Really disappointed the first time i went they had done my aryclic nails nice and came out perfect after the third time i went to fill them in. I notice that they didnt paint them good and the gel was chipping off after the third day. And i know it hasn't even been a week and the gel chipped again and nail of my pinky came off.. BEWARE! Know their prices before you walk in. That way they can't sneakily charge you extra when you pay with your card. The lady that did my nails did a decent job. The first time I got my eyebrows waxed here, I was 15 and terrified. They were patient and tried to make me laugh as they did it. So perhaps I love this place just for that. Since, ive been for eyebrows and for a few manis and pedis. The only bad experience I had was when the flower they did on my big toe (they had a thing glued onto it) fell off BEFORE prom (had it done same day). Really busy sometimes and depending on the time you go in they may have a long wait but overall do a great job. I go here regularly for wax, nails, and pedicure. They always do a great job and give you suggestions. I usually bring in a picture of what I find on Pinterest and they have no problem matching it! I needed a pedicure. I called before I drove to this place to make sure they currently had time to see me. When I walked in, I did have to wait about 10 minutes. The first thing I noticed was that the place was filthy! There was noticeable dirt on the chairs the girls sat on and the little carts that held their instruments. The big massage chairs were so old, they had tape holding places together where they had ripped. They didn't even have working massagers in them. Unfortunately, they did not use the little plastic liners in their pedicure bowls. It's been a long time since I've seen a place that doesn't use them. When she wheeled the cart over, the first thing I saw was the orange file block. It had white markings on it where she had filed the last person's nails. It took her about 1 minute to trim my cuticles and then she massaged each leg for about 2 minutes. The nail polish job was one of the worst I've had. She kept using her own nail to get the polish off of my skin with each nail she painted. (See the pictures I took of one of my big toes.) As I sat waiting for them to dry, I watched as she took the instruments she used on me and put them in another box that housed her instruments and put it back on her cart. (I'm hoping that was a box of dirty instruments, but couldn't be certain). I honestly should have walked out as soon as I saw how dirty the salon was. Won't be back! read more

So long story short, I came here because my original nail lady was booked, so I decided to give this place a shot since my sister enjoys coming here. First thing I noticed is they don't have that many gel colors to choose from. I wanted a lilac and they didn't have one. My nails turned out fine, however the lady took off my top coat 3 times and made me dry my nails for 20 minutes, and she then went and waxed another customer. After drying my nails for 20 minutes she said they were ready. For my full set gel it was 37 which is reasonable, my other nail salon charges 35. Overall it wasn't too bad but I'll probably wait for my original nail place to be less busy. read more

Poor customer service. I didn't call ahead but waited close to an hour for a regular manicure. They didn't let me know how long and when i finally got to the table no apologies ir asked me anything. I had to correct her a couple of times . She dripped an nail clipper on the floor and barely put alcohol on it. The smell is very strong and doesn't seem to have a lit of ventilation. This is the BEST nail shop I've been to since moving to San Diego county 5 years ago. Tina, Daisy, Ann & Lily all do an amazing job! They make you feel at home when I come in. They are busy because they do a great job & the prices are VERY reasonable! $5 for an eyebrow wax?! Can't beat that!! I went there and was told I would have to wait for 1/2 hour and I went back and they had given my appointment away I was 5 mins late. I took the next apps., and I was getting a fill with gel polish and 3 of my acrylic nails had come off. So the woman only put acrylic on with no tips and while she was doing it I told her that it hurt and was burning and she goes "oh it will be ok" well it burnt my fingers where she put the new nails on. It hurt so bad and the acrylic was sticking to my you fingers and she would use her dirty nail to unattached the nail from the skin. I used to go to CeeCee's nails a few years back but stopped going after they turned me away a few times because they were too busy. Which they did that to a good amount of people today during the 2 hours we were there. Around 3 it started getting crazy busy and they did not seem like they had a system to handle that..When we arrived there we weren't greeted at all(it wasn't even that busy yet). we were seated within 15 minutes(not too bad) However we sat in the chairs with our feet soaking waiting for them to start working on our feet so long the water was getting cold. The lady who did my toes was super sweet (I didn't get her name but she had pretty short hair) and my toes turned out nice. My mom however ended up getting a lady who was extremely rude about her feet and legs!! I understand their culture is a bit more up front than ours but my mom didn't spend 32$ there to be insulted by someone telling her how nasty her feet are and how heavy and "prickly" her legs are. My mom and I are not overly sensitive to that kind of stuff but the way she kept going on about her legs and feet are definitely enough for us not to go back.. So if I could I would give our toes and the overall pedicures 4 stars. But with that kind of costumer service they get 2 from me. read more

I was looking for a place near by in Vista for a simple manicure. Read reviews prior to going, and was reading a lot of great things. I arrive there, and all the workers was sitting down as i walked in and they asked how they could help, and to pick out my color- you know, like a typical nail place. They asked me to sit but wouldn't tell me where to sit, the lady FINALLY got off her phone and said "right here". I picked out a Gel Color. She asked if i wanted my nails trimmed i said no just file them square. She's getting ready to paint and i tell her not yet ,that the nails needed to be filed since they were unshapped. she hands me the nail filer, and I HAVE TO FILE MY OWN NAILS. after i was done, she then painted my nails..... she rings me up for $27 !!!!! I was shocked .... a simple mani, where I have to file my own nails and they charged me $27 i was in disbelief! The place was pretty dirty, walls dirty, chairs, floors. You can definitely tell they dont keep up with the place. I will keep my $27, file my own nails, and paint them my self from now on! read more

I was a walk in...with no appt. However I think that's common for nail salons. I was asked what I wanted as soon as I walked in the door but when I said I wanted gels, the girl kinda gave me a look like she didn't want to do them...which really confused me because most salons are somewhat happy to have a customer? Once she started on me she was rough, and would throw my hand back at me. Her whole attitude was just wrong... she acted like she was too busy to do my nails...she took her keys and put them in her pocket like she was going to run out as soon as she was done with me. I noticed that one of my nails that she filed had a big snag in it and I said can you smooth that out and she was super defensive and even treated me worse like I insulted her work...every few minutes she would stop and say make sure your happy and made me inspect my nails.. I didn't dare say anything else... I have never had such an unfriendly nail girl before...when she was done she said $30 dollars... I think gels are usually $25... It was strange how she said it too...like she thought she was going to get an argument, I just said, ok... and paid her... and left... horrible customer service, I felt like I shouldn't of given her a tip, but I am a nice person so I did...won't be going back there, thats for sure..there are too many other salons to settle for that kind of treatment. read more
