COMPLETE LEMON! --We bought a car in June 2026, within 6 weeks the engine has flooded and died!! We bought the MaxCare warranty and STILL haven't received a call from them. I can't even reach a manager at the Gainesville, Ga location. We just made our 2nd payment on this car and we still don't have our car to drive and have been paying for a rental car for 2 weeks. The warranty is a scam. It's been a nightmare! Buy a car from somewhere else.

I was very skeptical about purchasing a vehicle (Tesla) from across the country without physically…read moreseeing the vehicle until I came across IQAutos. IQAutos posts very clear photos of their inventory for clear transparency of what you are buying, especially for their huge Tesla inventory. They know what photos to display in their listings so you don't have to ask too many questions (Car computer version/actual current range). They make it extremely simple and easy to purchase a vehicle compared to the normal dealerships that play haggling games with you trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of you. They have many years of experience and it definitely shows with how they adapted to today's average consumer. Shout out to Tony who was very responsive and knowledgeable of Tesla's throughout the entire transaction. If I ever purchase another Tesla, it will likely be from them. The entire experience was great! Highly recommend!

Supposedly Brian had it fixed, went back to pick it up, and it still wasn't fixed as should have been. 4 different times in the last 3 months I've had to bring it back so they could get it fixed, the last time they loaned me a car and it also broke down on the side of 985! I called them they had a tow truck to come get it but left me on the side of the road without a way to get home! Now here it is 2 weeks later and the car I bought in December from them has broke down again for the 5th time and it's the same problem (transmission) they put Band-Aids instead of actually fixing the vehicles they sell!! Once I did, the monthly payment was higher than I was looking for. I pointed out that this monthly payment was based on a price we hadn't even agreed to (since I knew the sticker price was a little high) and suggested we settle on a purchase price first. When I tried to negotiate, he talked over me repeatedly, attempted to tell me I didn't understand how loans work, and stated they have fees that somehow made the $22k truck I was looking at $26k. After I explained that I was well aware of how loans work and that the only way to adjust payments was a lower price or more down, he told me he wouldn't negotiate the price. I said I understood and said I would move on from the deal but thanked him anyway. He then stated he "understood" and said "I was once poor too" and hung up on me. I ended up finding the exact same truck with the same mileage and a nicer interior for $16k elsewhere. I would never recommend this dealership.
