Took them 2 days to even check my car... Went in afternoon and asked when I could leave it and explained my problem and did so so. Left an early morning they said it would be done around noon no later than 3. 3pm comes around and no call so I get dropped off and they said it's still going to be another hour or so but I had to leave with my car. They said come back next day same time and I said okay but I need it done before 1. They said they would make it happen and the day of that I wait there and around 10 I ask any updates and they said yeah it should be done around 2pm... Had to go back and forth up there to even get my car checked like a dang child. Ridiculous Paid 140 for nothing. read more

Had my car while it was under warranty for electronics issues and said they could not find a problem after less than 1 day in the shop. I came back a few months later with video proof of the electronics issues and they said the car was 1 month out of warranty. They had known about the problem prior to the warranty ending but refused to fix the problem once they found it. Service advisors are rude and service manager is useless. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Appointment was set for 12:30. dropped it off at 12:15. They didn't complete the work till 4:30, and I had to pick it up by 5:30. Got to the dealership at 5:10, and noticed they never bothered to rotate the tires. Their response? "I guess we didnt charge you for it. Oh just bring it back tomorrow". No. It took them 4 hours just to change the oil (leaving me without car for half the day), they dont have a shuttle service, and they want me to pay more money to Uber due to their ineptitude? Not only will I never take my car there again for service because I cant trust them to do the work, but they lost a sale of a new car in the process. read more

Absolutely horrible experience here, typical false advertising bait and switch. Came by to see a GT500 they had advertised at 77k on both Greene Ford's website as well as on Autotrader. Called in to verify the price after driving 25+ miles to see the car and all of the sudden, the car is 92k, despite the website advertising (10 minutes ish after i called to verify price and availability). Management was unpleasant to speak with and bragging that they have sold some for 30k over sticker as I was walking out. Pics of the advertised prices before and after are attached to the Google review to demonstrate exactly what this dealership does. RE: the owner's reply to my review on Google, I can easily disprove that "accommodating approach" response, including the tone and the approach taken by the Sales Manager and the Sales Rep. The whole exchange was captured on your video cameras with full audio and in other manners, so Michael Greene should know as well I as do exactly how the customer was treated there. The initial response was that the car wasnt advertised on the Greene Ford website, which I easily disproved with screenshots to the Sales Rep. I noted that the price markup was nuts but the Sales Rep Brian Murphy claimed people "pay it all the time" regarding 10k markups etc, that Greene Ford marked up one by 30k and it gets paid. I explained that a markup is a dealer's choice, but the other dealerships are clearly advertising the markup on their websites and Autotrader/etc. At that point, Jeremy (Sales Manager) comes over saying its priced where it is and if you wanna buy it great if not we can part ways, with a clearly sarcastic offer for gas money on the way out with a big smirk behind it. read more

