Bonny planned and coordinated my 40th Birthday Party and we are beyond pleased with the experience, outcome and memories. She was always responsive via email/text, kept us informed on vendors pricing/delivery/estimates and made last minute adjustments for us as plans shifted. Bonny paid particular attention to our meetings & discussions about the vibe and aesthetic and delivered above and beyond. We had a Fiesta themed party in our backyard with a balloon arch backdrop, taco cart, margarita bar, dessert area, popsicle vendor, watercolor artist and even coordinators who entertained the kids with games, activities and a fun pinata. Every detail did not go unnoticed. I am very detailed person myself and being able to let go and know that someone capable was handling every detail so I could truly enjoy the night with my family and friends was invaluable. Bonny's team ensured throughout that every need from our guests was met and as the night wrapped up, they cleaned up and left no trace behind. Our friends and family still rave about what a wonderful intimate party it was, and how much it really represented who we are. We recommend B-Spoke Events to everyone we can. Beyond having made wonderful memories with our circle of family and close friends, we left the experience with new friends in Bonny and her team.
Tl;dr: Bonny is the best, we love her, and you should definitely book her for your event. Eric and I really didn't have much of a clue where to start or what we even wanted for our wedding. Luckily, in the early stages of planning, we found Bonny and our lives had been changed for the better. Booking Bonny was the best decision we made for our wedding. We had been directed to her by another wedding planner we had spoken to because we were looking for someone who could really help us from the ground up. After our first meeting with Bonny, we knew she was the one. She was so friendly, professional, and confident in her skills and what she had to offer for us to help us plan this wedding from scratch. Literally the next day, we booked her to be our full planner starting a little over a year from our wedding date and there was no turning back. Our planning process with Bonny went so smoothly, was generally stress free, and was also a ton of fun! Her company slogan is "where every detail matters" and she really delivers on this. She helped us create a vision and design for our wedding, went with us to taste testing for our caterer and cake/desserts, and introduced us to many of our now beloved vendors who helped make the vision come to life. She has great connections with many amazing vendors and they all trust and love working with her. She always worked with us to get us the details we wanted while keeping us as close to budget as possible. We also loved that we could turn to her for her highly trusted opinion whenever we weren't entirely sure about what we wanted. She was very responsive and made herself available to us by email and text. We never had a doubt about reaching her and getting a response from her in a reasonable time. Beyond the planning, it was also just so fun to get to know Bonny and for her to get to know us throughout the entire process. We loved every moment of planning and chatting with her! Unfortunately due to personal circumstances, she was unable to be there to coordinate our wedding day. However, we didn't even have to fret because she had already set up the best coordinator for us as well as an amazing B-Spoke team to help carry out our wedding day. Even though she couldn't be there, we still felt her support all day. She even texted us on our wedding day to get us excited, put us at ease knowing we were in good hands, and to remind us to enjoy and be present in every moment of the day. The wedding day itself could not have gone any more smoothly. We experienced no stress on that day, even running early on the schedule for most of the day so we had time to take extra photos, take breaks, and eat! This was a testament to all of the planning we did with Bonny, down to every item and minute accounted for in the day. She helped us put together a dream wedding team with everyone from the B-Spoke team and all our wonderful vendors to carry out exactly what we had envisioned. The day was perfect and if we could relive any day again, it would be our wedding day. Words cannot fully express how truly grateful we are to have had Bonny as our wedding planner. We went into this process with a planner and came out of it a happily wedded couple with an abundance of wonderful core memories and a new found friend. We love her and will definitely be booking her again for any future events! :)
Bonny and her team delivered on our dream wedding. They were absolute professionals and a pleasure to work with. We had several in person and Zoom meetings to go over ideas, themes, details, and execution. She clearly knows what she's doing and will always come up with things we never thought of. She had a ton of vendors to recommend. On the day of, she executed our every wish perfectly and we did not have to worry about a single thing! That's the best thing to find in a coordinator: reducing stress and anxiety. I have to tell you that Bonny and her team does exactly that. She also speaks Vietnamese so it was so helpful when it came to managing our large Vietnamese family. Many of our guests have complimented us on finding such a great coordinator who knows how to make things happen and how to get people to do what they need to do and be where they need to be. She got us through our wedding vows, tea ceremony, photos with family, reception, cleanup, and got all our things back to us. She went above and beyond to pull off our dream wedding and we can't recommend her enough! Whether you have every detail already planned and you just need a day of coordinator, or if you have no idea what you want and require a lot of hand holding, Bonny is the person to go to and will move mountains to bring your your perfect event. We give her our highest recommendations.
