I'm always in and out of there in no more than 15 minutes, and the staff is as professional as they come, yet very friendly and understanding. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted warmly (by name if you're a regular) and welcomed, unlike most other companies I've used in the area. The office is beautiful and clean and most importantly, the staff has a "let's get it done" attitude. I simply cannot say enough good things about these folks. I tend to only write reviews where I've been really impressed and these folks never cease to impress me as they are clearly a cut above. If you find yourself in need of emergency cash, don't waste your time going anywhere else in Gainesville. A-1 is simply the best!

I think it cheapens the financial institution to become an insurance peddler. I work hard to stay off junk lists, and this is a major setback. It is a fact that these mailing list are bought and sold daily. My other junk mail has picked up considerably and I credit Delta for likely selling that info to junk mail lists. I opened an account at a "non insurance peddling" financial institution this week and will be moving my business there. Epically disappointing Delta. Pro Tip: Be a bank or be and insurance and magazine subscription institution. To do both is embarrassing and well beneath most businesses of your type.

They set up the account wrong when we signed up two years ago. Then they tried to blame it on me that the account was set up incorrectly. I have made several transfers of large amounts into different accounts for different reasons and this time it's a problem. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Will be switching banks after I close on my house!

Save your time, patience, and money. Rude service, no one seems to want to be there, no one wants…read moreto lift a finger to have you as a customer. I ordered some back seats and was not told about the condition, no photos provided, I was just asked for my card information and that's it. Several days go by and I don't hear anything back from them so I call and call but no one ever wants to answer the phone. If someone does answer they immediately transfer me and I never make contact. A few more days pass and I decide to just drive there so I can at least get ahold of somebody to ask where the seats are. No tracking information or follow up was provided after I bought the seats. They surprisingly say the seats were there at the retail location and to go around the side of the building to pick it all up. So I do and there's a guy over there who gets on a forklift and brings the seats to me. They pieces are disgusting, covered in green mold, bird poop or something, cigarette burns, punctures, boot marks from being walked on, and the synth leather is discolored and brittle from sitting in the sun. Pics attached. The person who sold me the seat is inside the building and has made it abundantly clear they want nothing to do with me and I need to drive home because I live about an hour away from Gainesville. So I continue to accept the horrible service and load the seats into my car to take them home, maybe if I come back tomorrow they'll have a better attitude? They didn't. One guy whose name I'll keep secret gives me attitude when I go to return the seats the next day. He asks why I wanted to return them and I say because they're not in the condition I was expecting. He says didn't you see them yesterday? Yes of course I did. But am I about to make that the fork lift guys problem? No way -- He's not the one who sold me crusty seats without telling me how horrible they are. I'm not involving him in the misery created by the sales desk, especially after he spent time and effort grabbing the trash for me. I mean seats... The bottom line is to avoid this place. Full-service yards in general are best avoided, but having a newer car leaves you with few alternatives. Pics of the seat attached! It's hilarious to me that they actually sold this to someone thinking I had some form of business to do with it. Maybe I'm meant to reupholster it or something. I have no clue!!!
