CC Relocation did an incredible job from start to finish. We were moving from Southern California to Oregon and have a toddler, so a full service mover was a must. It was pretty daunting while trying to sift through so many movers, do thorough research and avoid the scammers - discerning who was reliable while staying within budget seemed an impossible task at times. I stumbled across CC relocation and after submitting an online request to speak to someone, Randy, one of the owners called me immediately himself. He was so kind, warm and friendly and really made me feel at ease right away. I appreciated his honestly and knowledgeable advice and I felt I could trust him and never once felt like he was trying to push or "sell me". I spoke with probably 20 moving companies over the course of 2 months and CC relocation was the ONLY company that sent someone to my home in person to look at my property and assess and give me a solid quote. It was Randy himself who showed up and did this part of it. CC relocation wasn't the lowest quote I got but it also was not unreasonable and there was no funny business like asking for a deposit or any brokers involved, which I really liked. We chose them based on my experience with Randy and even though it was a little more than I had expected it was worth every penny. They also stuck to the quote they gave us to the penny, no up charges or hidden fees, which was a huge fear of mine after reading horror stories from other companies I looked into online. Moving day arrived and they sent 3 gentlemen, Ricardo, Zack and Siul to load our belongings. These three were incredibly, on time, friendly, fast and handled every item, box and piece of furniture with such care. They dismantled furniture for us, making sure to keep track of every piece of hardware and screw, wrapped everything, padded it all, and even put down floor coverings. I could not be more happy with how it went. A few days later everything arrived at our new home in Portland and we had 2 very lovely gentlemen, Paul and Tristen, who unloaded, reassembled and positioned everything with a ton of care. Not a SINGLE THING arrived broken or damaged. I was shocked, I had expected a little collateral damage. They even put our TV up on the mount we had on the wall, reassembled our furniture and lamps and took all the trash with them. They both worked so hard and were incredibly kind and personable. The communication, professionalism and honesty with CC relocation was unparalleled. Great service, fair prices and great staff. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much! read more

CC RELOCATION is the BEST!!! Look no further, this company is the most efficient, on time, highly skilled movers we have ever worked with. My husband and I are not new to moving since we lived in Oregon, Texas then to California. In California, we lived in four different apartments since we like to live close to work. And finally today, our big move to Fresno from Anaheim. The expected time of arrival was 8AM but they were earlier which was perfect. We were renting a 1 bedroom apartment on the fourth floor with slow elevator and all our stuff resulted to a total of 30+ boxes, plus heavy furniture, suitcase/bag(s) of textbooks I do not want to part me even if there are pdf versions and loose items in bags and totes. These guys completed the job skillfully and loaded our stuff in huge boxes with rollers. Our furniture was carefully wrapped to avoid bumps and scrapes (thank you JOSE). They all communicated well and each one had a definite role thus the experience was really organized and professional. JOAQUIN (driver and team leader) gave us very clear instructions and what to expect since we are moving to a place 4 hrs away. He also discussed everything and coordinated with Gunny who will be helping us out in Fresno. CHUY AND MANNY helped with loading/unloading and lifting was no problem with them plus they were really careful. Also they know how to prioritize which were the breakables and fragile items! All our stuff were also arranged properly inside the truck. These guys are polite and atmosphere working with them was light considering moving is a stressful task. My favorite line from then is "dont worry, it's easy". Thanks guys!!! We'll be recommending you to everyone we know who'll be moving. Most of all, thanks Randy for a fair quote and also very professional and kind manner. read more

So happy I went with CC Relocation for my move from CA to PHX. Randy came to my apt and gave me a quote immediately and talked through all of the different options he could offer across the board for payment / packing / loading & unloading / insurance etc. I obtained quotes from a couple of different companies and they were by far the most reasonable / best price. Randi was professional as was Kirk when he called to confirm all of the details a couple of days before the move dates - we had an additional stop to pick up from our storage unit and an additional drop off at our end point and it all went according to plan. The team who came to pack / load / unload were all great. They were very friendly & took good care of our belongings - shout out to Ricardo, Joce, Benito, Eric, Siul & Jesse - they did a great job and they were so fast! We opted for a full pack & load/unload - they exceeded my expectations both communication & timing wise, I thought I would be tied up all day but that wasn't the case. The only hiccup was we had a miscommunication during unload with my step ladder & it wound up back on the truck and back in CA - no one's fault it was just a misunderstanding - so much going on. Joce responded to my text right away and put me in touch with Kirk who assured me he would look in to it. They located it / reached back out to me / got it back to me the following week during their next move. Top notch team - I'd recommend using them for sure! read more

