    Tl;dr: Bonny is the best, we love her, and you should definitely book her for your event. Eric and I really didn't have much of a clue where to start or what we even wanted for our wedding. Luckily, in the early stages of planning, we found Bonny and our lives had been changed for the better. Booking Bonny was the best decision we made for our wedding. We had been directed to her by another wedding planner we had spoken to because we were looking for someone who could really help us from the ground up. After our first meeting with Bonny, we knew she was the one. She was so friendly, professional, and confident in her skills and what she had to offer for us to help us plan this wedding from scratch. Literally the next day, we booked her to be our full planner starting a little over a year from our wedding date and there was no turning back. Our planning process with Bonny went so smoothly, was generally stress free, and was also a ton of fun! Her company slogan is "where every detail matters" and she really delivers on this. She helped us create a vision and design for our wedding, went with us to taste testing for our caterer and cake/desserts, and introduced us to many of our now beloved vendors who helped make the vision come to life. She has great connections with many amazing vendors and they all trust and love working with her. She always worked with us to get us the details we wanted while keeping us as close to budget as possible. We also loved that we could turn to her for her highly trusted opinion whenever we weren't entirely sure about what we wanted. She was very responsive and made herself available to us by email and text. We never had a doubt about reaching her and getting a response from her in a reasonable time. Beyond the planning, it was also just so fun to get to know Bonny and for her to get to know us throughout the entire process. We loved every moment of planning and chatting with her! Unfortunately due to personal circumstances, she was unable to be there to coordinate our wedding day. However, we didn't even have to fret because she had already set up the best coordinator for us as well as an amazing B-Spoke team to help carry out our wedding day. Even though she couldn't be there, we still felt her support all day. She even texted us on our wedding day to get us excited, put us at ease knowing we were in good hands, and to remind us to enjoy and be present in every moment of the day. The wedding day itself could not have gone any more smoothly. We experienced no stress on that day, even running early on the schedule for most of the day so we had time to take extra photos, take breaks, and eat! This was a testament to all of the planning we did with Bonny, down to every item and minute accounted for in the day. She helped us put together a dream wedding team with everyone from the B-Spoke team and all our wonderful vendors to carry out exactly what we had envisioned. The day was perfect and if we could relive any day again, it would be our wedding day. Words cannot fully express how truly grateful we are to have had Bonny as our wedding planner. We went into this process with a planner and came out of it a happily wedded couple with an abundance of wonderful core memories and a new found friend. We love her and will definitely be booking her again for any future events! :)

    Bonny planned and coordinated my 40th Birthday Party and we are beyond pleased with the experience, outcome and memories. She was always responsive via email/text, kept us informed on vendors pricing/delivery/estimates and made last minute adjustments for us as plans shifted. Bonny paid particular attention to our meetings & discussions about the vibe and aesthetic and delivered above and beyond. We had a Fiesta themed party in our backyard with a balloon arch backdrop, taco cart, margarita bar, dessert area, popsicle vendor, watercolor artist and even coordinators who entertained the kids with games, activities and a fun pinata. Every detail did not go unnoticed. I am very detailed person myself and being able to let go and know that someone capable was handling every detail so I could truly enjoy the night with my family and friends was invaluable. Bonny's team ensured throughout that every need from our guests was met and as the night wrapped up, they cleaned up and left no trace behind. Our friends and family still rave about what a wonderful intimate party it was, and how much it really represented who we are. We recommend B-Spoke Events to everyone we can. Beyond having made wonderful memories with our circle of family and close friends, we left the experience with new friends in Bonny and her team.

    Bonny and her team delivered on our dream wedding. They were absolute professionals and a pleasure to work with. We had several in person and Zoom meetings to go over ideas, themes, details, and execution. She clearly knows what she's doing and will always come up with things we never thought of. She had a ton of vendors to recommend. On the day of, she executed our every wish perfectly and we did not have to worry about a single thing! That's the best thing to find in a coordinator: reducing stress and anxiety. I have to tell you that Bonny and her team does exactly that. She also speaks Vietnamese so it was so helpful when it came to managing our large Vietnamese family. Many of our guests have complimented us on finding such a great coordinator who knows how to make things happen and how to get people to do what they need to do and be where they need to be. She got us through our wedding vows, tea ceremony, photos with family, reception, cleanup, and got all our things back to us. She went above and beyond to pull off our dream wedding and we can't recommend her enough! Whether you have every detail already planned and you just need a day of coordinator, or if you have no idea what you want and require a lot of hand holding, Bonny is the person to go to and will move mountains to bring your your perfect event. We give her our highest recommendations.

