After looking them up on Yelp, I decided to try them. I have been working with Dr Hahn and her team, including Callie and other hygeinists for their service. The office is super clean, pleasant and all the staff, including the front desk staff are super nice, friendly, respectful and kind. Dr Hahn and the team provide exceptional care and are super gentle, thoughtful during all the procedures, cleaning, x-rays and exams. I also am paying a one time yearly fee for the services provided which I believe is very reasonable since my insurance did not cover this office and other PPO Dentists. I believe that it is an exceptional value and highly recommend this team any dental needs.

I have seen other dentists in Ventura County and have been extremely disappointed, not only in my experience with the staff but with my dental work as well. I decided to go back to Mark Weitzman and it's the best decision I've ever made for my smile and everybody in the office there is wonderful and takes great care of you. The dental assistants, Stephanie & Liz, and Kelly (top notch dental hygienist) are sweethearts and good at what they do. I feel important from the moment I walk in until the moment that I leave, he is reasonably priced and a big shout out to the front desk girl I forget her name, but she is very sweet and helpful as well and Eddie as well! I look forward to going to the dentist rather than dreading it like most people!

Imagine your teeth chipping away only on one side. My husband always felt self-conscious about his smile. Hubby asked Dr. Wallace what he could do about his smile. Dr. Wallace gave him all new teeth. I do not know the technical terms.. idk if they are veneers or caps or?? Hubby's teeth were shaved down to little bits. Then the new teeth were put on over the former teeth. I don't know what this process is called, I simply call it amazing!! When I learn the words, I will update this review. Johnny, my hubby, smiles all of the time. This was a few years ago and this review is long overdue. Johnny also loves Matt Wallace's personality. They both love surfing and have a love of UFOs or X-files. Anyways, Matt Wallace is top notch. No, that's not all!!! Here is my story. My story is about Stacy. Stacy is THE MOST AMAZING DENTAL HYGENIST that ever walked the face of the earth. She only works there on Fridays, I believe. Why is she so amazing, you ask?? I have issues. I gag a lot. I forget to breathe. Perhaps, it is being at the dentist anxiety, IDK. I always feel embarrassed during and after my visits. I still visit the dentist every 6 months even though I have/had this issue. First of all Stacey is calm. If I start to get gaggy, she has me do yoga nose. It is a breathing technique that calms me down. The way that she uses that scraping utensil and the water tool are truly minimally invasive. Prior to Stacey, when the scraping part is occurring it just sounds so loud. The sound is my equivalent to nails on a chalkboard for me. It was a purely god awful sound. Stacy's technique does not come with these awful sound effects. She is calm. She makes me feel calm. She has a TV in the room that is on. It doesn't have sound, it is a way to distract one's self. I don't even need to look at it anymore. When there are chances to chat, we chat about travel. We love hearing about each other's adventures. You are probably thinking, this place cannot get any better.. Well it does. I love the office staff. As I was leaving yesterday, I shared some really great personal news. They all listened intently and cared about me. They clapped, and said they were so happy for me. I had a happy cry. I also love Dr. Liang. He also loves travelling. He is a kind dentist who checks in on me on my Friday visits. SIf you are searching for your new dentists and dental hygienists, this is THE place to go.

