Before I came in to Hales Pampered Pooch, I had been in contact with the owner via social media. Heather was so helpful, and was very kind to answer any questions I had. As well, when I called to schedule an appointment, she spoke to me about what I wanted him to look like, and talked me through the process of starting a grooming routine. After that, we decided to take our boy in for his first groom, and he looks great! I can tell we are in the right place, as Heather also breeds Australian Labradoodles and knows exactly the look I was going for with my doodle mix. She also informed me on what to expect with his coat as he matures. I really appreciate her and her expertise, it made this experience much more comfortable.
