The groomer had got rid of all my dogs hair trimmed it bare to the body. The groomer said, is this not what you wanted? I'm like no, I made sure to say I wanted a minimum trim to his length. We live in Ohio and it's the middle of winter. We were only visiting for the holiday. He's like oh, well it'll grow back. The groomer, offered me a free bath and wash to make up for HIS MISTAKE. He did what he WANTED not what he got PAID to do. I'm like, oh, fine I'll take a quick bath and groom not full service to make up for YOUR mistake. I was billed the full price for a service that was not well done. In addition his nails were still long and chipped. I have photos of the poor nail trim as well. When it came time for us to leave I let the groomer know and he asked if he could come by and I said yes. He never followed up and gas lighted me. Not only did he rip me off on the service he didn't even follow up with making up a mini service. It's been 6 weeks since service. we are back in Columbus and my poor puppy who loves the snow can't be outside for long because his hair hasn't grown back long enough for the snow we just had. I have to buy him winter clothes when he was nice and warm before we left for the holidays in the snow. I'd never recommend this mobile service. When we go back to Bakersfield I'll be going somewhere else.

We sent our dog with diagnosed cancer to them to remove just an irregular mass from his abdomen that was causing him uncomfort. For some reason, they thought they had the hand of God to do surgery else where (on the cancerous sore, on his face) that was not agreed upon and cut him open. They charged us over $2,000 and we had to put my poor pup to sleep weeks later due to this invasive, unecessary extra incisions. It's worth the extra hour drive to get a real diagnosis from people who care.

I had a text conversation with Alexandra, and she was very polite. She asked me to send a picture of the little kitten so I did. She said she could take it and foster it until she could find it a home but she would need $120.00. We decided to pay her the amount she asked for so the little guy wouldn't be outside with a chance of getting run over. I asked her to send a picture of the cat when he was ready to be fostered and she said she would. A couple of days later I decided to text her and ask how the kitten was doing. She told me the kitten had died the night after she picked it up. I didn't want to be offensive, but I asked her if she would refund half of the money since I knew the kitten could not have been seen by a veterinarian in the time that she had had him. She said she could not refund the money. I do appreciate her helping these little animals, but I feel like if they pass away before she takes it to the veterinarian or even has a chance to administer antibiotics some of the money should be refunded ( at least half). The kitten was in her possession probably less than 24 hours and she received $120.