CC relocation made my move incredibly easy! Joaquin and his crew did an excellent job. The price was great, and the service better than any moving company I have ever used. Joaquin communicated with me every step of the way, took great care and packing all of my things in an organized and safe fashion. I was living in Washington state and left my house full of my things there, I was residing in California when CC relocation moved me. I left them a key, they packed my entire house, locked at my place and put my things in storage. I felt comfortable and at ease even though I was far away. They packed up my entire house in record time, delivered when promised, and showed incredible care and respect throughout the entire process. CC relocation put my stuff into storage for me, in a way that I could easily access the items I needed. Upon arrival to orange county, I met two of CC relocations movers Justin and kevin. I pulled up to the storage unit and they were already unloading my stuff with great care, they took time to ask me what I needed to access most and any items that they could put aside for me to take home that day. They were careful with all of my things, everything arrived and was put into storage in the condition that it left Washington. Justin and kevin were respectful, diligent, and exhibited great customer service. I have never been happier with a move. I will absolutely be using CC relocation again in the future. read more

We used CC Relocation recently and are very happy with our choice: Randy was our sales rep that was very easy going from the first moment we spoke on the phone. Not pushy, very helpful in understanding our needs and budget and since we had trouble clearly explaining what needed to be moved, he offered to pop by and give an estimate on the spot. He quickly spotted that we wouldn't need more than 2 guys, 4 hours and didn't try and oversell, contrary to other companies we've been talking to. The pricing was competitive and fair so it became quite evident that CC Relocation would be our choice. On the day of the move, Ricardo & Siul were wonderful in making our move as easy and stress-free as possible. Hard-working, no-nonsense, fast and courteous service while keeping our belongings safe and sound. Very good at following directions, making sure all our furniture ended up in all the right places without a scratch. This company earned their 5 stars with flying colors. Only tiny remark I have is that we didn't get a written confirmation when the date was set, only a verbal agreement. I had to ask a few times to get it emailed and to this date I haven't seen it but perhaps there was an error in the email address, or the spam filter caught it. The day before our move, we got a courtesy phone call saying they would be there next day as well as a call on moving day to say they were on the day. read more

I am so impressed with the work that was done by the Entire staff at cc relocation. It started with Randy's first contact after I had submitted a request for a moving estimate from Irvine to Chino Hills. Randy came down and took a look at the apartment and storage and our specific needs. and knew that we needed at least for men to do the job properly. He was very upfront about their fees and what his team would do. Curt called me a few days before the schedule move to confirm and also the morning of moving day, just to let me know the team was on their way. Upon arrival I was met by the team of Chuy, Siul , Ricardo, and Gus. Even at 8:30 AM sharp Monday morning the team arrived with smiles and great attitudes the entire seven hour day. They made the move seamless even though when they arrived we weren't quite ready for moving, day but they all pitched in and helped us to complete the packing and loading that was necessary to complete the move, in the most expeditious manner. These were some of the most professional, polite, and prompt movers. This was that fastest and most Conscientious team of movers I ever seen in more then 15 personal moves. And coming from Irvine Company which has a building of over 1500 residences we see moving trucks almost daily and no one is quite as efficient as cc relocation. I highly recommend CC Relocation and please ask for Chuy, Gus, Ricardo,Siul. read more

