That is why we made the trip yesterday, my husband traded in 7 green terrors and a sucker fish and I thought they give good trade in value. The store is bigger now than when it was on Rosedale hwy. It's located in a warehouse so there is plenty of parking but the pavement is in poor condition due to cracking. The man who was working was so kind and informative. He had a tank waiting for our fish. There were a dozen or more tanks filled with different fish. The place and tanks looked as clean as they could considering people and fish are in and out all day.

The Dog Haus didn't hesitate to step in, giving them a thorough cleaning and beautiful haircuts. Their owners were beyond happy and so grateful for their makeovers. The Dog Haus is the only grooming shop I fully trust, not just for my own pups, but for others as well. It's also the only shop I've ever walked into that actually smells clean! If you closed your eyes, you wouldn't even know dogs were being bathed there. The day before our appointment, they called to confirm. When I arrived with Natasha and Jasper, they took the time to explain exactly how their services worked and asked detailed questions about the haircuts I wanted. The staff/groomers are always so kind and caring! They also do nail trimming during the week which is great for my schnauzer because her nails grow very fast in between grooms! Their kibble and treats are definitely top-notch and made with great ingredients! My sister's dog wouldn't eat any kind of kibble ever... but she ate Pet Wants kibble, and now my sister buys it whenever she visits from Orange County. We were greeted by the owner- I don't want to misspell his name, so I'm not adding here- very nice, took his time to listen to what we were looking for and why- then, gave suggestions and shared his experiences with his pets. By highlighting that experiences are unique to the pet & I appreciated that. He went above and beyond to explain to us how to make the most out of a Yak Chew- again, most folks don't do that. While they didn't carry the gentle leader we initially came for, we did leave with some great treats that even my very picky, will spit out or flat out walk away from treats she's not interested in- has been busy chewing on for the past hour. There's a dry food they offer of the same name that sounded decent as well as grooming. We were even greeted by a dog. Dogs are welcome to shop! Definitely will be back.
