I knew I couldn't keep Marina home with my other two dogs because I hadn't socialized them yet. Breanna was recommended to me by the Rescue that I got Marina from. Although I was nervous about leaving my new girl with a stranger, Breanna wasn't a stranger after my first meeting with her. Her philosophy's on dog care and training were exactly what we needed. I also felt comfortable asking her questions and suggestions on some skin issues that Marina was having. Knowing that she had been a Registered Vet Tech made me feel comfortable taking her advice. Marina stayed with Breanna during the day while I was at work for about 2 months. She gained social skills while interacting with her family and other dogs. She actually bonded with her cat. Marina's best friend at home is my rescue cat. I have to thank Breanna for giving my girl the start she needed in life when I couldn't be there.

I called around 8:30 a.m. this morning to establish care for my two French Bulldogs and was told that they were accepting new patients but it would be a month out. The receptionist began collecting my information to create patient charts, discussed scheduling appointments for June, and was in the process of preparing the required $40 per pet appointment hold fee when the call was disconnected. When I called back later, a different receptionist informed me that the clinic was not accepting new patients and that I would not be able to establish care there. When I explained that another staff member had literally begun the intake process and was preparing to collect payment for appointments, I was simply told, "I don't know, but we're not taking new patients." The complete lack of communication and consistency was incredibly frustrating. Based on the glowing reviews, I expected a much more professional and organized experience. While I cannot speak to the quality of the veterinary care itself, the customer service and handling of front-office communication left a very poor first impression.

It's fairly affordable compared to what I would have paid elsewhere. I would just say that there was a bit of lack in communication with me, and I felt that I wasn't told much about the state of my cat. I'm still left unsure of whether he has a UTI or a urinary blockage and I wasn't told what to look out for as he takes his medicine. I am upset that I didn't get a proper diagnosis for my cat, but I hope to be informed when I get in contact with them for the results of his tests. I would also say that she seems to have a no-nonsense attitude and it came off a bit rude but you know, I went for the health of my cat, not to make friends, so I can deal with it. For a checkup, collection of his urine sample, getting his temperature checked, and a bottle of liquid medicine, it all came down to $180. It's also great that they let me see them on a bit of a short notice because I felt that my cat was facing an emergency since I was suspecting a urinary blockage. It's definitely a great plus. I also couldn't pay the bill in full and she let me off to pay it another time which I was grateful for.
