    Bosque

Elise made leaving my adored 14.5 year old so peaceful and calm. I was able to place her in her favoriite bed on the dining room table so that she was face to face with me. I was able to kiss my dog and repeatedly tell her how much I loved her, weeping as she slowly eased out of this earth. I was given all of the time I wanted to hold and love my precious dog one last time. All our fur babies are special, but you have to know that Bosque was the most special of all. I HIGHILY recommend A Peaceful Passling. Lamar

Elise went above and beyond for us and our Lila. Can not recommend this service enough! If you love your fur babies like we do, this is the absolute best thing you can do for them.

10/10 recommend if you're having to euthanize your pet and you want to do it at home‍ We had to put my 11 year old dog down yesterday, and had only found out the severity of his internal issues the day before. We hardly had any time to process, or any time to schedule, but there was a next day opening available. Dr. Martin came to our home, and she was so kind, gentle, and informative. She spoke softly, answered all my questions, and she gave my dog lots of love. The process was explained step by step, and my baby was able to pass so incredibly peacefully. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in the heartbreaking situation we were in. Not only was my old boy able to pass as peacefully as possible, but he made a new friend, which was his favorite thing. Thank you Dr. Martin for making this difficult time so much easier for our family, Odie included.

Dr. Martin was the absolute best ever! Highly recommended, I drove up from LA to use her professional services. This is definitely her calling in life! She took the time to reach out and check on me after my buddy Scrappy Doo went to forever sleep. The euthanasia process was stress free as Dr. Martin explained everything that was taking place and going to occur. She has a calming presence and reassuring demeanor, which eased the emotional turmoil. Putting a pet down is one of the most difficult decisions in life that we have to make. I couldn't have done it and gone through the process without Dr. Martin's guidance and expertise. Thanks a zillion, Matthew and Scrappy Doo

I simply cannot say enough about Dr. Elise Martin. She came to our home to help us put our baby Daphnie to rest. She was so incredibly kind, patient and engaging. She made each step of the process crystal clear. We shared stories about Daph and how much love she gave to our family and anyone who ever met her. A week later Dr. Elise brought Daphnie's ashes home and included a perfect paw print with a card that noted some of the things we shared. I absolutely 100% recommend her services if you are wanting an experience that is as wonderful as something like this could be.

    Our sweet Luna girl...

Dr. Elise Martin was incredibly kind and compassionate - like having a close friend guide us through each step saying goodbye to our sweet girl, Luna. Our family is very grateful for this service. Thank you!

Thank you so much Dr. Martin. Thank you for explaining the process to our young boys that have never been through this. Thank you for giving us an option to be with our girl in her home and not a sterile veterinarian office. Thank you for your patience and allowing us the time we needed with her. Thank you for her paw print keepsake. Thank you for giving my girl peace at home with her people, that's all she would want in the end. Thank you for everything.

Dr. Shea was my guide in my time of need. When the final day came, Dr. Erica came to our home. She is this beautiful angel, with the most kind and gentle voice. She helped us walk our precious Stella over the Rainbow bridge in the beauty of silence, reverence, and peace, it was so beautiful. Dr. Erica sent us the most amazing sympathy card a few days later that touched my heart deeply. Honor Pet has not only been there throughout this difficult journey, but their kindness, compassion, professionalism and guidance have meant more to me and my family than they can ever know. Today, Stella is back home at her final resting place, where she belongs...they sent her home to us in this incredible Honor box which carried her remains, a mini glass bottle of her fur, a candle to burn if/when I need to feel her presence, a digital print of her beautiful little "chocolate chip nose" we all loved and adored, a package of Forget-Me-Not seeds to plant in her honor, and a letter conveying their deepest sympathy for our great loss. It was all so overwhelming and thoughtful. If anyone is faced with such a difficult decision as this, and you are like me, confused and doubting whether you're making the right end-of-life choice, I cannot recommend Honor Pet enough. I promise, you will be blessed and given the truth and confidence as to when that right time comes. Stella never suffered, because Dr. Shea went over her symptoms/behavior, but when she started showing signs that she was ready, I recognized them and knew. My Stella no longer is suffering... The devastation over losing a beloved pet cannot be fully described in words, other than this: "Grief is the Price we Pay to Love." I love you my sweet girl, wait for me.

She seemed annoyed and in a hurry. She was late, so maybe she was in a hurry, so she wouldn't be late to the next appointment. If you're looking for a vet to come and be a vet and administer medications, you may be a good fit. If you're looking for a more compassionate experience, you may not be. One thing I had a major problem with was her decision to administer an oral sedative. I watched the video on her website to know what to expect. My experience was not like that video. I didn't even know an oral sedative was an option. She said she was going to inspect the patient to see what type would be best. I told her not oral. He hated oral medications. I didn't want his last moment to be forced to do something he hates. She insisted because supposedly the injection would cause pain. I should have insisted. Because my poor boy was so weak, he was out as soon as she administered the medication. His last moment was her forcing that nasty medication into his mouth, and then he was just... gone. I thought I would at least have a minute or two while the sedative was talking effect, to say goodbye. But, no. I obviously have no proof, but I felt like she did that because the oral would take effect quicker than the injection. I had a feeling the night before and morning of that I should cancel and look for someone else to come later that day, or the next day. I should have followed my gut. I wish I paid her $450 to cancel on the spot, as soon as I felt the energy was off. One reason I chose her is because I like the crematorium she partners with, and what they offer. However, when I called them, they said her pick ups are Tuesday and Friday. So, my cat being euthanized on a Tuesday would be sitting in her morgue until Friday, when they pick him up. Then, I would be able to do a viewing and "next day" cremation Monday. I couldn't bare the thought of my boy laying in a morgue all week. I opted to take him in myself. The second she told me she had a body bag for him, that she would carry him out in, I knew my decision was the right one. I took him myself that day, had a viewing for him the next day, and paid for same day cremation. Also, one reason I chose her was because of the clay paw print. But, I think it looks terrible. I am glad I opted for in home euthanasia. I would personally not use Dr Watson again. However, she may be a good fit for you

Our first experience at another vet was heartbreaking -- we were met with long hours of waiting, very little compassion, and no real sense of urgency. After leaving the first vet, I called Stine in tears, feeling completely defeated and overwhelmed. The receptionist was incredibly calming, caring, and compassionate. Just that phone call alone gave me hope -- and when we arrived, that feeling only grew stronger. From the moment we walked in, they immediately recognized how serious her condition was and made room to see her. The team acted quickly and performed the surgery to remove her eye, giving her the relief and care she desperately needed. Every single person we encountered was truly kind, patient, and compassionate. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and the discharge instructions were easy to understand, which meant so much during such an emotional time. You can genuinely tell the ladies there love what they do and care deeply about the animals and the people who love them. Because of this experience, I will be bringing all of my dogs here from now on -- even though it means commuting from far away.
