I hosted my bridal shower here for 25 people and was given the Azalea room. The bridal shower package included tablescapes, multiple sandwich selections, 3 tea flavors, scones, and mini desserts. The packages are for 2.5 hour windows with 30 mins before and after to set/clean up. I was never given the included bride-to-be sash however everything else included in the package was provided! The staff was helpful when we could find them but stopped by for refills infrequently. I overall enjoyed my experience and would look to book my next tea-themed event here again!

My second time here with my lady friend. This place is lovely. We both love tea. I would rather be serving her tea. I really need to get a tea service, I have a uniform lol. I believe we both had the Spring Tea which comes with a tower of goodies. Everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed ourselves. My friend said there's several rooms and can have many events. Guys, this is a nice place to take your lady that I know she will love

I did not host a big event here, but this would be a great event venue! I was here with nine other girls to have afternoon tea together. Because there were more than 6 people, we had to place a $100 deposit. We also had to choose the same tea package for everyone. The event coordinator recommended the Spring Tea Luncheon Package, which was $34 per person. Then we got two tea pots of three different teas for the table. The total charge included a 15% gratuity. -The sandwiches were the favorite of the group. The scones were huge and hard to finish. The desserts were meh. -We enjoyed the beach blossom oolong and vanilla almond teas. The lobby is beautiful with a piano, a display of teacups and teapots. They even have hats and fascinators that you can wear to take photos. It was easy to plan. I feel like the event coordinator is very organized. I would host events here because of this major plus. Another great thing about Springfield is they have their own parking lot, and there is plenty of parking! Turn into the lot from Chapman. There are stairs to get to the second floor, but there is also an elevator. Credit card/Apple pay accepted. Bathroom available.

Booked the princess party package for my daughter's 6th birthday in the bridal suite. Hands down, the staff were so kind and attentative. I provided some outside decorations, but the room looked lovely even without it! I loved the selection of food and teas.

What a FUN day at the tea house! From the yummy warm scones to the fabulous tea sandwiches - everything we ate was fantastic! The decor was so adorable, there was just a lightness about the place. We were not rushed with our tea and our server let us take our time trying everything. Can't wait to go back again soon!

My sister and I enjoyed a cute little Galentine's date here on a Sunday morning. We had a reservation, but there was only one party alongside us at the time we were seated. They have 3 different options for Afternoon Tea which are the Spring Tea, Garden Tea, and Royal Tea options. We chose the Spring tea and quite enjoyed the sandwiches that included an avocado cream cheese one, caprese with pesto, chicken salad with sun dried cranberries, egg salad, and cucumber dill with cream cheese. They were all so tasty, but my favorite was the chicken salad with cranberries. It was the perfect mix of seasoning with the chicken and the cranberries added a nice touch of sweetness. I wanted more haha. The tier also included scones and desserts. I'm not usually a huge fan of scones, but these were so delicious. I believe they had raspberries in them and the additional fresh cream with jam on the side elevated the experience. Out of the desserts, my favorite was the tiramisu. We also got to choose a flavor of tea with our own pot. My sister enjoyed her peach blossom while I loved my earl grey. Overall, we had such a lovely time, staff were so friendly, attentive, and we'd love to return in the future with more family members!

Ambience is as you would imagine. So cute and light and open. Once you get to the actual tea room it looks so cute. Our server was very sweet, always checking if we needed anything, always making sure our experience was grand. The food was almost too much, but my favorite was the scones. They were huge and warm and delicious!

I recently planned a birthday party here and this place is absolutely beautiful. It was even more charming that I expected. It was my first time here so I was nervous, but the service was extremely kind and attentive. The booking coordinator was very thorough about explaining the packages and expectations. When we arrived to the venue, all the staff was friendly and sweet. We rarely had to ask for anything because they would consistently anticipate our needs and refill out tea. The tea selection was impressive - we chose the Jasmine Green tea, vanilla almond, and hibiscus raspberry and all were delicious. The desserts and sandwiches that were paired were also tasty. I would definitely come back and recommend coming here for afternoon tea or booking for a special occasion. The best part is there is free parking in the parking lot for all your guests!

