play time with friends.

We're so glad we found Paws and Claws. In the past, we've boarded at other places here in town. We boarded our dog for 3 days. Quinn loves it here. He's a shy guy, and he really enjoyed getting play time with other small dogs. We will be happy boarding Quinn here in the future.

Bash and Pixie love it at Paws and Claws!

I love taking my dogs to Paws and Claws! They always come home tired and to me that is a great sign of them having a good time! Happy and Healthy!! Thank you guys!

Feet mangled, raw, and scabbed

Pretty disgusting you think a refund makes this ok. If this is the owner who posts on here, you even acknowledged your staff is incompetent and that you were "going to fire all of them" because they've already had verbal warnings about not properly taking care of the dogs at the facility. Having my dog returned to me with dried feces and mangled paws, and undoubted mental trauma staying there ya sure your refund totally repairs that. Keep telling yourself that to keep a clean conscious about animal abuse. Again do not bring your pet here.

Loving the cuddles

Super friendly staff. My cat has a spectacular time during his stay. He gets lots of cuddles and playtime with the staff. The staff also to time out of their day to update me on how he was doing.

ZERO STARS! Do not take your pet here under any condition! We boarded our dog here because our favorite kennel, Fur & Feathers, had no availability. Our dog was here for 1 week and he was very healthy when we brought him here. We informed them that he does have a collapsed trachea and occasionally coughs when he gets excited, which is not a sickness. Upon picking him up, he came home with bloody diarrhea and SEVERE kennel cough. He was having trouble breathing when we picked him up and we immediately took him to Animal Emergency that evening. He was diagnosed with SEVERE KENNEL COUGH and bloody stool. He was given a shot, prescribed an antibiotic, and was given Panacur and Fortiflora for his stomach. He is also on cough tabs and canine aspirin. It has been 36 hours and he is not better at all. The OWNER is rarely at the kennel, according to the staff of 2 college aged girls. I made 3 phone call attempts, but the owner was never available. Finally, I made a trip back down to the kennel. The girl upfront called the owner for me to speak with. I spoke with the owner over the phone today. I was hoping she would be sympathetic to our situation, but that was the opposite of what happened. She was demeaning, accusing, arrogant, and wouldn't hardly let me talk. I guarantee she will comment on this with an arrogant and disrespectful response, with 100 reasons why she is right and I am wrong. I am sickened by this whole experience. Please do not use this business, unless you also want a $357 vet bill, a very sick pet, and terrible customer service from the owner. Paws & Claws please remember the value of your customers feelings and concerns. You completely shut me down and tried to overpower my voice. It's sickening... we of course will never return. Save yourself a massive headache and go somewhere else.

They can get extremely busy and it has gotten a little more challenging to get an appointment but I always commend the level of care and customer service we get from this place. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They are also really good at following up on upcoming appointments or vaccinations due to make sure your pets are up-to-date. If you are looking for a vet center, as much as I'd like to gatekeep them, this is the place to be. Highly recommend them!

I called around 8:30 a.m. this morning to establish care for my two French Bulldogs and was told that they were accepting new patients but it would be a month out. The receptionist began collecting my information to create patient charts, discussed scheduling appointments for June, and was in the process of preparing the required $40 per pet appointment hold fee when the call was disconnected. When I called back later, a different receptionist informed me that the clinic was not accepting new patients and that I would not be able to establish care there. When I explained that another staff member had literally begun the intake process and was preparing to collect payment for appointments, I was simply told, "I don't know, but we're not taking new patients." The complete lack of communication and consistency was incredibly frustrating. Based on the glowing reviews, I expected a much more professional and organized experience. While I cannot speak to the quality of the veterinary care itself, the customer service and handling of front-office communication left a very poor first impression.

They gave a full tour and did a thorough assessment to make sure Lulu was a good fit, introducing her to both calm and more energetic dogs, which I really appreciated. As a dog owner, it's always nerve-wracking leaving your fur baby with anyone, but I genuinely felt at ease here. You can tell they truly care about the dogs, and that gave me peace of mind knowing Lulu is in great hands. Highly recommend! Kindest regards from Lulus family.