Took my truck to Greene Ford for service for "wrench" light and a/c problems. Was told by service department that it would cost $125 each for diagnosis of problems ($250 total for just diagnostics). I said fine as long as this is deducted from repair costs. I was told this would not be deducted from repair costs and would cost $250 just to diagnose the problems. I said no thanks. Took my truck to Herberts mechanics and they diagnosed both problems within 5 minutes of hooking up the truck to diagnostic machine which was FREE of charge. So I am doubly disgusted by Greene Ford service departments for wanting to charge $250 for what should have been free. Will never do any sort of business with Greene Ford in the future. Nightmare experience! Poor and incompetent sales rep. Totally denied a conversation witnessed by spouse and misrepresented what was said about the process. Failed to meet promised benchmarks for example, " I will have someone contact you with a answer to your question" and "we will waive ordering fee." All of this was in context to ordering a electric vehicle which requires a selection of a dealership. The process was horrible. went to test drive a Ranger Lariat and possibly trade in my F150. The sales person Alex was a perfect person to deal with. The issue came up when negotiating the trade value on my truck and what they wanted to give me. The used car market is up significantly with chip shortages. Their first trade offer was unacceptably low. I too so Alex how much I had to have to do business today. A few minutes later, a cocky sales manager came (Jeremy???) over to talk about the numbers. Right off the bat he wanted to argue that their value was a fair amount. He even tried to add that the savings in sales tax gave me what I was asking for. First off, sales tax savings ok a trade is a given and does not count when buying. Anew car/truck. I said either he can pay what I was asking or give me my keys. I made it clear that either they can do it or not. He wanted to start an argument over why I was asking my value I wanted. NADA Guides and KBB both have the fair trade value significantly higher than their fiat offer. I asked for my keys another two times and stood up to leave. When I put my sunglasses down (which are prescription by the way so I can see) Jeremy made a smart ellic comment that it was rude to put my sunglasses on. Who the heck does this guy think he is saying that to me? I am a grown man, not some Child. As I walked towards the sales desk to get my keys, he further stated "your future must be bright to wear shades". The owners here must be crazy to let a smart ass like this work here. Not really sure why this place gets a bad rep, although I haven't really dealt with a sales associate.... * The one time I did I knew more about the truck than he did and quoted me some insane specs that I knew were garbage... (When will people learn about the internet and that pressure tactics don't cut it anymore?!) -The service department is swift and friendly. I came in for an oil change, brake replacement and front rotor replacement. I can't remember the gentleman who helped me but he was very knowledgeable and didn't try to up sell me any trash. (I also knew when going in exactly what I needed and wanted, may have made a difference..?) They were quick on the service and even with the rotor change out it was only 3 hours. I have been here a total of 4 or 5 times and service has been average however; this morning it was horrible. Walked in at 8:20am and there are 3 service writers at the desks. One is busy with a customer while the other two (guy and lady) are busy BSing and it is obvious that the male half is trying to flirt with the lady coworker. The male half helps me and when I tell him I need a oil change and there is clicking sound still coming from the right tire which they didn't fix last time he says "I can't see you for 3 days". When I told him that didn't work for me he said "sorry bud" and goes back to flirting with the female coworker. What kind of BS is this? Where is the supervision? After confirming that the car advertised on CarGurus was still for sale by the sales person who by the way was very cordial and pleasant to deal with. Drove approximately 50 miles from Atlanta on a Friday afternoon. Imagine traffic. Test drove the car and we decided that we wanted to purchase. Waist of time and truly unbelievable that they were told by the sales director that the car could not be sold to us unless we financed through their dealership due to incentives they would receive from their banks. This info was supposedly written in very small print according to the rep that we did not see nor did he mention after two conversations over the phone before driving up there. We were buying the car for our son and wanted to pay cash or whatever form of payment acceptable but no financing. We would have gladly gotten pre-approval from our credit union had we been interested in financing a car. Used cars are already overpriced due to the market and you still want to find ways to make even more money. read more

If I could give this review a 0 I would!!! So my 2016 Ford Explorer Limited driver seat began to rock. I decided being that is was the seat and this could potentially be a risk I would take it to the experts.....Ford right ?!? Well I took it in and within about 10 minutes the service writer came and told me there was a rivet that had broken holding the seat frame to the body of the car. It would cost me $2000 to repair it as the entire frame needed to be replaced. After picking myself up off the floor he suggested possibly taking it to see if it could be welded. I contacted Lesters Auto Body and after his inspection discovered the "bolts" that kept the frame in were simply loose. I will NEVER go back to Greene Ford! I returned to them letting them know their error and they acted very casual about it. Think twice about using this dealer for any service repair! read more

Tried to use these guys several times and they always disappoint us. This last time they replaced a belt but missed the pulley that was the real problem. When they finally replaced the pulley, they charged us AGAIN for another new belt!!! Then, they left my truck out in the parking lot UNLOCKED OVERNIGHT and every time we go there they have this attitude like they're doing us a favor by fixing our truck. Its no favor if I have to pay you $500 to fix something you should have caught the first time. Hello? Disappointed that they showed us first a finance breakdown WITHOUT their doc fees. They then put it into the contract along with a VIN etching fee (which after we got home and looked closer, they didn't even do!) That's $976 more than the deal we had gone over beforehand. Bought a Ford F350 from Ford in Gainesville Ga. It had 23,000 miles and a year warranty. It shatters and shakes when I pull my 5th wheel camper. You would think the bottom was going to fall out. They worked on it three times and no solution. The service manager tried to say the camper was to heavy for the truck. Tow capacity was a lot more than my camper. Talked with the owner and he was going to get the problem fixed. The same day Jeff the sales manager call and said he wasn't going to do anything else to it. Called Ford and they said take it to another dealer.( NOT TO CONCERNED.) Internet full of the same problem. Ford warranty is nothing put a piece of paper. Greene Ford got our business not only because they were willing to negotiate the price, but because our sales man, Matt Neff, was such a gentleman and a pleasure to work with. Since I do not deal with high-pressure sales people I was very pleased to work with Matt. He was always respectful and had an open attitude in all of our dealings. BUT, we paid a higher documentation fee than any other dealership required AND just got a letter telling us we have to go to tag office, with all proper documentation, to get a tag. Neighbor just bought a car elsewhere and paid half the fee charged here and their plate arrive in the mail in the time it took these fools to send letter. REALLY??!! I purchased a new ford from Greene and a week later they called and said that I didn't qualify for a 500 dollar rebate and they wanted their money. They said I could give them the truck back but it would be a voluntary repo. Greene ford should have verified all rebates before we signed the contract and I took ownership of the truck. This is a very shady process that could be used on you if you decide to purchase from this place. Please spend your money at a trust worthy dealer. read more

