I immediately was greeted by kind staff that was ready to take my order, I had an idea of what I wanted prior as they had menus outside to take a look at. When I ordered the cashier was very sweet and even helped me swipe my card when my card was having issues reading. He gave me great suggestions and overall made me feel very welcome. I ordered the sweet kikkoman soy stir fry and I ordered a smoothie as well. The wait was not long at all and they have a pickup area but the cashier brought it exactly to my seat, and my smoothie shortly after. Everything was beautiful and looked delicious! It tasted as delicious as it looked! Th le portions for the stir fry are huge! I couldn't finish it all but I was able to get a bag and take it with me! They also have a cute perk where every order gets you a free mini turtle. I got to pick mine out and was told if you bring 20 turtles you get a giant turtle. Super cute! This is a new favorite place and I'll he sure to come again and try something else!

There's been a couple occasions where a few items are missing from the "create your own bowls" I've ordered but nothing major. Uber Eats has gotten sooo much better about refunding for little things like that, so it hasn't been an issue. They do charge by add-on if it's a premium item so you just need to pay attention if you didn't order it in person. I do understand they could be busy and just miss an item or two or ran out of certain ingredients also. I feel like the quality and consistency is better here than Chipotle or Gusto (at least the one I tried). I haven't tried all the other salad/bowl places nearby yet, but I do enjoy the freshness of the ingredients and options here. Their green goddess ranch is good (I haven't liked it at other places). I like their mushroom mix as well, probably even more than their steak. Their rosemary focaccia is a nice compliment to the bowls as well. I haven't had any bad items here so far. The portions are generous, which is not always the case with every salad place. I look forward to trying more things.

Not how it's done IMO, but if you aren't used to eating that you may not care. For a better, more authentic experience, I would compare to Al-Zein or Layali, for shawarma/falafel especially. But to be fair it may be a bit of a drive away from this area, so it is in convenient locations. Ambience and service was pretty standard.