I have been here about 3 times, and overall I have enjoyed the tea experience! Today's visit was for a mom's valentine exchange and it was a lot of fun and I loved using the bridal suite for a private tea room experience! The teas were very delicate and nice. We got the traditional earl grey, raspberry hibiscus and Almond Coconut Macaroon. Loved the teas, especially the coconut macaroon; it has soft airy aftertaste. The food is comprised of different types of sandwiches, but it is very light, so if you are a big eater like myself, you might want to make plans to eat more later. My friend enjoyed the desserts as there is a variety to try from, you can see what suits your taste buds. As for the service, they tend to be quite busy, so you may need to be proactive on asking what you need. But, they will do their best to fulfill your requests. I enjoyed my time here fun for a girls tea time

Cute place. I wish the rooftop patio was open but maybe it's bc it was January. Sandwiches were yummy, got too full to try the desserts. The peach blossom tea was my fav. Service was okay

We called and made reservations to come to high tea on the Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend. The tea room is upstairs and there was an elevator and ramp for accessibility. The room was bright and each teapot and teacup was so cute. We did the spring tea set and got teas with refills and several finger foods. The quality of the tea was great and the little foods were really good! It's a surprising amount of food and ended up being too much for us to finish so the workers provided boxes for us to take leftovers in. I enjoyed my experience here and would definitely come back. Don't be afraid to dress up!

I was with a large group on a very busy Sunday. It seemed as if the whole place was full. We had a preselected menu by our organizer. 3 flavored teas were brought out first then the tea trays . Traditional tea sandwiches were provided, then scones and sweet treats. Everything was fresh and tasty. The scone was soft , tasty and lightly sweetened. The scones came with cream and jam. Sandwiches were tasty and filling. However since the place was booked we could only stay 90 minutes and not linger over tea and company. When making reservations check to see how long you can stay.

They now have outdoor seating right outside the store which is nice since the indoor seating seems a bit too crowded and cramped. I think they're trying to cram too many tables inside for seating. The strawberry shaved ice looked good but it was a bit too sweet with the strawberry syrup. It comes with quite a bit of strawberry but I preferred it more when it didn't have as much syrup and condensed milk. The matcha latte was not good. Sorry, but I won't be ordering that again. But the two stars has to do with what happened at the counter. When I got my shave ice, I asked for 3 small bowls so that we could share and not have to dig from the same bowl. The girl at the counter came out with 3 small bowls which were perfect. But after she handed it to me a gentlemen, presumably the owner and manager came out and told her that the bowls were not meant to be provided and a that she was to use cups instead. He took the 3 bowls, went into the back, I heard rinsing of water and he came out with two wet clear plastic cups and a larger bowl than the 3 small bowls. I didn't get it. But that whole interaction just ruined the visit. Needless to say, why would you rinse off 2 small clear cups unless the cups were dirty to start with and you're reusing them? If you're the owner or management, I hope you take note of how something this small could affect how a customer perceives your business. You should've just let us use the 3 small bowls and talked to your employee behind the scenes. And get better cups/bowls if you don't want to let people use good bowls.

However, I recommend parking in their parking lot, in the back. That way, you get a view of the garden before you place your order. It's still nice in the front, very welcoming. You walk through the gate, up the stairs, and through the front door. It's nicely air conditioned inside. Indoor seating looks like someone's dining room. The counter is near the back, on the left hand side. I grabbed a menu to take a look before I ordered. Food items listed on one side of the menu, and so many drink options on the other side. Little overwhelming. Too many choices. Coffee and non-coffee drinks. Although they offer paninis and avocado toast, I ordered a regular spicy pork cupbap ($15) and Dubai chocolate latte, iced ($7.75), paid at the counter, and received a pager. When the pager started buzzing, I went inside to pickup my order. My drink was basically a dessert in a cup. Absolutely delicious. So many wonderful ingredients on top. The spicy pork cupbap is spicy. I mixed it all up like I would any bibimbap. It consisted of white rice, glass noodles, red cabbage, pork, and a perfectly fried egg on top. Delicious. They offer a large size, but regular is more than enough. I decided to sit outside, in the back, to get the full garden experience. Although Fullerton is a little warm in June, the garden is absolutely wonderful. It's like sitting in someone's backyard, but on steroids. You shouldn't have trouble finding a spot to sit. There are so many tables and chairs, all over the place, around every corner: In the main garden, in the garden in front, on both sides of the cafe, on both porches, the one in the back and smaller one in front. It's a garden of Eden, with a large, fruitful lemon tree standing in the center. Green plants and trees all over the place, flowering plants and succulents. There's a large gazebo and umbrellas to shade you from the sun. Fun, whimsical displays throughout the garden, including bird houses, curated displays, and miniature communities. Service was welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend this cafe if you're looking for a nice outdoor garden to eat, drink, and hang out.
