It seems to help her feel less nervous, and she easily goes to them each time we've show up for an appointment. I have been asking for different cuts the past few times, as the weather changes, and they've done a nice job of getting pretty close to what I request each time. I've previously had a lot of bad experiences around Visalia and Exeter in the past decade, everything from my dog getting a weird full body rash the next day, to getting whole different cut than what I asked for, to finding big cuts on them that no one told me happened during the grooming, etc, so yeah this spot has just been a reliably nice grooming option for me with no issues. Low stress option. Good price as well, slightly cheaper than others around. Thanks for being good at your jobs and caring! :)
