If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in today with my friend who speaks Vietnamese. The entire time they talked shit about us and were extremely disrespectful and rude. They spoke to each other not knowing my friend could understand them. I finished my manicure and was getting a pedicure while she was still getting her manicure done. She told the lady she no longer wanted a pedicure and they bashed her for it saying she must be poor and can't afford it. We both make very good money and treat ourselves to mani/pedis every other week. We have always tipped 50% to our nail ladies. We were trying this one out only because it was near her house and we were coming from the gym across the street. This sent my friend into a frenzy and in Vietnamese she yelled at them all for talking so badly in front of us thinking they could get away with it. We left and no one apologized to us, instead they tried to make excuses like they were just joking. They still charged us full price. If you want a cliché nail place that talks shit about you behind your back, then this is your place. I tried a number of nail salons in Vista before deciding that CeCe's is the one for me. They do a fantastic job. They take the time to really get your callouses done right and the price is right. Everybody is friendly. They do get really busy so an appointment is advisable. I wish they had more polish colors, however. read more

I always go to Tina she does such a great job! I'll show her what it is I want done and she can replicate it. Definitely make an appointment before going in. Before I used to just show up but I'd end up waiting over an hour because they always say "sit down 30 minutes" but it is always a lot longer. So like I mentioned I recommend making an appointment. Daisy also does a good job but she makes them a little too thin for my taste. If you're going in for an eyebrow wax I recommend calling prior to going it. Okay...so I decide it's time to get my first pedicure. I need to treat myself, after all I work hard and I'm on my feet 12 hours a shift. After all...the girls at work are always raving about how good their pedicures and massages are. Anyway...I've heard of Cee Cee's before. Nothing negative, but nothing overly great either. So the place is close by for me, so I decided to stop in. I didn't have an appointment, but was told that they would be with me in just a short wait. The shop is simple and appears clean. The decor is dark, I think the place would seem cheerier if they brightened it up a bit. Within about ten minutes of my arrival (not a bad waiting time for a walk in) I was brought back to one of their foot-bath chairs. At first the water seemed to be a little too hot, but I quickly adjusted to the temperature. The girl who did my nails was attentive and very quiet (I don't think she spoke much English...either that or their just not used to having a man come in for a pedicure...lol). She did a good job, and my feet felt great afterwards. I guess that's what counts, right? The price was great too. The pedicure AND tip for $25.00. Is came here for the first time for a pedicure , the lady didn't even clean my cuticle and around my nail she scrape a bit around and didn't do it right I had to kindly ask her If she can please get all the dead skin around the toe nail corners and she said I didn't have any when i can clearly see it and I know I always have dead skin around my big toe nail . She refused I didn't have any . It was super fast something I could have just done by myself at home . She didn't even clean my feet right, it and the massage was horrible it felt like my 4 year old nephew cleaned and massage my feet (no joke) my experience over all was not good . Maybe it was just that certain lady because the other ladies were taking there time with their clients . I know pedicures are 15$ but it was not even worth $15 . I dislike when I go in and have to ask them to please clean right and still get an attitude . She tried so hard to up sell me on getting gel but I'm glad I didn't . I'm going home to clean the rest of my cuticle skin. I feel like my feet are dirty , plus implements looked like they were not cleaned properly , it kind of concern me . I have never ever had such a bad experience on a pedicure I literally paid to get my nails just painted . Service was bad . She did not talk to me at all and I was done in 15 min ? Really ? Two Christmases ago I received a gift certificate from my brother for nail services at Cee Cee's. I was so excited because it was just around the corner from my parents' house. I had the mani, pedi deluxe spa package. Tina did it and it was wonderful and Cee Cee herself did my sister's nails, also wonderful and super sweet. I went back a few weeks later, then again a few weeks after that and so on. She was amazing, I never had a better mani, pedi massage. I hadn't been in about a year because I was going to school downtown but recently went back to Cee Cee's last week. I had such a horrible experience! There were only 2 ladies working, fair enough because it was a monday. I wasn't greeted when I came in. I started looking at the nail polishes and about 5 minutes passed before someone acknowledged me. I asked the man if I could get a manicure and a pedicure. He pointed out the chair I was to be in and I assumed one of the ladies was just wrapping up and would be with me shortly. No! The guy sat down and started doing my nails! He was very shaky and he did things in the wrong order. He painfully pushed and clipped my cuticle then proceeded to give me the worst "massage" ever. He was just beating and slapping my legs and arms, and not in a good way. Then the icing on the cake, he told me that he doesn't do nails!!! "When the girls get busy I jump in every once in a while," he said. Lucky me! But at that point it was near the end of my service. I would have waited for one of the other girls if I were given that option but I wasn't. I asked if Tina or Cee Cee were still there and he said he was the new owner since about a year ago.
