I would give this place zero stars if I could. Racist bartenders, overpriced drinks, and subpar music. My friend was genuinely attacked because he was black and verbally assaulted to the point that the bartender Liam was provoking a fight. No joke, if I went to a chick fil a and Liam was my server, he would never say my pleasure and he would definitely spit in colored peoples' food. If Liam is working here, I am protesting this bar. Great bar with great drinks! They have Chess & Backgammon boards built into the tables which make it super fun to enjoy a drink and play a couple of games at the same time. They have a unique menu with specialty martinis ex. Key lime pie martini which is so yummy. Every time we've been there bartenders are extremely attentive and super friendly. The spot itself has a cool feel to it with a little sitting area and killer snow sports being showcased on the tv. A breck local and unfortunately had a terrible experience here with for a friends after wedding party. 1. My 5 friends and I (all white) paid 10 dollar entry fee, then 5 minutes later my black friend came and they charged her 20 dollars 2. The CREEPIEST men I've ever encountered and had to ask security twice to kick them out ( separate alone men) and they did nothing. One of them even tried to steal my friends phone. This place is a hidden gem! Nicci was the best bartender and made the most amazing espresso martini! This is probably one of the best espresso martinis I've ever had!! We stopped in this bar to have a nightcap on the way back to our hotel (Residence Inn located very close by). We were drawn in by the 2:1 martinis offered from 3-8pm.(more on this later) The bar is small and cozy with room for maybe 20 people. This business's main money maker is the attached nightclub featuring DJ music for younger people than us. We were greeted by Luke, one of the bartenders. The bar was not busy so we were chatting with him while he made our drinks. Very friendly and made good drinks too. Soon, the other bartender, Blake, arrived behind the bar and soon the four of us were having a lively conversation. I was actually entertaining them by reading the one-star reviews located here on Yelp! Definitely check them out after reading this; they are hilarious! If you are looking for a cute, cozy bar with a friendly, casual vibe, this is the place for you. We did not go into the nightclub so I can't speak to that. Oh, as for the 2:1 martinis? They were $12 each which is oooook, but were the drinks originally $24 each? Unknown. We were also charged a 20% surcharge on our bill. If there's one thing I hate is a charge added to the bill that serves no purpose. Was it a tip? Was it an added charge to try to compensate for the 2:1 pricing? We will never know. When my friends and I danced at Cecilia's, we weren't always optimistic about this hidden club in the small town of Breckenridge. Us Denver folk chuckled at the thought of getting down on a dance floor in mountain town of Breck, but we were completely dumbfounded! First off, lovely exterior and interior at Cecilia's. I was absolutely taken by the abstract art, the friendliness of the bouncers and the ambiance of the people. There was an exotic pole in the middle of the dance floor, along with a dj. It was my good friend's 21st birthday, but everyone thought she was getting hitched. Shots were bought all night to celebrate this wedding that was supposedly going to happen. There were a lot of good jams by the dj and overall it was fun to be able to go out and dance again. Everyone's dancing seemed to match the groove and rhythm of the night. Cecie's is the spot for fun nights out in breck!! I've been coming here for years and it's always a good time. However, it's like 70% tourists during the winter or maybe more. Due to this, the usual dj plays the SAME TRACKS every weekend. They're all from the days of us being in middle school dances and wild spring breaks of 2007. Seriously, get some new songs man. Last night I went there around 8 and they had "DJ dirty mike" in the middle room. This guy killed it and actually played music we all enjoyed and could dance to!! The bartenders all rock, security rocks, the drinks are great and they have a walk in humidor as well. The club floor is so fun for parties and post skiing shenanigans, but literally the only complaint I have is the same dj every weekend playing the same music for the last like 3+ years. We visited for a long weekend at the start of mud season, so a lot of stuff in town was closed - not Cecilia's! This place is awesome! It is a unique underground bar that is a must visit! It has the coolest lounge area for hanging out, and you truly cannot beat the 2 for 1 martini happy hour. The drinks were fantastic. The service was even better. Our bartender, Cole, made it such an awesome experience. He was so nice and knowledgeable about the town and about the cocktails. We had a blast! We will be back without a doubt. Saw this in a Breck Happy Hour write up. This place is very small. We came around 7 last Thursday and the bar area was packed. Not much in the way of table seating. The larger seating area in the next room they had closed off. There was no dj, music, maybe that gets started later? Seemed more like a gay bar based on the clientle. Other patrons were friendly. One moved over so we could have 2 seats near eachother. The martinis were sweet and kind of gross. Do not recommend the peach cosmo! It was so bad, the bartender let me have beer instead when I found it undrinkable. Prices were ok for the 2 for 1 special. I didn't like the auto gratuity on the check but I understand they have to do it for some tourists who don't tip or low tip. read more

I came into breck for a weekend with the girlies and we came here Friday night and had a blast. We arrived on the scene a little later on Saturday (~10:00 PM) and there was a fat line and a random $50 cover. They were not letting anyone in and it looked pretty empty inside. We ended going somewhere else Saturday but came back on Sunday. Again, there was a fat line and no one inside. The bouncers were absolutely power tripping / stumbling on their own words because they were so drunk. One of the bouncers told my friend group and I that we could come inside so we came inside only to get actually physically moved by and yelled at by the other bouncer. Also they let people in for free if they write a 5 star reviews so their Yelp data is botched. Lastly, my friend definitely got Covid here. Despite all of this, I would still recommend this place if you want to dance your booty off but definitely arrive early. We got there very early in the evening so we were 3 it 5 people in there... i imagine it gets much more lively and good times are to be had if you go later in the evening (9-10ish). The bouncer is the biggest asshole I've ever met - shouting commands at people and belittling women like it's his job. Super disrespectful to our entire group of 10 - simply because they think they have enough people trying to get in that they can act like dickheads. Guy is on an ego trip. Incredibly disrespectful- my friends and I left by the time we got to the front of the line because of how inappropriate this bouncer was. Bar is not worth it. 50+ dollar cover to be abused in line.
