Tried to speak with Kara about the extra service charges and paid $1200 for one week because I have foster cats. This entails scooping two extra litter boxes. Also the employee has broken two of my vacuums and all these issues were never communicated to me even though I would text every day. It made training her while also dealing with a senior dog, really hard. Two weeks later our dog is well trained, well mannered and mindful of the senior dog's boundaries. There is still work to be done in terms of training, but Kehla and the Tempered Dog has given us and our dog, the tools to do it. The best way I can put it is our dog started the 2 week boarding speaking a while different language and by the time she came back, we were all speaking the same language and on the same page, which makes everything that much easier. She also posts updates any time they will be closed or busy holiday weekends are coming up. Her prices are reasonable, similar to what I was paying the previous sitters. Jordin's very sweet with the cats, diligent about bringing in mail, emptying the litter tray, feeding the girls and all of that.