I have to say my wife and I didn't think we need a wedding planner. My parents convinced otherwise and our aunt who used Bonny before recommended her to us and she made our wedding day so much easier! She was able to commentate both my family our wishes for the wedding. I remember that day I asked Bonny for a mint and hold our wedding rings and she was there for it. She made sure we were hydrated. We had a wedding party of 400 people and made sure we stayed on schedule. Overall I couldn't be happier.
Bonny is awesome! She was referred to us from our venue coordinator, Alyson, from The Ranch Events Center. She answered every email, text, and call I sent her way. From the initial planning to the day of the wedding, she helped make all our ideas and vision come to fruition. Bonny is super organized to the point when it came to finalizing details with our vendors, there was no need to. Our vendors received a detailed timeline from Bonny detailing when to show up to the venue to important times specific to each vendor. Some of my vendors told us that Bonny's timeline was the most detailed timeline they've ever seen and were grateful for it. Our guests were so impressed with how well organized the flow of our wedding and reception were. Bonny made our wedding day stress free and reminded us to take in the day and just enjoy our wedding. Thank you Bonny and the B-Spoke Events team for helping us have the best wedding ceremony and reception we could ever ask for!
Bonny and her team did an incredible job on our wedding day. B-Spoke Events went above and beyond and exceeded all our expectations! My husband and I at the time did not have a clue on how to plan a wedding. We thought we would be able to handle it on our own. After talking to many other couples, they could not stress enough that we NEEDED a planner. We are so thankful we got recommended to Bonny though our friends. We had several meet ups with Bonny to go through details and finalize timelines, placement, etc. She was always available to help us with ideas, recommended us to other trusted vendors, made sure we were on track with deadlines. Her team also created beautiful wedding invites and RSVP cards in both Chinese and Vietnamese custom to our theme. They were able to make matching seating chart, name cards, and table menus to help tie everything beautifully together. Bonny was there with us during rehearsals and guided us. On the day of the wedding, her team helped set up the sign-in table, dessert table, placement of the wedding programs, wedding favors, set up a beautiful chandelier backdrop behind our sweetheart table, and much more. She was very punctual with our timeline, coordinated with all our vendors, and simply help get things done. Her level of professionalism is phenomenal. We couldn't have done it without her. Due to all of B-Spoke events staff, we were able to enjoy a stress-free night, had fun with our friends and family, and had unforgettable memories. During the wedding, I had guests coming up to me to ask about our planner. I highly recommend B-Spoke events! Thank you so much for making our wedding day the best day ever.
I wanted everyone who was looking for a coordinator someone who knows exactly how things should run and who is organized and explains in detail of what is to happen than this is your person. Bonny was Amazing my wedding was August the 14 th and it was perfect Beautiful and ran so smoothly. I can't tell you that Bonny will go out of her way to make sure everything runs as perfect as possible. Her organization, timeline and making sure we had everything that we needed at our wedding to be at its best and was handled with Love and hard work by her team and herself. I would definitely recommend Bonny to anyone who is looking for a wedding coordinator wedding planner.. Thank you Bonny for all your hard work...
B-Spoke Events is a very professional and efficient company. They helped plan and execute the Moulton Museum grand opening, where we hosted almost 1,000 people over 2 days. Their commitment to excellence and out-of-the box problem solving were really outstanding. Their staff was motivated, well trained, and cordial. We will most certainly be using their services again. And we recommend that you contact them for your event.
I don't ever write reviews but for B-Spoke Events, for Bonny, I VERY much wanted to write this. To my future brides, you will not go wrong with this team. Every step of the way during the process of wedding planning, Bonny and her staff will make it effortless. I think every mother/ mother-in- laws can be opinionated about wanting what's best for their daughters ... but I think MY mother is on another level. She can be very picky and difficult about decisions but the fact that Bonny made her visions come to life AND made it a pleasure working with her, speaks volume about Bonny's character and her devotion to her craft. For example, it was 9pm on a Friday night, the day before our wedding, and we came across a last minute change. Without hesitation, Bonny took on the task with such dedication in making our vision a reality. Let me tell you this...that care is something you NEED in your wedding planner. I can go on and on about my experience with B- Spoke but to prove to my fellow review readers, this is the text I sent to Bonny after our wedding day: "My hero and dearest Bonny, You were our light throughout the entire wedding reception. Your care, attentiveness, and proactiveness was something that exceeded my expectations. I can speak for James, myself, and my mother that we felt so safe with you. There were moments during the reception and every time a guest needed something or had a question, you were always there. You had this presence that, for me, felt you were holding our hands through and through. From the changes into the dresses, the words of affirmation/ encouragement, your professionalism, you very much took on the role of maid of honor. I didn't feel stress because you were beside us every step of the way. That's all you and your energy. Thank you. It was truly a pleasure working with you and team. Everyone was a delight! Best believe if there are any future weddings in our families, we're sending them your way! "

