I did not host a big event here, but this would be a great event venue! I was here with nine other girls to have afternoon tea together. Because there were more than 6 people, we had to place a $100 deposit. We also had to choose the same tea package for everyone. The event coordinator recommended the Spring Tea Luncheon Package, which was $34 per person. Then we got two tea pots of three different teas for the table. The total charge included a 15% gratuity. -The sandwiches were the favorite of the group. The scones were huge and hard to finish. The desserts were meh. -We enjoyed the beach blossom oolong and vanilla almond teas. The lobby is beautiful with a piano, a display of teacups and teapots. They even have hats and fascinators that you can wear to take photos. It was easy to plan. I feel like the event coordinator is very organized. I would host events here because of this major plus. Another great thing about Springfield is they have their own parking lot, and there is plenty of parking! Turn into the lot from Chapman. There are stairs to get to the second floor, but there is also an elevator. Credit card/Apple pay accepted. Bathroom available.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I hosted my bridal shower here for 25 people and was given the Azalea room.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The bridal shower package included tablescapes, multiple sandwich selections, 3 tea flavors, scones, and mini desserts. The packages are for 2.5 hour windows with 30 mins before and after to set/clean up. I was never given the included bride-to-be sash however everything else included in the package was provided! The staff was helpful when we could find them but stopped by for refills infrequently. I overall enjoyed my experience and would look to book my next tea-themed event here again!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]this is such a cute tea house in downtown fullerton![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]it is great for a small group or bigger party (like a bridal shower).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]the location is a bit hidden - it is at the harbor blvd/chapman intersection on the second floor of a banquet hall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] the staff is always really friendly and provides quick service. they have a really wide selection of teas, we are always able to find something we like. they have the classic tea sandwiches, scones, and desserts. i really enjoy the sandwiches and scones, but wish the desserts were a little better.

What a FUN day at the tea house! From the yummy warm scones to the fabulous tea sandwiches - everything we ate was fantastic! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor was so adorable, there was just a lightness about the place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were not rushed with our tea and our server let us take our time trying everything. Can't wait to go back again soon!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambience is as you would imagine. So cute and light and open.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Once you get to the actual tea room it looks so cute.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server was very sweet, always checking if we needed anything, always making sure our experience was grand. The food was almost too much, but my favorite was the scones. They were huge and warm and delicious!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I recently planned a birthday party here and this place is absolutely beautiful. It was even more charming that I expected[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. It was my first time here so I was nervous, but the service was extremely kind and attentive. The booking coordinator was very thorough about explaining the packages and expectations. When we arrived to the venue, all the staff was friendly and sweet. We rarely had to ask for anything because they would consistently anticipate our needs and refill out tea. The tea selection was impressive - we chose the Jasmine Green tea, vanilla almond, and hibiscus raspberry and all were delicious. The desserts and sandwiches that were paired were also tasty. I would definitely come back and recommend coming here for afternoon tea or booking for a special occasion. The best part is there is free parking in the parking lot for all your guests!

I have been here about 3 times, and overall I have enjoyed the tea experience! Today's visit was for a mom's valentine exchange and it was a lot of fun and I loved using the bridal suite for a private tea room experience! The teas were very delicate and nice. We got the traditional earl grey, raspberry hibiscus and Almond Coconut Macaroon. Loved the teas, especially the coconut macaroon; it has soft airy aftertaste. The food is comprised of different types of sandwiches, but it is very light, so if you are a big eater like myself, you might want to make plans to eat more later. My friend enjoyed the desserts as there is a variety to try from, you can see what suits your taste buds. As for the service, they tend to be quite busy, so you may need to be proactive on asking what you need. But, they will do their best to fulfill your requests. I enjoyed my time here fun for a girls tea time

My sister and I enjoyed a cute little Galentine's date here on a Sunday morning. We had a reservation, but there was only one party alongside us at the time we were seated. They have 3 different options for Afternoon Tea which are the Spring Tea, Garden Tea, and Royal Tea options. We chose the Spring tea and quite enjoyed the sandwiches that included an avocado cream cheese one, caprese with pesto, chicken salad with sun dried cranberries, egg salad, and cucumber dill with cream cheese. They were all so tasty, but my favorite was the chicken salad with cranberries. It was the perfect mix of seasoning with the chicken and the cranberries added a nice touch of sweetness. I wanted more haha. The tier also included scones and desserts. I'm not usually a huge fan of scones, but these were so delicious. I believe they had raspberries in them and the additional fresh cream with jam on the side elevated the experience. Out of the desserts, my favorite was the tiramisu. We also got to choose a flavor of tea with our own pot. My sister enjoyed her peach blossom while I loved my earl grey. Overall, we had such a lovely time, staff were so friendly, attentive, and we'd love to return in the future with more family members!

We called and made reservations to come to high tea on the Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend. The tea room is upstairs and there was an elevator and ramp for accessibility. The room was bright and each teapot and teacup was so cute. We did the spring tea set and got teas with refills and several finger foods. The quality of the tea was great and the little foods were really good! It's a surprising amount of food and ended up being too much for us to finish so the workers provided boxes for us to take leftovers in. I enjoyed my experience here and would definitely come back. Don't be afraid to dress up!

I was with a large group on a very busy Sunday. It seemed as if the whole place was full. We had a preselected menu by our organizer. 3 flavored teas were brought out first then the tea trays . Traditional tea sandwiches were provided, then scones and sweet treats. Everything was fresh and tasty. The scone was soft , tasty and lightly sweetened. The scones came with cream and jam. Sandwiches were tasty and filling. However since the place was booked we could only stay 90 minutes and not linger over tea and company. When making reservations check to see how long you can stay.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I wish the rooftop patio was open but maybe it's bc it was January.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Sandwiches were yummy, got too full to try the desserts. The peach blossom tea was my fav. Service was okay

Parking is very tight here. We walked in, and the bobarista was very honest that they ran out of ice. We asked her if the drinks were still chilled, which she said yes, and we continued to make our orders at the kiosk. We sat down and waited for our drink. Eventually, a staff member brought in ice, so we were lucky for that! I waited for my drink which took about 7 minutes. When I heard my drink get called, another patron actually took my milk tea and started drinking it. Although I had placed an order before them, I assumed it might not have been mine. The bobarista looked at me with wide eyes and asked me what I had ordered. We realized that the person absolutely grabbed the wrong beverage. Instead of making it a big deal, the bobarista decided to make me a new one. This automatically made the service excellent; she had quick problem solving skills and figured out what had happened. In addition, my milk tea was delicious. I had ordered their cookies and cream milk tea. It had Oreo and cookie bits with foam at the top. Their boba was also perfectly sweet with a great consistency. I absolutely recommend coming here if you're in the area!

I ordered the Sunright Boba Milk Tea through the self-order kiosk, which normally comes with boba. When I received my drink, I noticed there wasn't any boba in it. I waited until someone was available to ask, and the employee told me they were out of boba. My issue wasn't that they had run out... things happen. It was that there was no indication of this on the kiosk, and no one informed me before making my drink. I've had a similar situation at another Sunright location in DTLA when they were out of boba, but they let me know before preparing my order so I could decide whether I still wanted the drink or wanted to change it. That's the kind of customer service I was expecting. When I mentioned that I wished I'd known before ordering, the employee apologized, but it felt so dismissive, as though it wasn't really a concern and they wanted to get back to what they were doing. If you're out of a core ingredient like boba, especially at a boba shop, there should be a notice on the kiosk or customers should be told before their drinks are made. It would save customers from disappointment and make for a much better experience.
