The groomer had got rid of all my dogs hair trimmed it bare to the body. The groomer said, is this not what you wanted? I'm like no, I made sure to say I wanted a minimum trim to his length. We live in Ohio and it's the middle of winter. We were only visiting for the holiday. He's like oh, well it'll grow back. The groomer, offered me a free bath and wash to make up for HIS MISTAKE. He did what he WANTED not what he got PAID to do. I'm like, oh, fine I'll take a quick bath and groom not full service to make up for YOUR mistake. I was billed the full price for a service that was not well done. In addition his nails were still long and chipped. I have photos of the poor nail trim as well. When it came time for us to leave I let the groomer know and he asked if he could come by and I said yes. He never followed up and gas lighted me. Not only did he rip me off on the service he didn't even follow up with making up a mini service. It's been 6 weeks since service. we are back in Columbus and my poor puppy who loves the snow can't be outside for long because his hair hasn't grown back long enough for the snow we just had. I have to buy him winter clothes when he was nice and warm before we left for the holidays in the snow. I'd never recommend this mobile service. When we go back to Bakersfield I'll be going somewhere else.

One day we were driving back from a work meeting and I saw a mobile pet grooming van and I was…read moreactually surprised to see something like this in Bakersfield since Bakersfield is years behind the bigger cities and I decided to call them since the pups weren't bathing regularly since we are always busy. I used to always bring them to Pet Smart or bathe them at home, but I'm a super busy person on the go, so it gets hard because my boys are also busy with work and school. My dogs are on a 6wk recurring schedule with Stacy and they absolutely love him. I have never met Stacy in person because I'm never home when he bathes the dogs, but my son has mentioned he has always been really nice and he also noticed that the dogs get super duper excited to see him. I've communicated with him thru text and have spoken to him over the phone several times, but I do know he's doing a good job because the dogs love him. Both of my dogs are medium sized dogs and are both older dogs 9 & 10yr old dogs, they both shed fiercely and their regular 6wk bathing has helped a lot with the shedding. I think the prices are normal pricing when it comes to grooming. My dogs are always happy, so we are also very happy with the service. If you are looking for a mobile pet groomer, then you should check them out!

A little kitten had shown up at my mom's house. It was a super friendly little kitten, however, we…read morecould not keep it. I found kittens/cats foster from Google and decided to give her a call. I had a text conversation with Alexandra, and she was very polite. She asked me to send a picture of the little kitten so I did. She said she could take it and foster it until she could find it a home but she would need $120.00. We decided to pay her the amount she asked for so the little guy wouldn't be outside with a chance of getting run over. I asked her to send a picture of the cat when he was ready to be fostered and she said she would. A couple of days later I decided to text her and ask how the kitten was doing. She told me the kitten had died the night after she picked it up. I didn't want to be offensive, but I asked her if she would refund half of the money since I knew the kitten could not have been seen by a veterinarian in the time that she had had him. She said she could not refund the money. I do appreciate her helping these little animals, but I feel like if they pass away before she takes it to the veterinarian or even has a chance to administer antibiotics some of the money should be refunded ( at least half). The kitten was in her possession probably less than 24 hours and she received $120.

We sent our dog with diagnosed cancer to them to remove just an irregular mass from his abdomen that was causing him uncomfort. It's worth the extra hour drive to get a real diagnosis from people who care.
