Neptune and I went through the Standard Package training and it has been an amazing experience. My only regret is that I didn't start the training sooner. I feel like I have a new confident dog. I take him for walks every day, he's crate trained and he can hang out in the front yard without running away. Nick and Kassandra are great trainers, very well organized and extremely knowledgeable. The studio is always clean and a very comfortable place to bring you dog. I recently got a new puppy and have been able to apply what I learned to him and he is doing great as well. We kept up with training honestly not every day. This weekend I was hiking alone with Racker in the hills above LA. I tripped and fell down a mountain breaking 3 bones. I was unable to climb up the rocks to make it out and had to be rescued by fire fighters and paramedics. They had to hike in and carry me out. All I could think of is how horrible it was going to be because Racker would become reactive and act aggressive in the situation. Instead because of his training he stayed in down the whole time. He barked once when they stabilized my leg and I screamed. After they picked me up he calmly let someone lead him out with me. If you are on the fence about training do it! You never know when an emergency will happen. The guys all praised how well behaved Racker was. I cannot thank Nick and Kassie enough. You really changed our life

Three second time I brought her, she did not want to go in at all and then tried top attack him somewhat. Clearly something happened the last time because I've NEVER seen this behavior from my dog. He tried to side explain why he had to get aggressive with my dog. Basically saying he abused my dog and if she could talk I could only imagine what she'd say. All I'm saying is beware and this was my experience.

We needed somewhere reliable and appropriate for our dogs. This place is awesome. Like many others said, we came and took a tour of the facility and didn't even have to make an appointment. Everyone of the staff was amazing and Kiwi seemed to like it (she is cranky at times). We will be using these folks for a long time to come.
