This place is delicious. I've now eaten here 3 times and it has been consistent and super filling. I now split a single bowl with my wife cause a whole one leaves me unbuckling my belt. If there is a line in this restaurant, it moves quickly so don't be afraid. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The seating has been full 2/3 times that I've been there so that's something to note.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This food was so good, when we saw they had their own line of products (hummus, harissa, tzatziki, etc.) at Whole Foods, we started making it at home as a regular meal.

My daughter was home during winter break and took me to lunch. She said she wanted to go to Cava because of some of the drinks they have. Ambience: walking through the door, I felt like I was at Chipotle. The design and layout of the interior was the same, you order your protein and then customize it with toppings and sauces from the options in front of you. Food: we ordered Chicken Shawarma bowl - the chicken was dry, which they compensated by aiding a lot of sauce. 3/5 Falafel - dry and mushy. 2/5 TL/DR: Cava is Chipotle's cousin from the Mediterranean/Middle East.

This review is for the Huntington location by Walt Whitman mall. Not sure why Yelp doesn't have this location listed. Had a nice quick lunch here with hubby. Shared a falafel crunch vegetarian bowl with falafel, hummus, and black lentils. Plus, Crazy Feta®, Persian cucumber, pickled onions, sumac slaw, romaine, tomato + onion, and basmati rice. Topped with pita crisps and spicy-herby skhug. Was large enough for the two of us to share and felt full. Love the free refills on the drinks.

Stopped by this Cava for the first time as it's the closest one near me and I haven't had in years. I was not disappointed. The staff was super helpful and patient with explaining the options which was nice. Even though it was kind of busy, they took the time and did everything with a smile. The bowls itself were great and fresh I 10000% recommend the pita chips as well, they were jus brought out fresh when I came and it was delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We sat down at the tables which were clean as well![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This was my first time ordering from here but it won't be my last. Our rice bowls came packed with arugula and Cesar lettuce, brown rice, corned, broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, hummus and thee best pita chips on earth. Delivery service took 40 minutes but it was definitely worth the wait.

CAVA is basically the Mediterranean cousin of Chipotle--and I mean that in the best way possible. Walk in, build your bowl, and feel like you're making healthy choices even if you load it with all the sauces (which I absolutely did). From the perfectly spiced chicken to the creamy hummus and that addictive garlic dressing, every bite had me questioning why I ever waited in line for a burrito bowl when I could've been doing this all along. The toppings? Fresh. The staff? Friendly. The portions? Generous enough to make me feel like I definitely didn't need that pita on the side (but I got it anyway--no regrets). It's like Chipotle took a vacation to Greece, got a tan, leveled up, and came back with better flavor and a tzatziki obsession. I'm hooked.

Our first time trying CAVA & it did not disappoint. My daughter got a kids pita and I got the hot harissa steak bowl & pita chips. She really enjoyed her steak pita and we loved the pita chips a lot- I think the classic ones are better but both were good. The bowl had a generous amount of steak & it was very flavorful- I would definitely get it again & ask for less Hot Vinaigrette next time bc they put way too much. And just wish the portions were a little bigger for the price you're paying. Service was friendly & attentive. We'll be back soon :)

It was easy to order from, and the price is reasonable for lunch. I went with the chicken and rice bowl which has a good assortment of flavors without feeling heavy. I do think compared to the photo, my bowl was more lettuce heavy-than I was expecting and there weren't the nice dollops of hummus and tzatziki, but it all still tasted good. They have a few bowl/pita options and the ability to customize, but it was a nice meal option that is more than a boring salad but not greasy fast food.

Ordered the food on their website for pick up. The ordering process online was very easy and customizable. After placing the order I was notified that it'll take 15 minutes for it to be ready. Once I get there, there are shelves for pick up, but there was no bag present. I did ask staff behind the counter and they were able to hand me my complete order rather quickly. This wasn't our first time ordering here. The food was good as usual. It's a decent portion, where you won't feel hungry but you won't be super full. Would highly recommend.

Fresh, flavorful, and consistently good every time I visit. The ingredients taste high quality, the portions are generous, and there are tons of options to customize your bowl exactly how you want it. The staff was friendly and moved the line quickly even during lunch rush. Everything tasted fresh, especially the pita chips and dips. Great spot for a healthy meal that still feels satisfying. Will definitely keep coming back!

