We're from San Jose so they were nice enough to schedule an appointment on the weekend, and hold him until our appointment, when we could make it out to see him. Suzie was so nice when we showed up and let us hang out with our pup for awhile in the outdoor play pen. She was very flexible and happy to show us other dogs that were available and was very honest and candid about dogs she thought would or wouldn't be a good fit for us or would be a bit more of a challenge energy or behavior wise. Ultimately we adopted the pup we originally came to see and it's only been 2.5 weeks but he's already fit into to our family perfectly and Suzie's assessment of his behavior/personality was spot on. Also, their adoption fee is very affordable!! Appreciate that they do the vaccines, de-worming, and other health care needs but still make it as easy/accessible as possible to adopt with a low adoption fee.

Sandra was honestly amazing with my dog, Benji. He's pretty shy and nervous around new people, so…read moregrooming is usually not his favorite thing. Benji went to Sandra a few times, and each visit just got better. From the moment they met, she was so patient and gentle with him, and he warmed up to her way quicker than I expected. You could tell she truly cared and wasn't rushing him or forcing anything. When I picked him up, he always looked great and seemed comfortable. I was really bummed to find out she's no longer there. Once you find someone your dog trusts, it means everything. I'm really hoping Benji can find that same kind of comfort and connection again.

Come on people! We had a Lhasa Apso for 11 years and had her groomed about every 2 months from San Francisco to San Luis Obispo and in between....that's a lot of groomers! That dog passed and now we have another puppy that needed grooming. Gracie is 7 months old and has been going to a groomer in town, who has issues. We were given Sassy Pooch Mobile number by a good, reliable friend. Let me tell you something.....NEVER in the past 12 years, have I witnessed such a thorough, precise grooming job on our dog....EVER!! Tricia knows how to listen to the needs of her customers and has a keen sense with dogs. Our puppy was living on her and wanting to play. I know there are positive reviews out there, her appointment book is full! Why people are not writing more positive reviews on Yelp, I don't know. Bottom line, you want the BEST groomer for your pet, see Tricia.