I recently used CC relocation for my move, and I couldn't be happier with their service! From start to finish, they made the process seamless and stress-free. The process was straightforward, with clear communication and a detailed quote upfront--no hidden fees. The team arrived right on time, and I was impressed by their professionalism and care. They handled all my belongings, including fragile items like glassware and artwork, with great attention to detail, ensuring everything arrived in perfect condition. The movers were efficient, friendly, and worked well as a team, making quick work of loading and unloading while still being careful. They even helped me disassemble and reassemble some furniture, which saved me a ton of time. Their truck was clean and well-equipped, and they used proper padding and straps to secure everything. What stood out most was their transparency and customer-focused attitude. They kept me updated throughout the move and were happy to answer my questions. The final cost came in under my original quote, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend CC relocation to anyone looking for a reliable, professional moving service. When you move, the last thing you want to have to do is babysit your movers. You want them to protect the floors, wrap all your fragile items and do walk-throughs with you to make sure you're satisfied. That's exactly what this team did. Starting with the estimate, their professionalism showed. Rand shared options with me and coached me as to what would work best. On moving day, the crew called me to let me know they'd be on time. They also checked in with me twice the week before to let me know they'd be keeping their appointment. They immediately got to work. Within 3.5 hours, their crew of five had packed an loaded our 2000 sq ft place. That includes dozens of trips on the elevator. They got to our new house, which is 2700 sq ft and for everything unloaded and placed exactly where we wanted it within four hours. None of our fragile items or art had so much as a scuff. Carefully covering our hardwood floors was a nice touch. They were friendly, clean, uniformed and professional. Ricardo, José Luis, Joaquin, Emmanuel, Gus and Cristian we're simply awesome. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we understood the final invoice which was within $10 of the estimate. Definitely would recommend. read more

Joaquin, Nicolea, and Manny were the best movers I've ever worked with. I've moved countless times, mostly moving myself, but recently I've started hiring moving companies. After a terrible experience with another company, I'd planned on doing my move from Irvine to Oceanside myself, but I needed packing assistance. I reached out to CC Relocation to get a quote for packing, and ended up using them for moving, but not packing. Joaquin, Nicolea, and Manny took great care to make sure not only was my stuff protected in the truck, but that my home was protected as well. No walls were dinged while moving furniture around, and nothing was damaged. They finished 2.5 hours UNDER their quote, saving me hundreds of dollars. Their price was way lower than other movers I've used, for way way better service. One item (a framed picture) was left on the truck by accident (stuff happens), and Curt from CC reached out to me to make sure I was able to get it, bringing it to me at work, working with my schedule. He made it easy for me to get this item back, which was fantastic! I would totally recommend CC Relocation for anyone moving read more

CC Relocation I reached out to CC RELO for their help with a bit of a complicated move recently and had the best experience! What made this move difficult was the amount of stops and different locations for picking up furniture, appliances and then dropping off and/or moving stuff in. We started bright & early in South OC traveled to North OC for two more stops that included installing appliances and unloading and loading large, heavy furniture and even made it to our storage unit to empty that & headed back to South Oc to finish moving in the stuff we took out of one house and the storage unit. The guys never once complained, questioned me or had any negative reaction to my next direction. They were quick, efficient and easy to work with as they were very respectful. I know I would not have had such a great experience with any other moving company. I probably would have been up charged for all the stops, gas & miles between each stop. What was anticipated to be a difficult day turned out to be relatively uncomplicated easy move thanks to the professionalism of CC Relocation. read more

As might be expected, I had great trepidation about my move. But the owner Randy came to my place and estimated that the move would be absolutely no problem, which was wonderfully reassuring. On the day of the move, Joaquin and Gus showed up on time and were extremely friendly and polite and enthusiastic, and I immediately felt even better about the outcome of the day. They quickly got to work, handling all of my belongings with care as well as with great efficiency. All of my stuff was OUT THE DOOR in no time flat, the trip to my new place was quick, and not only were my belongings rapidly put into my new place, but in a very neat and organized manner. I've had no problems finding anything, and all of my furniture still looks perfect. And the cherry at the top of the sundae was the fact that because of the speed of the move, my final expenditure came in substantially UNDER the original estimate. CC Relocation is a great company with even greater employees, and I would not hesitate to call upon them in the future. Special thanks to Joaquin and Gus, you guys rock! read more

