4-15-19 to 4-22-19 we boarded our dogs Lily and Scarlett. I booked a month in advance because they fill up quick. It's 26.50 for first dog and 17,50 second dog. This is the only place I have ever boarded my dog so I don't have anything to compare it to. It seems a little much to me. I guess I should do some research. You can pay for extra walks, baths and other extras. But we just figured we were spending enough. I was able to go in the back and see where they were going to be. Every one that works there is very nice. Always have great customer service. When you walk in they great you right away. While we were gone I called to check on dogs and they were nice to fill me in on how they were doing. I feel like they take good care of them. We spent almost 400$ to board for a week. That was painful to pay after a week on vacation. The day after picking up dogs Scarlett my little dog started sneezing and making a noise that's hard to explain. So right to the vet we went for another 60$ bill. We are not sure what it is because she wouldn't do it for the Vet. She has never done before we boarded her. So still watching that. Not giving five stars because I think the prices they charge for most things in the store and boarding are high Everybody there is really great. Jennifer is outstanding every time I go in

Just a heads up if coming from out of the area: you need Rabies, Kennel Cough, AND Canine Influenza to board (not all areas require this).

A couple positive things came out of not being able to board here. Had several friends learn about the need of Canine Influenza vaccine (and to get started a months before boarding). And had the chance to check it out in case needing to board in the future. Stopped in over the Memorial Weekend and they were hopping, lots of dogs (some a little more vocal than others), and people booking their boarding. Staff at the store was friendly and very helpful. With having to keep the furriend with me at all times, I decided to look for a muzzle. Even though she rarely barks, this was the first time in areas where she would be around large crowds. They had a great selection, and helped me to understand how they fit (should be able to get a finger in so they are able to open mouth wide enough to drink water). Also picked up a great silicone brush, squeaky ball (because balls make all things better), rope toy, and a step-in harness (great selection of harnesses). If you've never been in here you are missing out...all things dogs, cats, fish, and birds. The Outfitters portion was definitely an exceptional find.

Amazing staff and facilities. Their prices are very reasonable. They treat our cat like he was their own pet.

I had had mostly good experiences here. Sure, they would take longer than promised to finish the…read moregrooming, often after their closing time. And it's impossible to reach them by phone (besides leaving a message and getting a call back in a few days... which isn't reasuring when I'm calling to check how much longer the grooming will take). But they usually did what I requested, and I was happy with the result. But the last time I brought in my dog, my dog was very badly injured when I picked her up. They hurt her leg somehow - I'm going to guess they forcefully held her paw for nail cutting, instead of acknowledging her protests. (She's a vocal breed, so unfortunately some groomers are inclined to ignore her vocal cues.) My dog couldn't stop whimpering in pain for 2 months. Even in her sleep, she would wake up whimpering from the pain (for about a month). I took her to the vet right away, thinking maybe her leg was broken. The vet said nothing was broken or dislocated, thankfully. But her whimpering in pain broke my heart. What also bothers me is that when I dropped her off, I told the person she has sensitivity in her front paws so to please be gentle. Obviously that was ignored. One factor (I have to assume) is that the person I dropped my dog off with is not the same person who was there when I picked up my dog. So I wonder if what I said even got communicated to whoever was grooming her or cutting her nails. I called Wizard of Paws, and they denied knowing what I was talking about (that my dog had been injured, was whimpering in pain, etc) - said they had no idea how it may have happened, and that it surely wasn't because of them. Overall, it was mostly fine getting my dog groomed here... until it wasn't.

Man, I'll be honest with you…read more. This place I felt, for a time, was heaven sent. And then I came in to pick my dogs up early and the rocket doctor that was in the back didn't know that the dog she was telling to shut the f**k up was my dogs. (Oh I straight up girl you, you toad) She repeatedly told them to shut up with all the expletives. I get it . Shaving dog assholes and balls all day must be "exhausting". But if you're in that job and you don't wanna do that şhiît then you don't belong in animal care. When we give you our animals, we are giving you an extreme amount of trust and this place is now tainted in my mind. However, I have a little choice, but to go elsewhere. I will continue to take my animals here out of necessity, but know that I know .
