Alisha and TLC are NOT closed! Yelp has an error. Alisha is fantastic and she has been grooming our mini doodle since she was 12 weeks old (we took her as a pup to get her exposed to the groomer) Alisha always does a great job getting cookie in and she is one of the more reasonably priced groomers in the entire city. Thank you Alisha for always doing a great job with Cookie! read more

Horrible do not trust these people they aren't properly trained and customer service is terrible. I see why it's low stars do not go here for any grooming for your pets. ShUT THIS PLACE DOWN read more

I really liked the way they groomed my puppy. I am a new momma and I was nervous at first. But I was happy with her results. She smelled amazing, bathed, groomed nicely, looks like they performed a nice job. And they were kind and caring. Communication was good. I can't wait to take her back. read more

The amazing team at TLC grooming fit my pup in as soon as I called. The ladies there were very sweet when checking in and I was able to drop my pup off while I took care of errands. Even though I was nervous to leave her alone, the team assured my pup had a safe and pleasant grooming session! They even gifted her a cute bandana that she rocked while walking out. 10/10, will be taking her back as well as my family's pugs! Thanks again guys. read more

Took my new rescue cat in for a bath and haircut because she is Maine Coon. She had a few mats. They gave her a great bath and haircut! She is nervous but when we got home she didn't hide or anything which leads me to believe they were gentle with her. They will definitely be getting my business in the future. read more

First experience for us and our shy 1-year old. Amazing service and amazing team. Will bring all our pups here in the future.

Would absolutely recommend this place. They fit Chase in last minute and left him smelling so good and well groomed!

Tessa aunt Tina have always done a wonderful job on our pups. We have three but the two others are short hair and only get bathed and nail clipped. read more

Trying to find a breed inclusive groomer has been a nightmare. I called and Alicia at TLC and she assured us that they get more violent chihuahuas than bully breeds. After a thorough conversation, we felt comfortable taking our pack of service animals (Golden Retriever, Lab, and AmStaff) to be groomed and they would be well taken care of- and they WERE! Not only were our dogs very well respected, but they are very knowledgeable about the care of double coated dogs. Our babies were quickly and beautifully groomed. We will definitely be returning! read more

Just had my two dogs bathed and their nails, trimmed and teeth brushed. I was very satisfied cause I couldn't do it myself.

Thank you Alicia for doing such a great job with my pity and Yorkie! And always getting me in at the last minute working with my schedule!

Thanks to Alecia for always listening to our requests and sending Daisy home looking good. read more

I love this groomer! I have senior dogs and a puppy and they do a great job and are kind.

Amazing service and great prices! Alicia loves my dog like he is her own and I wouldn't trust anyone else to groom my Yorkie!

I can't give it anything more than a three star due to the fact that they injured my dog when cutting her nails. After the grooming I noticed my dog licking her paw ALOT. Taking a look And I see blood. The hair cut was good but very unpleasant to see my pup hurting. Also they take a very large amount of time, my appointment started at 10, and she wasn't taken care of till 10:40. I feel like time management can improve. read more

This place is great. Incredibly affordable. I once asked one of the owners why they charge what they do and she said they want to make it affordable for people to take care of their pets. I have two large dogs that only go in for baths, brush outs, and nails and sometimes a sanitary shave for the long haired girl. I recommend read more

After looking for a place to get our Pup groomed for a few days now, TLC was the only place available. This was our first time taking him in and we were pleased with the job they did on him. They did the job in a timely manner. I'm always up for supporting local businesses and this is one that I would recommend. We will be coming back for future services. Thank you TLC! read more

It was our first time taking our two dogs and we are thoroughly disappointed. First, we were not even greeted in a friendly manner - at all. The staff made no effort to make us feel welcome. It was just a weird vibe in there, sadly even the dogs in the cages were weeping. One of my dogs continued to cry as they were not at all friendly with them - no effort to make them feel relaxed by engaging in soothing comments. Our older dog has never done that with other groomers. Even when I called to check on our dogs, I could hear in the background not only my dog whimpering but other dogs. Upon returning, regrettably, we received the same treatment when we picked them up. Such a disappointment in how they groomed our dogs. They shaved off one of the tails completely and never even called to ask if that was okay after we left instructions not to do so. Our other dog, under the belly was still dirty, so I am not even sure if she was actually bathed. We will not be returning! read more

