They charged us over $2,000 and we had to put my poor pup to sleep weeks later due to this invasive, unecessary extra incisions. The staff was so helpful and communicated very well, and even the veterinarian himself communicated directly with me about Gumdrop's treatment plan. Gumdrop needed to be spayed anyway, so the vet did not require me to get Gumdrop any diagnostic tests. We decided to just have her spayed without any tests. I paid under $500 for an emergency spay, antibiotics, the walk-in fee, and the post surgery pain medication. I am so grateful to Bishop Veterinary Hospital and can't recommend them enough!

I called around 8:30 a.m. this morning to establish care for my two French Bulldogs and was told that they were accepting new patients but it would be a month out. The receptionist began collecting my information to create patient charts, discussed scheduling appointments for June, and was in the process of preparing the required $40 per pet appointment hold fee when the call was disconnected. When I called back later, a different receptionist informed me that the clinic was not accepting new patients and that I would not be able to establish care there. When I explained that another staff member had literally begun the intake process and was preparing to collect payment for appointments, I was simply told, "I don't know, but we're not taking new patients." The complete lack of communication and consistency was incredibly frustrating. Based on the glowing reviews, I expected a much more professional and organized experience. While I cannot speak to the quality of the veterinary care itself, the customer service and handling of front-office communication left a very poor first impression.

My cat was sick and I obviously answered any questions to give the veterinarian an idea of what was wrong with him. When I tell you she wasn't in that room for more than a minute, I wish I were exaggerating. She looked into my cat's mouth for maybe 10 seconds and decided $675 worth of medications and treatments was needed. I would have probably been ok with paying that amount if I genuinely felt like she cared about my cat's health and wanted to help him. I then tried to see if I could get any of the medications without the $235 bloodwork. At least the fever reducer. The vet veterinarian said no. The bloodwork was then dropped down to $165 to send the test out to a 3rd party instead of in-house. I left this place unsatisfied with their service and luckily I already had another appointment lined up for my boy and he is doing much better.

I also felt comfortable asking her questions and suggestions on some skin issues that Marina was having. Knowing that she had been a Registered Vet Tech made me feel comfortable taking her advice. I would say it takes roughly half an hour, talking over your family pet, as they calmly give your family pet a three step process. Dr Martin was very gentle with our family dog Miles and as we spent our last moments with him, she peacefully sedated him, as well as talked us through their process. Instead of putting your dog and your family through the stresses of a veterinary office definitely give A Peaceful Process a call. You can schedule your appointment online and the will work with your schedule. To my surprise I quickly learned otherwise. First session Jay addressed the running out the front door when opened. Jazz immediately obeyed Jay and myself. So impressive! Second session we needed Jazz to sit on his bed during breakfast & dinner. While his owner in a wheelchair enjoys his meals. Jay accomplished that in half the session. Third session was walking. Being able to keep Jazz on my side and from growling at other people or dogs. In one session Jay empowered me to lead Jazz. A big task for some of us women who struggle with being pack leaders. Jazz and I have been enjoying some lovely walks. Thank you Jay!!! Fourth session was calling Jazz in from backyard. Jazz did well with Jay. That is something I am sure I will master shortly! If not, I now have a dog expert to reach out to for help. Jazz was so excited to see Jay on a weekly basis. Jay was so loving and it made me realized I was not loving with Jazz. He is not my dog but my clients. However, I have started to love on him. This way he feels he belongs to someone and that he is loved. This poor dog came from the shelter during COVID.