Are you looking for a coordinator/event planner to just make sure that you're checking off EVERYTHING?! Look no further. You've came to the right place lol! Every time she steps into the room you just feel her vibrant energy! She's always early to events and makes sure everyone is doing well. And if something happens, she goes above and beyond her role to ensure it goes smoothly. For example, something had happened with our brides breakfast order, she called the company had it fixed and got us cookies!! Thank you Bonny for being so detailed, prompt, compassionate, and just fun!! read more

Words truly cannot express how amazing Bonny is! Bonny helped bring our wedding vision to life from a completely empty house into a beautiful venue. She worked tirelessly to make sure all the details were taken care of, even down to making sure my husband's chapstick and eyedrops were at the sweetheart table for dinner (I don't even think I would think of this as his wife lol). The wedding day was so seamless and stress free for my husband and me. We honestly had the most amazing time at our wedding since we got to enjoy every minute of it because Bonny and her team managed everything so skillfully. Our guests still talk about our wedding months later and tell us it was the most organized wedding they've ever attended. Choosing B-Spoke Events for our wedding was the one of best decisions we've ever made! read more

My wife and I got married back in 11.09.19, Bonny by far was the most essential aspect of putting our perfect day together, she worked throughly and diligently with all our vendors she went above & beyond to ensure that we had our perfect day and importantly she really got to know who we are in-order to construct our wedding day. If it was up to me everyone should hire Bonny for their day! So hurry up and book... because of her skills I cannot foresee her being free for much longer :) and tbh if I could give her a higher review I would! She's absolutely the best! read more

On our wedding day, everything went smoothly. She was very detail oriented, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for us. Our wedding was nothing short of being amazing because of Bonny. Bonny is one of the best wedding planners and coordinators you can find in the wedding industry. It was my wife's idea to get a wedding coordinator and I'm so glad she did! Bonny was a huge help in organizing our wedding. I didn't realize there were so many small details to the ceremony, reception and especially the tea ceremony that I would've missed if not for Bonny. Everything ran on schedule and we had a superb wedding. I highly recommend Bonny as anyone coordinator especially for Vietnamese or Asian weddings. read more

We hired a day-of coordinator mostly to do set up for the reception, but the team at B-Spoke ended up being indispensable. I could not imagine making it through the day without them and they deserve major credit for my wedding day being perfect. The high level of service at such a reasonable price is a no-brainer - I totally recommend booking them. During planning, we met with Bonny twice to go over the prep and to keep me on schedule. She gave great referrals for the florist, make up artist, and photographer, all of which I ended up using. She provided a detailed day-of schedule and sent it out to my vendors and wedding party. We found out a couple of weeks before the wedding that Bonny would not be there due to health reasons. She said this was the first time she had missed a wedding. We were not happy about this change at first, but working with Allison from her team ended up being a dream. Allison started at our first look and didn't leave until the end of the reception. She was so sweet and helpful the entire time, in a way that was unobtrusive and not demanding but still totally on top of everything. She took care of everything we expected and went above and beyond. She kept our dog company so he wouldn't bark throughout the ceremony and ended up taking one of our favorite pictures of him. She kept us moving from table to table during the photos so that we wouldn't run out of time. Without me thinking of it, she used my cell phone to take a video of our first dance so I could have that keepsake. When the groom's boutonniere fell apart, she made a new one. Doug did an amazing job setting up the reception site with little direction from us, everything was perfect. The décor, name cards, table numbers, photographs, signage, cake, etc. Our gifts and card box, as well as décor we were taking home, all made it into my sister's car without me having to say a word. I literally didn't have to pay attention to anything except the present moment because Doug and Allison took care of everything. The only fumble I could think of was extremely small. There was some confusion about contacting the vendors. I thought part of their job was to confirm with the vendors a day or two before, but no one called the bakery and the cake ended up two hours late. That's not Bonny's fault, but maybe a misunderstanding between us about who would be responsible. I also want to say that I loved having an Asian team to work with who understands my crazy Asian family. I also appreciate that one of the featured weddings on their site is of two gay men. In conservative Orange County full of white women wedding planners, I appreciate the diversity of B-Spoke. read more

