Small Paws Cremation Service and Romo showed us incredible kindness and compassion. Romo reassured us that Teddy was in good hands, personally picked him up to be cremated and hand delivered his ashes back home to us with such care and respect. Romo gave us a lot of reassurance and we received great communication through out this process. It's rare to encounter such genuine compassion during a time filled with so much sadness. We are deeply grateful for the comfort and dignity Romo gave Teddy and our family during one of the most painful moments of our lives. Thank you, Romo and Small Paws Cremation Service, for treating our beloved Teddy with so much love and care. Thank you for bringing him back home to us!

On one of the hardest days of my life, he helped make a heartbreaking situation feel a little more manageable. He explained everything clearly, treated Ñoño with dignity, followed up professionally, and most importantly, showed real compassion. He also worked with me on the price when I was in a very difficult spot, and that generosity meant more than I can put into words. What stood out to me most was that he did not make me feel rushed or like just another transaction. He understood that this was family, not "just a pet," and he treated the moment with the seriousness and care it deserved. Losing a pet is brutal, and when you are trusting someone with someone you love, kindness matters. In my experience, Romo gave exactly that. I'm deeply grateful to him and to Small Paws Cremations for helping me through one of the hardest days I've had in a long time. I highly recommend them.

I…read morewanted to give her a proper send off to heaven and I wanted my Cutie to know she will always be remembered and thought of not just by her mommy but to the world as a precious little soul that inhabited this earth. Ariel was God sent to me. The way Ariel memorialized my little sassy girl Cutie was more than I could ever imagined! Ariel engraved all four of her paw prints in a heart shaped terracotta stone along with her tail which gave it that extra special unique touch. The ability to feel her feet and hands by tracing my fingers along each anatomical groove brings a smile to my face. Cutie would often times take her front paw and wrap it around my finger and now I can replicate that feeling over and over thanks to you Ariel. Ariel inked my Cutie's paws, nose and whiskers too! When I saw the prints it brought me back to when I use to touch her nose and she would look at me and I could just feel her smiling at me with her eyes. Ariel made me a special ink design with Cutie's tail curved forming a half heart with her back paw in the middle. I don't have tattoos but if I were to ever get one this would be perfect! Ariel created so many personal touches for Cutie's send off to heaven that she had me crying tears of joy. I'm confident in saying my little sassy girl Cutie knew she was so loved not only here on earth but in heaven. Cutie is looking down from heaven and is saying thank you Mommy for being there for me-I love you! and I love you too!! Thank you Ariel for your artistic abilities and most importantly for the compassion you have for animals. I'm so grateful for what you've done and I value you! -Marisol V.

He has brain cancer already and had a seizure right when the event happened. It was horrifying. Had he been taken to VCA veterinary hospital one night stay would cost me $5K which is highly unfortunate because many pet owners assume this is the cost everywhere and end up euthanizing. I find that highly unethical on behalf of vet hospitals who are supposed to help owners save their pets lives, not sacrifice them because of insane costs. Horizon had limited doctors on staff and my primary vet asked them to take my pet in and I paid $1100 for one nights stay and they took excellent care of him! I couldn't be more appreciative of this hospital and their team. Thank you so much. You're life savers not just for pets, but also their owners!

And if you allowed owners to go back with their animals when they are examined they can soothe them. My cat was terrified after sitting in a waiting room with dogs for nearly 3 hours. He's never been around dogs before. And I could have calmed him or picked him up if the vet was too afraid. Yes you did offer to sedate him at a very high cost to me so he could be examined. He has never needed to be sedated at the vet before to be examined.
