Benji went to Sandra a few times, and each visit just got better. From the moment they met, she was so patient and gentle with him, and he warmed up to her way quicker than I expected. You could tell she truly cared and wasn't rushing him or forcing anything. When I picked him up, he always looked great and seemed comfortable. I was really bummed to find out she's no longer there. Once you find someone your dog trusts, it means everything. I'm really hoping Benji can find that same kind of comfort and connection again.

The groomer had got rid of all my dogs hair trimmed it bare to the body. The groomer said, is this not what you wanted? I'm like no, I made sure to say I wanted a minimum trim to his length. We live in Ohio and it's the middle of winter. We were only visiting for the holiday. He's like oh, well it'll grow back. The groomer, offered me a free bath and wash to make up for HIS MISTAKE. He did what he WANTED not what he got PAID to do. I'm like, oh, fine I'll take a quick bath and groom not full service to make up for YOUR mistake. I was billed the full price for a service that was not well done. In addition his nails were still long and chipped. I have photos of the poor nail trim as well. When it came time for us to leave I let the groomer know and he asked if he could come by and I said yes. He never followed up and gas lighted me. Not only did he rip me off on the service he didn't even follow up with making up a mini service. It's been 6 weeks since service. we are back in Columbus and my poor puppy who loves the snow can't be outside for long because his hair hasn't grown back long enough for the snow we just had. I have to buy him winter clothes when he was nice and warm before we left for the holidays in the snow. I'd never recommend this mobile service. When we go back to Bakersfield I'll be going somewhere else.

Because my dog is blind and has arthritis clippers weren't going to work so Rebecca used her scissors to do an all over trim. She was very patient and kind even though my dog took a few nips.