A Truly Exceptional Dog Daycare!…read more Intro: We have been taking Maximus (Pomeranian mix) to Dogtopia for over 3 months and we can't say enough great things about Dogtopia! From the moment we walked in, I knew Maximus was in good hands. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about every dog that comes through the door. They take the time to learn each dog's personality and make sure they feel comfortable, included, and engaged. They treat Maximus like family, and it shows in how excited he is to come back. Story: Before Dogtopia, my sister and I would take Maximus to the dog park where he would get scared and attacked by big dogs. So when my sister heard about them on Instagram, she convinced me to take a tour of the facility. Overall, the facility was great and massive. I had doubts at first but the staff, Mr. Giesick and Jensen, were able to answer all of our questions so we decided to enroll Maximus. Health (Vaccination): They take safety seriously, so every dog is evaluated before joining playgroups, and they make sure all vaccinations are up to date. That level of care gives me total peace of mind. Cleanliness: Their commitment to cleanliness is outstanding. The staff is constantly cleaning the floors, promptly picking up any poop, mopping up the pee, and wiping down the crates to keep everything fresh and sanitary. It's clear they work hard to maintain a healthy, comfortable environment for all the dogs. Schedule: They also follow a great daily schedule that keeps the dogs happy and well-balanced. From Monday through Fridays: 7am-12pm, it's all playtime; 12pm-2pm is lunch and nap time so the pups can rest and recharge; then from 2pm-7pm, it's back to playtime until closing. It's a perfect routine that helps Maximus stay active but also gives him the downtime he needs. Cameras: One of my favorite features are the cameras. They let me peek into the playroom throughout the day to see how Maximus is doing. It's such a comfort to watch him having fun, playing with other dogs, and getting all his energy out in a safe, supervised environment. I notice he loves sitting on the orange steps in the toy room and sometimes likes to play with Dixie, Honey, Bruno and Charlie. App: We can view the cameras through their dogtopia app, and the login process is simple and quick with no hassle at all. On the app, we can also update Maximus's daycare schedule, add bath time, or even schedule an overnight stay for an additional cost, which is perfect for when we travel and our fur baby can't come with us. Being able to manage everything so easily is incredible. Staff: The staff deserves a special shout-out. Jensen is bubbly, sweet, and always greets Maximus with genuine enthusiasm. Quinn is incredibly kind and has a calm presence that puts both dogs and owners at ease. Some mornings, Mr. Giesick greets us with a wave and a warm smile, he's always happy to take Maximus. They always tell us what a good boy he is when we pick him up, and that means so much. Their dedication and positivity make all the difference. Rooms: The facility is clean, safe, and full of fun activities that keep the dogs active and happy throughout the day. I love that they separate playgroups by size and temperament, it gives me peace of mind knowing Maximus is playing with well-matched buddies. The three dedicated rooms are Toy, Romper, and Gym. Each designed for different sizes and play styles of dogs. Maximus is a small Pomeranian so he is in the Toy room surrounded by compatible playmates, which makes his experience even better. They also make sure each room has two bowls of fresh water, so the dogs can stay hydrated throughout the day. Instagram: The regular updates and photos on Instagram are a huge bonus and always brighten my day! They even gave us a report card for Maximus, which was such a thoughtful touch. It highlighted how he played, who he made friends with, and how he behaved. Something every dog parent appreciates. Summary: Maximus comes home tired, happy, and excited to go back every single time. Finding a place you can trust with your furry family member is priceless, and this daycare delivers above and beyond. If you're looking for a daycare where your dog will be loved, carefully monitored, and cared for in an exceptionally clean and well-structured environment, this is the place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and fun environment for their dog!

We were dealing with an emergency situation with our 18-year-old fur baby, and they went above and beyond to help make sure we could get in when we needed it most. Everyone we encountered was kind, professional, and compassionate during such a difficult time. A special thank you to Dr. Blair (I hope I'm spelling the name correctly), who delivered the inevitable bad news with such care and understanding. As heartbreaking as the situation was, Dr. Blair gave us the facts we needed in a way that was honest, gentle, and not overwhelming. That compassion made an incredibly painful moment a little easier to process.