This was it's my first time here first off The staff was very friendly and professional they looked like they had everything figured out so that gave me confidence that my pup was going to be in good care. I left they said they'll call me back, which they finished fairly quickly but it turned out great I have no complaints about the groom they did a excellent job. But what I'm angry about is how they retuned my pup, he had a blood vessel poped on his right eye it was really red, that what was what the vet said when I took him. He should he getting better. I just a have a complaint, about how you treat your animals when groom, if you use force just l to trim they're hair. I know for a fact by puppy did not give a fight to trim his hair he's a good boy. read more

My dogs love going! One dog is groomed as she is quite shaggy without grooming. The other gets a bath as she is short haired. They keep my bonded pair together as one can be nervous without her sister. Dotty always great when I pick her up. Good hair cuts and fair prices. read more

TLC GROOMING is the name but Tina is the best groomer ever! She has been grooming my mini yorkies Layla & Weezy for years. Layla had back issues & Tina would let me stay during the grooming to make sure Layla felt comfortable. Our yorkie Weezy was a rescue dog and very skittish but Tina earned his trust and always makes it a good experience for him. I'm always excited to take my yorkies for their grooming and I'm always pleased with the outcome. Thanks Tina! read more

I am so disappointed. I thought I would try out a new grooming place for my dogs and I went here. I regret that. It took them 4 and a half hours when the most it has ever taken is 2 hours. All I asked for was a nail cut, to cut around her butt, and to cut around her paws. That should not have taken 4 hours when she was one of the first dogs in there at 8 am. I come to pick her up and she frantically ran out the door when she is normally very comfortable at the vet and groomers. I paid and took her home and noticed that they cut her nose and they did a horrible job. She came home very anxious when she never is. They weren't even supposed to be cutting anywhere near her face so I don't know how they managed to do that. Do not bring your pets here. read more

I was referred to this groomer by a friend, after a bad experience at another groomer in town. My whole family was beyond happy with the service, how our dog was treated, and how he looked. We had wanted a groomer that knew how Bichon's should be cut. Our dog was happy when we picked him up. Our last groomer we took him to our dog acted sad all day afterwards. We could tell he was well cared for. To top it off he came home with an adorable bow tie and a yummy biscuit! Thank you TLC! read more

Worst service, Tina left my shitzu half ways Didn't even do his anal glands nor cut his nails, I guess the nails was a good thing since last time she made my dog bleed when she trimmed them. Plus she didn't tell me in person that was the last time she would groom him so she left a message read more

Great service, great price, best groomers I've been to, very caring about my dog. For sure going to make this my regular groomers.

We took our two Maltipoo to TLC grooming and spoke to Sara and specifically asked for the ears and tails not to be cut. When my dog got home I noticed the hair on one ear was chopped off. When we called to demand an explanation she said, "sorry I made a mistake the ear got sucked up into the cutters and fortunately it was only her hair, it could have been her ear or something worse". We were angry when we called but did not say anything inappropriate, she responded, "she is only human and it was a mistake, and will not be belittled." I would have expected her to offer to make both ears look alike or refund what we paid. Now our dog now has one ear cut super short and the other is long. We are extremely unhappy and would not recommend anyone who loves their pets to take them to TLC.... read more

Took my dog here for a wash and haircut. He left with a choppy cut and shed all over the car because they didn't brush him out after the cut. He then developed a massive ear infection in the next few days. He was miserable and the vet bill cost me 250$. Not pleased with this outcome and will never take him back here. Be warned. read more

Took my dog in for his first haircut! Was pleasantly surprised when I picked him up. He's very hyper so I wasn't expecting a full haircut. I loved the way the staff took care of the animals. They were clean and very friendly. You cannot beat the price. Definitely recommend this place. read more

The employees at TLC Grooming are so rude and told me even after FOUR hours of my dog being with them, she (Tina) still has not started yet! They even said that if i wanted " i can take him now" !! After four hours of us waiting for our dog in their business, they tell us this? Really, excuses will not solve the problem!! The employee talking to me was so rude and told me my dog did not even have an appointment yet when I called Tina two days ago she told me to come even putting a day day and time! Still, the lady proceeded to tell me that they did not put him down on the schedule. Towards the end another employee (male) was there grooming another dog and he jumped into me and this women's conversation between us saying that Tina has had a rough day and her daughter was in the hospital. Yet in reality if this is the point they're trying to make then why is she still here doing other dogs ?? In the end he told me this is his business and that I should leave because i am the one who is rude!! Rude because i asked why my dog is still there in the cage after 4 hours when they haven't even started on him. Anyways, this is not the first time they took my dog for 4+ hours. The employees at TLC Grooming need to change their attitude and start being nice to people if they want to continue their business. read more