I always receive a kind and gentle approach. Thank you folks so much! My husband and I get regular checkups and cleanings, twice a year, and sometimes additional procedures. My husband routinely dozes off during his cleanings. My fillings have lasted perfectly. I don't recall ever requiring a replacement. I recently had a pressing appointment and the staff helped me get out of the chair early, in time to make it. Each time I told him that yes I had seen the endodontist who said I did not need a root canal. The third time. I told him I let him know it was the third time he asked me . He shot back with "I can't remember everything about all my patients". Not exactly what a patient really wants to hear. Maybe he should look at patients charts before he sees them. Then he criticized my crowns and said he couldn't believe that they all weren't the same exact color. I tried to explain they were done over the years and then he sent one of his assistance to go get pictures of her boyfriend's crowns he did. . In my opinion, they were so white they were offputting and looked fake. I'm a senior so that really wouldn't work at my age. It would really look fake for me. my first year with this Dentist he did a deep cleaning but It did not feel like a deep cleaning and not because he gave me numbing shots and I did not see any change in my gums.,and then a couple of periodontal cleanings I think his hygienist did one of those. I have since found a new Dentist, and his periodontal cleanings are far superior to this dentists. I could see a change in my gums the next day, following the treatment and by the time I had my second one with the new Dentist. my gums weren't red or inflamed anywhere in my mouth. The Auburn Hair office manager, I believe her name is Betsy was so nice on my first appt.. The first time I was there she came back to mybdentist chair to explain what all would be covered by my dental insurance. But at another visit when I needed a referral for a procedure she grabbed a form and staple something to it, and literally slammed it down on the countertop and said emphatically with emphasis on the word"I" would have to take care of it. That turned out to not be true. She was wrong, but what I couldn't understand was the extreme rudeness, the manner in which she spoke to me, and to literally slam something down on the countertop was shocking. She may still be there, but there's something off balance wrong with this woman . This Dentist , after my first year there, stopped taking my insurance. It was a blessing in disguise because I now have a much better Dentist that I'm very happy with him and his staff and he Is closer to where I live.

PLEASE BELIEVE THE ONE-STAR REVIEWS DETAILING SCHEDULING ISSUES, (We aren't the first potential patients to have this exact rigmarole used on them - considering the office's love of charging for appointment snafu's, I wonder if this is entirely coincidental...?) The Hygiene Concerns: On my first visit, a hygienist adjusted her chair with a gloved hand and immediately went back to working inside my mouth. When I brought this up, I was told by the front desk person these surfaces are always covered, but on my next visit, the I saw that the chair handle had no protective barrier. Instead, the hygienist stood the entire treatment session my next two visits. First gaslight. Second gaslight, Dr. Mary expressed to me herself that she wanted and was always open to feedback, but this was not true. The Dismissive Response: I ended up canceling mid-treatment, deciding to find a different provider due to a lack of a treatment plan and transparent billing. When I tried to communicate additional patient care issues, I was met with extreme resistance. The office sent me a message listing Dr. White's credentials (USC, UCLA, 30 years of practice) and explicitly stated she "is comfortable with how she practices." Expertise does not excuse poor hygiene and retaliatory ethics. The Billing & Retaliation: I was balance-billed above my insurance network's contracted rates. After waiting two weeks for a refund because there was no confirmation until an email stating that it had been ready for some time came through, I went to pick up the check. Upon arrival to dental office, Dr. White flatly told me she was withholding my money because I filed a complaint with Delta Dental about the balance billing and lack of treatment plan/pricing transparency. While I was in my car calling insurance, a staff member waved me back in stating that Dr. White was offering the check to me. When I went into the office Dr. White showed the check and quickly pulled it away saying I could have it only if I signed a document. When I asked why she changed her mind, she said she wanted to ensure she'd never see me again. I left without the money to let insurance handle it from there on.

He takes the time to explain everything in great detail, making sure all of your questions are answered and that you leave with no doubts or concerns. He shows you exactly what is happening with each tooth, explains the procedures that may be needed, and provides treatment options without making you feel pressured. I especially appreciate that he prioritizes the most important dental work first and allows you time to consider your options. One of the things I love most is that they make crowns in-house. Their technology allows them to create a crown in about 35 minutes, which means the entire procedure can often be completed in a single visit. While appointments may last around two hours or a little longer, it is well worth it to avoid multiple visits and temporary crowns. I am truly grateful to have found a dental office that genuinely listens to its patients. The entire team takes the time to explain each treatment plan, review insurance costs, and discuss your individual case so you fully understand your options.