I was completely shocked to read some of these reviews. This was the absolute best experience I have had. Kim was absolutely amazing and they all actually stayed late by about 2 hours to work with me and my boyfriend's schedule to get a car. We were screwed over and ran through the ringer by hardy Chevrolet and i called Ford at 6:00 Wednesday night and they were not only able to help us and fix what Hardy Chevrolet screwed up, they got us approved (and stayed late Thursday to work with our schedules and we drove off the lot Thursday night with our brand new car! They were amazing, professional, and treated us like family! I will recommend Green Ford to anyone and everyone! Great hospitality, personalities, and attitudes! They are a joke! They refuse to work on cars unless it is in a code. They are unprofessional and rude. Well not all of them are rude. In the past month they have had my car 3 times and acted like I was wrong for even asking them to fix it. They told me that the AC will not work in 97 degree weather because it is too hot. I am having my car towed to another dealership to get a 3rd opinion. Steer clear of this service department if you have a Ford diesel vehicle. I made the effort to make an appointment for my vehicle that was having a fuel delivery problem on starting and a squeaky belt noise when cold. (waited a week for my drop off date) and assumed that an appointment vehicle would take preference over a "non-appointment vehicle", but at this dealership location that is not the case. I dropped off my vehicle on 06/12/2017 @830am as scheduled (I had to secure my own rental vehicle and pick up from the dealership because this wasn't offered or assisted) I never received information about diagnostic findings of my vehicle until 06/13/2017 AM after I CALLED to check on my vehicle. I was told that my vehcile needed a new belt (expected) and new fuel filter I approved immediately and was told I'd be advised when the work was completed. I had to initiate contact again on 06/14/2017 and found that the belt installed on my vehicle was apparently "too small even though it was labeled correctly, and shredded after running for a few minutes" and that a parts runner wouldn't be able to deliver a new belt until 6/15/2017 AM. On 6/15/2017 at 9am I received a call advising that I needed a new belt tensioner because the old one wasn't pushing back appropriately (because they forced a smaller sized belt on the vehicle the day before over torquing the existing tensioner) I agreed to pay for the new part (at this point I have had to pay for a rental car for 4 days $436) and wanted my car back. I was called at approximately 12:30pm on 06/15/2017 advising my vehcile was ready. I arrived at 4pm and instead of dealing with the service employee (to discuss any work performed) I was directed to only deal with the "collections" employee and pay "my bill". After paying, I was handed my keys and told that my car was in the dirt lot behind the car dealership and pointed in the direction of the "dirt lot". Apparently $600 plus doesn't get someone to bring your vehicle up to the service "drop off/pick/up" area so I walked around behind the dealership to find my vehcile and what I found was NOT an example of a "professionally serviced" vehicle. Immediately I noticed grease foot marks on multiple floor mats and an odor in my car that would lead me to believe that the 4 days that the vehicle was suppose to be being "serviced" it was used as a cigarette hotbox. Not only was my vehicle showing the same fuel delivery problems upon starting as described when I turned in my vehicle for service but the interior was left in filth (oil on the steering wheel, center console, driver's seat, driver's side door grab handle, driver's side floor mats, rear passenger's side floor mats, both side running boards). I paid the bill for the new fuel filter, new belt, and new tensioner (even though I know the original tensioner was damaged while installing a miss-measured belt as described by the service rider) I expected more professionalism from a "Ford certified" servicing dealership. When I got into my vehcile after paying over $400 for a rental vehicle on my own and over $600 for service and found how little care was taken with regards to my vehicle (the filth and grease left from mechanics) and my customer experience I couldn't stop at the service desk on my way out to directly complain to a manager because of my anger over the entire 4 day ordeal. If anyone has a Ford vehicle this is NOT the group you want working on your vehicle for ANY service needs. Do yourself a favor and drive 30 mins out of town to get your vehicle serviced by a legitimate Ford dealership that can afford to hire professional mechanics and service personnel. read more

I just purchased an F150 XLT from Green Ford. My sales person, Lisa Willis, was amazing. I have a really tight schedule and had been internet shopping a new car for 6 months. I finally bit the bullet and went and test drove some trucks close to home. My schedule is really tight, so time is a luxury. The dealer i went and test drove with wouldn't help me meet my budget with the truck (and package) I selected. Lisa was recommended through my bank's car buying program. I told her exactly what i wanted and what price I was willing to pay (a realistic price). She found my truck and then some within my budget. She found my truck within a week of just emailing and chatting on the phone. The first time i met her in person was when i went to pick the truck up. Everything was ready to go. I signed a few papers then drove off in my new Ford F150 XLT - it is an amazing truck! Mr. Greene in the finance department was extremely helpful as well.
