We needed somewhere reliable and appropriate for our dogs. This place is awesome. Like many others said, we came and took a tour of the facility and didn't even have to make an appointment. Everyone of the staff was amazing and Kiwi seemed to like it (she is cranky at times). We will be using these folks for a long time to come. Tried to speak with Kara about the extra service charges and paid $1200 for one week because I have foster cats. This entails scooping two extra litter boxes. Also the employee has broken two of my vacuums and all these issues were never communicated to me even though I would text every day.
