vendors. We liked that she was able to convey our wedding vision to our other wedding vendors and held them accountable in executing that vision. From the venue walk-through to the wedding rehearsal, Brandi was present and attentive to our needs and made sure our wedding party was aware of their roles. On our wedding date, Brandi and her assistant Kim was on time and ready to help us when we'd first arrived at the venue. They came with a warm and calm demeanor. We were in constant communication throughout the day and had no trouble dealing with the vendors as she was our point of contact. Our wedding decors were done on our own. We had a inventory list of decor and she was able to lay them splendidly without additional instructions. In fact, some of the decor layout were better executed than we had imagined. Our sweetheart table was amazing. Our guest sign-in table was amazing. The decor layout during cocktail hour was amazing. The decor layout throughout our ballroom was amazing. There was a mishap at the wedding which was not Brandi's fault. We had custom "Table Numbers" that we might had forgotten at home as part of our decor inventory. Luckily, Brandi was able to communicate with our cater and acquire other "Table Number" on a short notice so that we can get our guest properly situated for reception hours. We really appreciate Brandi for taking care of the situation. Our wedding event went smoothly. We can honestly say we actually got a chance to enjoy the wedding and be present with our family and guests without worrying much. Thank you Brandi for making our day extra extra special! It was a beautiful wedding, we'd cried a lot, laugh a lot and enjoy every moment of it. We didn't want the wedding day to end. Your services have greatly exceeded our expectations. Your effort has brought us an awesome wedding. We truly believe this wedding has propel us with positive energy in the next phase of our lives. I was looking for a wedding planner so I did what anyone would do and googled wedding planner. Celebrations by Brandi came up through Bark. And that's how I was lucky enough to find Brandi! I am so happy I did! I interviewed a few different planners but my gut told me to go with Brandi. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew she would be a great fit for me. Brandi is genuine, kind, caring and always had a positive attitude. I was struggling trying to figure out where to start and how to plan an amazing wedding on a not so amazing budget. Brandi made it all happen and then some! I had another venue set and Brandi knew it wasn't exactly what I wanted. She then found me the most amazing venue. It was perfect. Exactly what I wanted. Brandi is very organized and easy to talk to. It was like talking to a friend. She took care of all the important details and always made sure I was sticking to my budget. Which is great because you get caught up in wanting it all for your wedding! Lol. She made an amazing sweet table for me, exactly how I envisioned it would be. I got so many compliments on it. I am Jewish and during our interview I was hoping Brandi had planned a Jewish wedding before. But she had not. But she was willing to learn. She did a lot of research and found us an amazing rabbi, coordinated the chuppah and all the other important details. And she created an amazing Jewish wedding for us. We got so many compliments on how wonderful the ceremony was and the overall wedding! I also had a issue with the table numbers that I didn't even know I did until I got to venue the day of my wedding. But Brandi fixed it all, so we didn't have to worry. She made sure everyone in our wedding knew what to do the day of and also made sure our family members were comfortable with their roles. She would constantly check in to make sure all was good and if there was a problem that came up she would always be there to help talk it through and problem solve. I can't say enough great things about Brandi. I am sad my day is over and I won't be talking to Brandi as often. If you are looking to plan a wedding, I HIGHLY recommend Brandi. She is really the best. Your beautiful wedding vision will come to life. THANK YOU so much for making our wedding so special.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO SEARCH ANY FURTHER, GO WITH BRANDI!! When I first reached out to Brandi, I mentioned I wanted a fall themed backyard wedding in less than 3 months. She really pulled it off and exceeded my expectations! She is 100% dedicated to her work and gives her absolute best. My husband and I have busy schedules so it was nice to have Brandi keep us on track with all of our vendors! She is resourceful and responded to all of our questions promptly. I seriously don't think our wedding would've turned out the way it did if it wasn't for all of her help! On the day of our wedding, I felt relieved and not stressed at all. Brandi and her team showed up early to set up everything for us. She even had her husband setup bistro lights in our backyard. That helped us save a lot of money and gave it that extra special touch. She really went above and beyond to make it all come together. Her sister Kim also helped with the flower arrangements and they turned out so beautiful! Kim was so sweet and kind. So glad I followed my gut and chose Brandi to help us plan our wedding!

The bridal suite and upstairs loft area was great for pre-ceremony photos and the main area (used for both cocktail hour and reception) was the perfect blend of elegance, rustic charm, and cute accents. They also have a photo booth which we and our guests (we ended up with 90 total) loved! The night went so smoothly (they went above and beyond by improvising a tie breaker for our shoe game with a twist, wrapping our tossing bouquet in flower tape last-minute, and letting us borrow items like a card box and dessert stands/cutlery. Our 6-week coordinator Jamie was an absolute superstar in helping us iron out those last little details, and she was a total sweetheart in all our meetings and text exchanges (she even sent us pictures she took at our wedding a few days later via text). I had previously worked with Creative Kids Parties for a Christmas party, so I decided to call them again. I was lucky enough to speak directly with the owner, Lisa. At first, she told me they didn't have those characters available, so I went ahead and booked Donald Duck and thought Minnie would be a great addition. But just a few hours later, Lisa called me back with the most incredible news -- her team was willing to create custom costumes for Pinocchio and the Blue Fairy just for my daughter's party! I was beyond excited -- truly over the moon. Lisa handled everything with such care, attention, and professionalism. She went above and beyond -- even attending the party herself to make sure everything ran smoothly. That level of dedication is rare and so appreciated. The characters -- Donald Duck and his assistants, along with Pinocchio and the Blue Fairy -- did an absolutely UNBELIEVABLE job. The kids were completely engaged, happy, and entertained the entire time. It truly felt magical. Lisa supported me so much throughout the process -- I honestly couldn't have done it without her. From the start she was organized, responsive, and just really on top of everything. Wedding planning can get overwhelming fast, but she always made us feel like things were under control. The day of the wedding she handled so much behind the scenes and kept everything moving smoothly without making anything feel rushed. You can tell she really cares about what she does and wants the day to go well for you. Having her there made a huge difference. The venue itself is beautiful. Driving in through the vine-covered entrance and seeing the Victorian house and gardens immediately sets the tone. It already has so much character that you don't need a ton of extra decor to make it look great, which our photographer loved because there were so many photo spots around the property. Everything on the venue flows really well too. Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all close together so guests never felt like they had to wander around trying to figure out where to go next. The bridal and groom suites were also really nice and gave us a place to relax and get ready before everything started. The staff were professional, organized, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the day which helped take a lot of pressure off us. We also liked that the venue allowed some flexibility with vendors and personalization so the wedding still felt unique to us. By the end of the night our guests kept telling us how beautiful the venue was and how much fun they had. Overall it was an amazing experience and we're really glad we chose The Estate.

She handled any little hiccups so quickly and checked in on us throughout the night to see if we needed anything. Our wedding turned out absolutely perfect, and our guests (and us!) still can't stop talking about how GOOD the food was. Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.