    I have to say my wife and I didn't think we need a wedding planner. My parents convinced otherwise and our aunt who used Bonny before recommended her to us and she made our wedding day so much easier! She was able to commentate both my family our wishes for the wedding. I remember that day I asked Bonny for a mint and hold our wedding rings and she was there for it. She made sure we were hydrated. We had a wedding party of 400 people and made sure we stayed on schedule. Overall I couldn't be happier.

    I wanted everyone who was looking for a coordinator someone who knows exactly how things should run and who is organized and explains in detail of what is to happen than this is your person. Bonny was Amazing my wedding was August the 14 th and it was perfect Beautiful and ran so smoothly. I can't tell you that Bonny will go out of her way to make sure everything runs as perfect as possible. Her organization,timeline and making sure we had everything that we needed at our wedding to be at its best and was handled with Love and hard work by her team and herself.     Bonny is awesome! She was referred to us from our venue coordinator, Alyson, from The Ranch Events Center. She answered every email, text, and call I sent her way. From the initial planning to the day of the wedding, she helped make all our ideas and vision come to fruition. Bonny is super organized to the point when it came to finalizing details with our vendors, there was no need to. Our vendors received a detailed timeline from Bonny detailing when to show up to the venue to important times specific to each vendor. Some of my vendors told us that Bonny's timeline was the most detailed timeline they've ever seen and were grateful for it. Our guests were so impressed with how well organized the flow of our wedding and reception were. Bonny made our wedding day stress free and reminded us to take in the day and just enjoy our wedding.     Bonny and her team did an incredible job on our wedding day. B-Spoke Events went above and beyond and exceeded all our expectations! My husband and I at the time did not have a clue on how to plan a wedding. We thought we would be able to handle it on our own. After talking to many other couples, they could not stress enough that we NEEDED a planner. We are so thankful we got recommended to Bonny though our friends. We had several meet ups with Bonny to go through details and finalize timelines, placement, etc. She was always available to help us with ideas, recommended us to other trusted vendors, made sure we were on track with deadlines. Her team also created beautiful wedding invites and RSVP cards in both Chinese and Vietnamese custom to our theme. They were able to make matching seating chart, name cards, and table menus to help tie everything beautifully together. Bonny was there with us during rehearsals and guided us. On the day of the wedding, her team helped set up the sign-in table, dessert table, placement of the wedding programs, wedding favors, set up a beautiful chandelier backdrop behind our sweetheart table, and much more. She was very punctual with our timeline, coordinated with all our vendors, and simply help get things done. Her level of professionalism is phenomenal. We couldn't have done it without her. Due to all of B-Spoke events staff, we were able to enjoy a stress-free night, had fun with our friends and family, and had unforgettable memories. During the wedding, I had guests coming up to me to ask about our planner. I highly recommend B-Spoke events! Thank you so much for making our wedding day the best day ever.

    B-Spoke Events is a very professional and efficient company. They helped plan and execute the Moulton Museum grand opening, where we hosted almost 1,000 people over 2 days. Their commitment to excellence and out-of-the box problem solving were really outstanding. Their staff was motivated, well trained, and cordial. We will most certainly be using their services again. And we recommend that you contact them for your event.