Honestly I can't really go wrong with cava for a quick and relatively healthy meal, a bowl is basically 2 meals. I did a small experiment with ordering through the app and having my friend ordering a similar item as me in person. We both got the salad and grains bowl with half chicken and half falafel. Needless to say, if you order in person you'll get a little more food, except they didn't ask my friend if they wanted the free pita on the side whereas the app did ask me. They'll give you just a little more on the sides that you add in. The difference isn't significant, but I noticed it when i started eating. The staff are still friendly regardless of online pickup or ordering in person. I would still come back here regardless because I think their ingredients are clean and good to consume.

It is a large establishment next to the very busy Ikea next door but I surmise people rather eat Swedish meatballs for half the price of Wild Fig. I ordered the Mixed Salad Bowl with chicken and my first impression was that it is quite similar to Cava. However, they emphasize that the main inspiration here is Turkish food which explains why the offer Pides. While Cava most definitely wins in the flavor category, Wild Fig's ingredients are less salty and oily. I would even believe that it might be healthier in that regard? The portions are above average and priced competitively. I was immediately prompted a tip screen on top of a $1 service charge fee. I did not ask what the service charge fee was for but at $12.99 a bowl these days, that is a good deal. I would need to come back a few more times to see if the complaints on other reviews are justified, but my experience today was good.

The staff was friendly but could speak more clearly when asking questions and the could be more informative. They should not assume that everyone is familiar with their food choices. It I had sat at another to table I may have agreed that the facility was emaculate but since I had to wipe out table/ booth, I'm going to say, it can use a bit of tidying I had the chicken and steak salad and for extra because you get four choices, I choose chick peas. I also received the crushed chicken pea instead of white rice and I chose the chick pea based dressing. The food was pretty good and tasty. I didn't care too much for a good and hold plate in one setting. The temperature in the salad could have been closer to the temperature of the rest of the food. The steak was a bit chewy for my and the chicken appeared to have a hint of spice. I'm not complaining just stating my preference, my plus one had no mentions about the food but ete really didn't like the idea of them given her a dirty tray.

I found it's no easy task to find fresh vegan food in these parts, let alone places that deliver throughout Nassau and Western Suffolk counties as does Conscious Kitchen LI. So I was very happy to stumble upon CKLI's pics of beautiful fresh veggie concoctions on Instagram, perused their weekly online menu and placed an order via their secure website (note: currently CKLI is a delivery only biz, no eat-in facilities). Food is made from scratch, locally sourced and organic. For my first delivery I got: 1) weekly special salad - microgreens, chick peas, beets, asparagus, strawberries, almonds and other goodies with miso dressing on the side; 2) Falafel Hummus Wrap; 3) Thai Butternut Squash Soup; 4) Pasta Fagioli Soup; 5) Green and Red Juices. My food was delivered on time, nicely packaged in compostable containers. I enjoyed everything I ordered and portions were pretty good, especially the pristinely fresh salad which weighed in at 16 oz. Fresh squeezed juices were especially delicious, housed in cute glass bottles that one can exchange at the next order drop-off. Soups were more like stews, thick, hearty and well spiced with fresh herbs. CKLI is a small biz that delivers locally (0-5 miles from Glen Cove) from 5-6:30PM, and 5+ miles away from 6:30-8PM. I fall into the latter area and got my food at 6:30. Delivery is flat rate $5 Glen Cove local and $6 for other LI towns, not bad if you're placing a robust order. For now my cheeseburger-addicted hubbie took a pass on these vegan vittles, but I'm still hoping he'll try something from my next CKLI deliver lol. Whether you're a dedicated vegan or just looking for a fresh healthy alternative to the usual oily caloric takeout fare, you may want to give Conscious Kitchen LI a try.

The smoked bacon was delicious, but the focaccia was a little too thin and hard, making it harder to eat than I expected. The house-made sausage was good, just not particularly memorable. As for the coffee, it was probably the most disappointing part of the meal. The latte wasn't very smooth, and the cold brew had a slight off taste.
