It was her first visit to the groomers and her first haircut so she could only cut her face her paws and her little butt, but she was shampooed. She got a blueberry facial. She was blown out so that she could be cut and she looks like a little lion now, but her hair is starting to curl up a little bit now on the top of her head so she's back looking like a little teddy bear.

Just that phone call alone gave me hope -- and when we arrived, that feeling only grew stronger. From the moment we walked in, they immediately recognized how serious her condition was and made room to see her. The team acted quickly and performed the surgery to remove her eye, giving her the relief and care she desperately needed. Every single person we encountered was truly kind, patient, and compassionate. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and the discharge instructions were easy to understand, which meant so much during such an emotional time. You can genuinely tell the ladies there love what they do and care deeply about the animals and the people who love them.