From start to finish, a great experience. A stark contrast to my previous move using a different moving company where the guys were unmotivated and slow. This move couldn't have gone smoother. Started off with a call to Randy and immediately felt comfortable. He took the time to answer all questions and made sure I understood how everything would go from start to finish. By move day, I had the pleasure of working with Ricardo, Manny, and Gus. These guys could hustle. Friendly, but always constantly working. Things that needed to be wrapped they would quickly wrap in their moving cloths and they navigated my narrow stairs with very precise expertise. By the time they were all loaded up, we went to my new place and I was very pleased that they they covered my new stairs to protect my carpet and proceeded to continue to hustle. I actually had to tell them to slow down a bit and have some lunch because this was another very hot California day. Like I stated earlier, a very good overall experience and I thank Randy for sending out the guys. Would highly recommend. read more

We recently used this moving company for a large-scale office relocation, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. Their team was professional, courteous, hardworking, and extremely organized throughout the entire process. They carefully disassembled, wrapped, and transported multiple office cubicles, furniture, and equipment, ensuring everything arrived safely and in excellent condition. This was not a small move--they successfully relocated an entire office space and transported our belongings over two hours away to our corporate headquarters. Despite the size and complexity of the project, they completed the job efficiently within just a couple of days. In addition to their outstanding service, they provided an incredibly competitive and unbeatable price that offered tremendous value. Their attention to detail, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire experience stress-free. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers. We would absolutely use them again for future projects. read more

My wife and I just finished a time-challenged move from Irvine, Ca. to the Coachella Valley. The sale of our old place, the close of escrow, the pre-packing, the close of our new place and the actual move where all sequenced into a three day period. There were so many things that could have gone wrong. Steve from CC Relocation was our savior. He assured us that the pre-packing moving and the unpacking would come off perfectly and it DID! He, along with his moving team of Cezar and Arturo, handled our relocation with professionalism and expertise often lacking in other moving companies. They worked fast, hard and smoothly without a single error or broken item. They always showed up when they said they would and usually completed their work ahead of time; even going above and beyond what was planned or expected. The CC Relocation team did every step of the job with a pleasant, and sometimes humorous, attitude. This was the BEST experience my wife and I have ever had with a moving company and we would recommend them to anyone. read more

We moved from Anaheim to Irvine but had the Irvine home remodeled for 4 months so CC Relocation stored our things. The entire experience was amazing. And they were one of the lowest bids and I got 5 or 6 bids. Eric, Ricardo and Raul moved us the first time. Just super friendly guys who were very efficient, organized, great communicators in fluent English. I spoke with Curt by phone and text several times who is also friendly, professional and accommodating... he even allowed us to switch our arranged move in date like 4 days before the date because of rain and fit us in a few days later. They arrive when they say they will and leave when they say they will. And my wife and I were surprised that Eric and Ricardo showed up again to bring us our stuff at Irvine yesterday and this time with a different 3rd, Zac. He was great too. We can't recommend them strongly enough. They all went above and beyond, being extremely careful with our belongings, clean and respectful, always working fast. I promise you can't go wrong by choosing them! read more

We had an outstanding experience with CC Relocation Services moving us from So Cal to Texas...from start to finish, the team was organized, communicative, and incredibly respectful of our home and belongings. I want to specifically recognize Benito, David, Ricardo, and Saul, who went above and beyond in every way. They were courteous, prompt, careful, and extremely reliable, and their work ethic was truly impressive. Every item was handled with care and attention, from large furniture to fragile pieces, and nothing ever felt rushed or careless. What stood out most was how hard-working and respectful the entire crew was. They showed up on time, worked efficiently throughout the day, and maintained a positive, professional attitude the entire time. It was clear they take pride in their work, and that made all the difference during what can often be a stressful process. Just finally settled after this move, and had to take the time to say what a memorable and professional team that I was sent that day! Ricardo, Arturo and Francisco were three SUPER strong, diligent men who were SO friendly, each of them. I hated that I was making them walk the three flights of stairs but they attacked the climb and still ALWAYS managed to make sure and check if I wanted things done a certain way. They made sure to check with me on things throughout the entire move. We shared a few laughs along the way, and I felt safe (and my belongings) in their hands. My Mother and Father were there too and they are notoriously hard to please and do not like bad "customer service." By the end of the move they were SO appreciative, and even said they would be recommending them from here on out. Clearly the business is run with integrity and the people they send into the world on their behalf are topnotch. Thank you Ricardo, Arturo and Francisco for ALL of your help. I sincerely could NOT have done it without you. read more