    I don't ever write reviews but for B-Spoke Events, for Bonny, I VERY much wanted to write this. To my future brides, you will not go wrong with this team. Every step of the way during the process of wedding planning, Bonny and her staff will make it effortless. I think every mother/ mother-in- laws can be opinionated about wanting what's best for their daughters ... but I think MY mother is on another level. She can be very picky and difficult about decisions but the fact that Bonny made her visions come to life AND made it a pleasure working with her, speaks volume about Bonny's character and her devotion to her craft. For example, it was 9pm on a Friday night, the day before our wedding, and we came across a last minute change. Without hesitation, Bonny took on the task with such dedication in making our vision a reality. Let me tell you this...that care is something you NEED in your wedding planner. I can go on and on about my experience with B- Spoke but to prove to my fellow review readers, this is the text I sent to Bonny after our wedding day: "My hero and dearest Bonny, You were our light throughout the entire wedding reception. Your care, attentiveness, and proactiveness was something that exceeded my expectations. I can speak for James, myself, and my mother that we felt so safe with you. There were moments during the reception and every time a guest needed something or had a question, you were always there. You had this presence that, for me, felt you were holding our hands through and through. From the changes into the dresses, the words of affirmation/ encouragement, your professionalism, you very much took on the role of maid of honor. I didn't feel stress because you were beside us every step of the way. That's all you and your energy. Thank you. It was truly a pleasure working with you and team. Everyone was a delight! Although…read moreHeather communicated very well, there were a couple of incidents that I found slightly unprofessional: 1. I signed a contract with one of her staff as my wedding planner. Unfortunately, from my understanding, there were unexpected changes in the company, so Heather had to take over. However, Heather responded that she would make an exception for me and not charge me an additional $1000 for this change. With all due respect, I should not be financially penalized for changes that an owner experiences; especially since I already signed the contract that I financially agreed to. 2. I encountered a lot of life changes that disrupted my ability to move forward with a wedding that my brothers were supposed to be in. For instance, I had a depressed, suicidal brother, I had another brother leave for Japan for the Marines, and I had an uncle pass away. All vendors except for Heather were so kind to fully refund my deposits due to the situation. Unfortunately, Heather responded that she was still a businesswoman and was financially hurting, so she was in no place to offer a full refund. I basically paid Heather almost $500 to establish a simple contract. I already had all the vendors in place and organized, so this deposit was for nothing. Heather should not be held responsible for unexpected circumstances, but this wedding meant a lot to me. As a business owner, you should be able to compromise with your clients based on their situation. I could have easily used that deposit to help my family for the funeral. I find this situation absurd because I never wanted a wedding planner to begin with. Our wedding list was only 32 guests, but my fiancé insisted that we hire a planner because he did not want me to stress out. I admire him for caring, but this wedding was going to be a private and intimate event with very little management. I blame myself for hiring a wedding planner when I did not need one. It is unfortunate that Heather was thinking like a businesswoman and not a human being with empathy. Nonetheless, please make sure to ask about the refund policy for emergencies such as death, health, etc. Two stars are for her communication, but I can only evaluate Heather based on my experience with her before the wedding date. Therefore, I am unable to provide feedback for her day service since my wedding never happened. Has it ever occurred to you, Heather, that you had not heard from me in a year because I was busy dealing with other important things like planning a funeral? My wedding was the last thing on my mind. Also, I was not complaining about the charge that never happened, I am complaining about your response to your changes. There was no need to comment on that you are more expensive and won't be charging me. We could have proceeded forward with whatever it was we were doing. You contacted ONE venue and that is because they had YOU sign a contract with them. FYI, my pre-engagement photos were scheduled with the photographer I hired for my wedding and I was still refunded the full amount. This vendor did not work for free either and still managed to prioritize customer service over money. You are a business owner and have the liberty to do as you please, but you must have needed the money more than I did, so I hope my contributions helped your business. Nonetheless, well done on your communication. If you have a family member with a life-threatening illness or you have a medical condition that may require potential hospitalization, please do not hire Heather as your wedding planner as she will not refund you the deposit because not make exceptions for your situation simply because she does not "work for free." I found Heather through Yelp and let me say: she really understood my vision and kept it real with me on what i could and couldn't afford lol. Not to mention, I literally and honestly don't know how I could have enjoyed my wedding without Heather. Her and her assistant, Courtney, handled E V E R Y T H I N G on the day of our wedding at the Estate on Second and then some. If there was any sort of problem, she had the solution. If we needed a drink, she was there with mine and my husband's signature cocktails. If I was losing track of time, she made sure to gently push me along. She truly handled everything so that me and my husband could just have FUN and for that I am truly grateful.

    So happy we booked Heather for WTW's month-of package. We were actually looking for a day-of…read morecoordinator but after speaking with Heather, we realized that month-of would be more beneficial especially with vendor logistic/timing (plus WTW prices were reasonable). Heather saw us 2x before the big day: final venue walk through and our rehearsal day. She was super organized during those 2 days and helped guide us with our venue and corral our entire wedding party during the rehearsal. Heather also provided us with a day-of timeline, even for the hours she was not physically at the venue. On the wedding day, she arrived with Annaleise (team member) around 3pm and immediately got to work with the decor set up before our 6pm ceremony. All we had to do was hand over our room key and off they went! To be honest, we were so busy that day that if we didn't have Heather helping us out, I'm not sure how we could've accomplished what we needed to do. No amount of uncles and aunties could've done what WTW did in the same amount of time hah. Plus we had a cocktail hour "flip" during our ceremony, so having WTW help us during that time was crucial. At the end of the night, all our items were returned to vendors or packed away in the boxes we brought them in and stored in our room. During the month of, WTW used Google's suite to keep everything organized and documented, which I found very helpful since its a program that I am familiar with (vs learning a new program). And Heather also provides some rentals if you want to add more to your decor, which was also VERY helpful when we needed more candles and stands. Heather is professional, calm, and assertive. She knows what needs to be done to help make your day run smoothly and is a team player with the vendors and venue. For reference, our wedding was in Riverside, a church ceremony, 8 people in the wedding party, 120 guests, ~10 vendors, plated meals, and a hotel venue reception. We had a couple funky additions in the night which made the reception feel nontraditional, but Heather handled them like it was normal. We haven't received official pictures yet, but when we do, I hope to update this review so any new potential clients can see her magic. Thanks again!!

