He took off work to take her and when he arrived he was told he'd have to wait to be called. After waiting an hour, he was told they could not see our pet today! He took off work because he was told on the phone to bring her in at 8am and drop her off. If they couldn't see her when he CALLED to make an appointment because their schedule was full they should have simply said so on the PHONE! If this is how they treat people with such a lack of empathy, they probably treat pets horrible also. Look elsewhere unless you want to waste time and money.

After following this backyard breeder now I am finding more and more red flags. One is the high number of litters and the variety of litters. It appears zero thought is put into breeding other than "flavor of the week" doodle. Another is that a reputable local vet (who the breeders know) that We took our dogs to had zero idea they were breeding dogs. Huh?? I realize that I'm part of the problem as I bought into the trend, but please be aware. Realize you (like me) are paying for an extra cute mutt. Nothing can take that away!!

He's the love of my life and I don't regret him at all. However the condition he was given to me was so unacceptable. Poor Kenzo at just 8 weeks old was infested with Ticks, had an eye infection in his left eye and giardia. I was told I would get reimbursed for all of those medical bills that I had to pay right up front after purchasing a "healthy" puppy from Timeless but instead Karen eventually just stopped responding to me. Well now fast forward almost 6 years and he has been diagnosed with primary glaucoma (this form is hereditary) it's been a horrible diagnosis. There's no cure, it's extremely painful for them and eventually they go completely blind in both eyes. Please rethink on where you're getting your puppy from. Our sweet boy is now suffering everyday from this horrible eye disease that has no positive outcome and will leave him fully blind in just a couple years or possibly even shorter.
