Never coming again and I do not recommend this place and wouldn't to anyone. I had a very disappointing experience with this groomer for my long-haired Pomeranian. I requested a simple trim, but they left my dog looking completely uneven and choppy on all sides. His tail was cut far too short, and his face was poorly done, making it clear that the groomer lacked the necessary skill. The overall result was unsatisfactory and upsetting, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I certainly won't be returning. read more

I needed a new groomer and recently decided to take my yorkie here. My dog got assigned to Denise, who was absolutely amazing; I've used her twice so far. She patiently listened to my LONG list of requests without making me feel rushed and asked for clarification when needed. The first time I went to her, I had given her a handwritten list of everything I wanted done; I was pleasantly surprised to see upon my second visit, that she had saved it. It was very apparent to me that she worked hard to accommodate my requests and that she genuinely cares about doing a great job. My dog gets highly anxious when she goes to get groomed, so I appreciate that Denise is soothing and patient with her. I really appreciate Denise's work ethic and great attitude, as that is hard to find these days. If you are looking for a groomer, I would highly recommend Denise. read more

They did not complete the haircut I paid them to do. My dog's head was not even touched. They did not trim the hair on her underside either. They also missed one of her nails when trimming them. Overall I'm not satisfied AT ALL and will not be going back there. read more

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Showed up at our scheduled time only to be told that we had called and canceled our appointment. When I explained that we had not canceled, the person up front (possibly owner) proceeded to argue with me and insisted we had canceled. What can you do with people like this. We took my dog in and specifically asked for a trim. When we picked her up she looked like a completely different dog. They obviously used clippers all over her body and gave her a terrible, uneven cut. She doesn't even look like a golden retriever anymore. read more

My mother takes her dog that she treats like her own son the love she has for her two dogs is amazing, when i went to visit her she told me what had happened at CCs they cut him on the tail side and the dog was bleeding my mother was very upset, it is unfortunate that one loves their pets as family and others seem to not see them that way. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would because there is nothing worse than after picking up your beloved dog and later finding blood on your clothing because your dog's nail was clipped and the groomer didn't even let you know. Because of course they rather take your money with tip and act like nothing even happened. Which made it even worse after you speak to the manager, just for them to give you an apology that didn't even sound sincere. I took my Pomeranian in yesterday to get a teddy bear cut thinking they know what they are doing. The lady talked like she knew. When my husband went to pick her up my little baby was shaved ughhh. She blamed it on my dog saying well she's a puppy and it was hard to keep her still. Seriously? If you can't do it call us and we will take her elsewhere but don't just shave someone's pet. Cc's Pet Salon. Where do I begin? I dropped my dog off before I went to work. They asked his breed and told them husky shihtzu assuming they know NOT TO SHAVE A HUSKIES FUR! When I dropped him off I asked for a short cut all around. She repeated what I wanted, I paid, tipped and notified them my mom would be picking him up when ready. My mom went to pick him up and they handed her a chihuahua to which she responded that is not my dog. When I got home I discovered he had been SHAVED naked, had fleas and his wick had been cut and me not notified. I called with my complaints and was told I would be called in a couple days when the owner has time.... I never received a call. Fleas? I have a kitten at home and now my carpet is infested with fleas. While my dog may be up to date with his flea medicine, my kitten is helpless. I hope my husky shihtzu's undercoat grows back in. I hope they never hand my dog to a different owner because of pure negligence. Pay attention. These are people's fur babies and you seem not to care. Decent grooming for the price. I wouldn't take my poodle here if I wanted super clean lines. If your looking for super fancy cuts that are spot on-look elsewhere. This place is not super detailed when it comes to cleaning up your pooch but they do get the job done for a very affordable price. I will continue to come here because of the price and my pooch is def. not show dog so I really don't care. Sometimes his face is symmetrical and sometimes not. They're also very nice and easy to work with. FYI: CASH ONLY. I forget every time. So that's kinda annoying. read more

Today I took my Petunia (shih tzu) for a hair cut, and I absolutely loved it. Mona was her stylist and she did a fabulous job on my little one. I said ok I'll come back another time when he's not so they can finish the rest of the cut. They said no. I said I'm paying 41 dollars for less hair cut than before when it was 36. ( BTW price increase is due to higher equipment prices. Understandable) manager says they want to avoid injuring dog and trip to the vet. Understandable. Manager or owner says she'll do it if I hold the dog so if it bites someone it should be me. I told her no. She said if you can't cut his hair at home, what makes you think we can cut his hair without biting us. I told her that I couldn't do it and that she's the professional that's why I brought him there. She got mad. I asked to be charged the old price of 36 so I could take it somewhere else. Seems fair in my opinion it's 5 dollars. She laughed. Came back with the 5 dollar refund and told me "never to come back here with that dog ever again". The girl that cut the dogs hair was calm and polite. Owner/manager. Not so much. Dog owners. If you are unsatisfied with your dogs haircut and go back for a partial refund of 5 bucks. I've tried a few other places and this is by far my favorite. They also follow covid protocols which I very much appreciate. They always do a great job on my big and small dogs. I have German sheperds I regularly take and they always feel and smell amazing. The communication is always really good which I appreciate. Prices are in point. I've been taking my furry baby to Gayla since about 2010! She is extremely wonderful, my child comes back to me always happy, always smelling good and looking more than adorable! Gayla is very flexible with her hours, you can call her the day of and sometimes get the quickie appointment. For drop off you can drop your kid off earlier than the appointment which is sometimes really convenient and Gayla is very timely too! An important thing for me is knowing my furry child will be treated well in the hands of a stranger. I've gone to groomers before (I travel a lot) and found out they had accidentally snipped her private parts too close, which is extremely uncomfortable for my baby. Total negative so trust is a major, major issue for me when I take her in, and I trust Gayla completely with her. Her prices are lower than most around town too! I love bringing my dogs here they are loving and friendly and have always put my dogs at ease. AJ has been grooming my poodles for over 8 years and I would never think of leavening to go anywhere else. After one of my poodles died of old age she took special care of my other one to make sure he was comfortable and at ease AJ treats him like her own with tender loving care. And, as relunctant as he is with "baths", Rio loves Tina; I've never has a problem with CC's Pet Salon. When Tina left the previous groomer years prior to CC's, I was at a loss where she had gone and was happy to find her again at CC's. Aleisha is awesome! She did great with my cat who I was unsure how would react to getting her nails done and ears cleaned. I had previously made an appointment and cancelled the day before because I decided to just go slow and try nails and ears first. I've never seen a Cat groomer get nails so short which I was VERY happy about. And my cat loved her and felt comfortable with her. I then asked if she had time to go ahead and do the bath which she said yes. A few hours later I called to see if she was ready and she was. I picked her up and she looked so relaxed and smelled amazing. They were busy but she did a very good job and was thorough. She let me know my cat had ear mites and she cleaned out what she could. (I would never had known if it wasn't for her telling me). The price was also very reasonable for all the services performed. Upon picking up I didn't realize it was cash or check, Aleisha trusted me to leave and take my cat with me to go get money I thought that was so great she trusted me, I will definitely be back with both my cats!