Bonny is amazing, flat out. I was given her information, recommended for her attention to detail and boy is that right. From the first time we spoke she never pressured me, even when I told her I was working within a particular budget and wanted a particular, eclectic look -- there were lots of details to work out since we were having it at a private venue, but Bonny went above and beyond to make sure it was how we envisioned and still on budget. The wedding was so absolutely gorgeous and bohemian, just as we wanted it! Everyone commented on how transformed the backyard was, just amazing :) She was extremely responsive through-out the entire process, no matter the question I had. She also had some great vendors that were able to meet our needs. Bonny had an extremely detailed timeline that really kept everything and everyone on track. As a person, Bonny is so so sweet! She even got us a small gift for our wedding, totally a surprise. The best part is her day-of service... I remember arriving and simply being told there was no need for us to worry about anything, such a relief! Everything went off without a hitch, all on time, perfect :) read more

Bonny was our wedding coordinator. It was an amazing event and she knew how to cater to your needs. She is very professional but at the same time she makes you feel at ease. Bonny was able to adapt to the situations that came last minute and made sure that the event ran smoothly. We 've had nothing but wonderful comments in regards to our wedding. She is detail oriented and understands her clients needs. Along with Chez Rose Floral Designs my wedding day was just absolutely amazing. My husband and I firmly believe that with large events a coordinator is a great investment to help ease wedding woes. Thank you so much Bonny! Working with Bonny was an absolute dream! From helping us plan our entire tablescape to simply calling vendors to ask a quick question for us, Bonny was able to make our wedding planning process as stress-free and fun as possible. As someone who is completely inept in design, I was blown away that Bonny could take a few of my Pinterest pictures and turn them into the exact vision of my dream wedding. What I really enjoyed the most about working with Bonny was how personal she made the wedding planning process. While most event planners only see numbers, vendors, and decorations, Bonny truly gets to know her clients on a personal level and does all she can to include your personalities in the design. We can't wait to work with her again for our events in the future. read more

Firstly, I am a big fan of B-spoke Events. I have used this company, several times for my friends baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties etc. I do not consider myself very creative when it comes to planning parties or events, and find the whole affair quite overwhelming at times. A friend recommended this company and I have never looked back. Bonny is extremely creative and unique with her ideas. I give her suggestions and she runs with it, and comes up with ideas I have not thought of, or even seen on Pinterest!! From color suggestions, food ideas, to themes, Bonny has the answers. When I use Bonny to help me plan an event, not only are the themes creative, but every detail is thought of, and each party has ran smoothly, and has been planned out perfectly. Another reason I continue to have Bonny plan my events, is the feedback I have received from my friends and family. It is so positive and I always have a satisfied group, they leave with a full belly and do not stop talking about all the details.... that I sure cannot take credit for! Bonny is extremely punctual, so all details are planned with perfect timing, this cuts out any stress. Knowing I had used B-Spoke Events myself on several occasions, My friends requested Bonny to plan my baby shower earlier this year. As an added bonus, they managed to get Bonny to cater my event (not a typical service). I was so impressed by the creativeness of her food choices...I will post pictures. It was Safari themed food. Truly delicious and I know Bonny received compliments from everyone. I have attended a couple of weddings that have used B-Spoke Events and I was very impressed. Some weddings can be delayed and have a sense of chaos. These were the opposite, on time, and ran very smoothly. I only wish they were around when I got married... If you want help with an event, stress free, creative ideas, punctual and a professional service, I highly recommend using B-Spoke Events. Enjoy and don't look back!! read more

B-Spoke Events was truly incredible! Led by the ever-focused and always detailed Bonny - B-Spoke Events made sure to create the perfect day for my wife and I. Our ceremony and reception was held at Wintersburg Presbyterian Church, where I have attended for over a decade. More than 100 of our guests and helpers are members of the church or have spent significant time there. It was amazing how seemingly every one of them made it a point to tell my wife and I that the Social Hall no longer looked like the dimly lit and cavernous space that it once was. Bonny took full advantage of her vendor relationships and her keen eye to transform WPC into a glorious place for my wife and I to begin our lives together. We could not have asked for any more! Plus, my wife and I did not worry about a single detail the whole day! Everything was handled behind the scenes by B-Spoke Events. PLUS, she worked within our budget the whole time...I like that ;) My wife and I cannot stop talking and reflecting on how special our day was and how important it was that the space looked as it did, the day flowed as it did, and our guests enjoyed as they did. Without Bonny and the rest of the B-Spoke Events team (+ all of the vendors that are readily leveraged), this would not have been possible. It was the best day of our lives and we would not have done it any differently. -Lawrence T. (wedding on 12/3/16) read more