My wedding was in San Diego on a Saturday, and Tricia delivered the flowers on Friday morning to a family member in the OC. Not only did the flowers last until the next day, I got exactly what I wanted from Tricia but at a fraction of the price from other florists. Make sure the flowers stay in water and in a cool place. We were lucky that the hotel I was staying in allowed us to use their large kitchen fridge. Just make sure there aren't any fruits in the fridge; they emit a gas, which will wilt the flowers. She is about the closest thing you could get to a mind reader when planning your event. We were planning our event long distance so a lot of our coordinating was through email and phone, but she was always available to us and made so many suggestions that ended up being absolutely spot on for the vibe we wanted. Florals: I had a whimsical vision for my flowers and I wanted it to look like bursts of stars. I am lucky I didn't have any preferences on specific flowers, but Cindy gave a very detailed list of the florals she would use in our quote which I appreciated. As we progressed towards wedding day, she would advise if something would not work with our setup or plans and pivot accordingly. When I saw everything the morning of, it was soo beautiful against the blue sky. It looked elegant, gentle, and had that little bit of whimsy. Any floral decor for the tea ceremony was also transported to our reception where it was repurposed for the sweethearts table!! Coordination: There is a saying that if you didn't notice anything that means you had a good experience. Mostly for user experience in websites, but the same can be applied here. I'm an easily stressed out gal so I knew having a day-of-coordinator would be beneficial. There were logistics that were super important, but it would have never crossed my mind had Cindy not brought it to my attention. At the reception, Cindy and her team made sure to have it run as smoothly as it can. They took care of all the setup, communicated with the vendors, and cued us for the next event / activity so we could finish in a timely manner. Thinking back on the day, I didn't have to worry about a thing and just floated around like a jellyfish. Cindy is punctual, detail-oriented, friendly, and personable. Her team is just as kind and wonderful. They even helped me get a lil bug out of my dress without skipping a beat. I had such a wonderful experience with my wedding as someone who didn't think she needed one to be happy. I was able to focus on the love for my friends and family which is so important to me. From the moment we saw it, we knew it was something special--the space is absolutely beautiful and created the perfect backdrop for every part of our day. Shane helped us in the beginning and was so kind, making the early planning process feel exciting and stress free. But an even bigger thank you goes to Cameron. She is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cares about what she does. You can tell she loves her job, and it shows in how she supports her couples. She went above and beyond for us every step of the way, making sure everything came together perfectly and that we felt confident and taken care of throughout the entire process. We feel so lucky to have worked with Shane, Cameron and the 24 Carrots team. This venue gave us the chance to create our dream wedding, and we will always be grateful for such an amazing experience.

    I was looking for a place to hold a show, when a friend had told me about the colony house. I had…read morelooked at the overheads on Google maps, and was blown away by the size. Apparently, it used to be a club, but has now changed into a very high-end and cool venue for weddings or whatever type of event you want to have. One of the first thing you notice when you turn in is the amount of ample parking. There are two secured Gates that open up to a huge parking lot, definitely not cramped for sure. And it has plenty of handicap spaces which is very nice. Walking into the open air pavilion, is a real treat. What a great space! This would be a great place for outside dining, or having a band play out there and dancing, if you didn't want to be cooped up inside. Definitely tons of possibilities at this venue! Inside, there is a bar on one end and a stage on the other with a huge open area. This would be perfect for a wedding or something that's held inside, if you did not want to brave the elements outside. Company on site, and can pretty much do anything you need. And that's not all, there is an upstairs area that is perfect for an overflow room, or a VIP lounge, or just a place for say a wedding party to take a break, or anything you really want to do with it. It even has a nice little outside courtyard that you can sit and get some fresh air. I could almost write a book about how awesome this place is but suffice to say if you live in Orange county and are looking for a premier venue to have your event at, I don't think you could do any better than the colony House. Shraddha and Karan are the sweetest wife & husband team that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I booked Sprig and Ivy early into my wedding planning, and even though it was a long time away from our initial contact to the wedding day, Shraddha was so nice and sweet in checking up every so often to make sure I was doing ok. When it came down to the wire, WOW- They exceeded everything that you can ask for in having wedding coordinators for your wedding. They were on top of everything and anything! There were so many moments where I needed a breather, so they "snuck" me out to check out everything and get some air (because everyone was pulling me in different directions!). At one point, I really wanted to see my dessert bar, but couldn't get to it, so Karan took me through a "detour" for me to check it out on the other side before all the chaos ensued. They made sure everything was perfect from beginning to end, and I am SO happy for their amazing work ethics, wonderful personalities, and overall, just great people to have and surround yourself with.
