My husband often buys Willow meat chews or beef trachea (I am not sure of the actual name) that are beneficial for Willow's teeth and heart. We spent over $50 on product from this business and our dogs got super sick. We were told the treats were homemade and were expensive because they had to be baked for 5 hours.... Sunny went into detail about how much time and detail went into the homemade product. When we got home and opened the packaging the product is actually made in Canada and another in China!! They were not homemade at all! Thank goodness our dogs are ok, but do not recommend buying anything from this business. Would give negative stars if possible!

She pointed me directly to the corner where she had several to choose from in a wide range of sizes for tinier pups. I also snagged one for my Chihuahua Lola (not pictured). As the name suggests, the store offers a variety of feed options for your furry friends. For giggles, check out the "designer" poopie bag in the display case. Best of all, the owners were hands on in their service delivery which you typically won't get from a big name store. Sunny and Ryan were attentive and they made me feel like we've been friends fur-ever.

I can't think of any other business in any category to provide the type of customer care as they do.

We even tried the self serve spa and our dog Bailey never felt so soft. Her coat was glowing after we just came from the dog park. We're from out of town but we travel in and make this our stop every time. They have helped assist us with getting our dogs familiar with different foods with the samples we get. We get to see what our dogs like and don't like before we commit to it. You don't find that kind of service anywhere else, and it's really nice because it's all dog safe instead of trying to take it into your own hands of trying Google.
