What I found is that they weren't competent to perform the work needed (such as replacing the crankshaft sensor), they didn't perform the work I specifically asked for (changing my diff fluids), or they performed work I did not authorize (Front-end Alignment). After those 3 experiences, each from different shops I started bringing my vehicles to Hardy and have been pleased. In fact, I banged up the back bumper on te Avalanche and used Hardy to replace it. Price was fair and the work performed was solid. It's also nice that they offer a shuttle service.

The Assistent Manager brought me in his office to tell me very honestly the shop is not able to fix those problems to my satisfaction. Since they knew I drove so far they offered me all the help possible to show and test drive as many cars as possible. After finding a good pick they gave me good deal on the car and on the warranty.
