We've only ever bought a dog tag once before at their rival store and so I was a bit lost when looking for their pet tags. The guy I asked walked me over to where they were. Also, the cashier, Sara, who tended us was nice enough to highlight the code that would be needed to engrave the tag at the kiosk. I thought that was a nice gesture, because again, I only have one other instance to compare it too. Second, I wanna say the store is well organized and clean. It isn't odorous as other pet stores I've been to. Plus their dog treat cart was well kept. The Halloween costume display was well stocked and again, organized. Highly recommend this store. Her eye looked like they nicked it. It was her first cut, I was let down. The price was over 95 bucks so I expected more.
