All their delicious food is made in a freight container converted into a kitchen. It makes for a fun experience

Fantastic authentic food and great service. I drove four hours to come and have lunch here. It is well worth it. Definitely will come here again.

As a Falafel addict I often look for it at every place I visit. And boy, good falafel is hard to find, even decent ones are in short supply. So imagine how happy I was to find one that matches the taste of falafel back home. The falafel is freshly made upon order, the Israeli salad was fantastic, the hummus and tahini were spot on! Definitely recommend it to those craving a good falafel! The girls at the truck were nice. The service was fast and efficient. All in all an excellent experience.

Sure looks like mayonnaise and sure tasted like it.....

I had a falafel sandwich. It was gross. I would swear, swear that if that was truly tahini, it was made with mayonnaise. It was gross and tasted terrible. It was the worst tahini I've ever had. Also not sure what kind of oil they use for frying, but it sure gave the falafel a funky taste. If you're a true Middle Eastern food aficionado, then this place is not for you. I've tried this place two or three times. Never going back......

Sabaraba's is a kiosk in the parking lot. You order at the kiosk and they announce when your order is ready. It took awhile, but it is worth the wait for fresh food. Seating is common patio area outside. My pita schwarama was good and tasty. See pics of my order and part of the menu. Came here based on a recommendation, and would recommend if you want to grab some fresh made food. My only complaint was the server made some mistake with my credit card swiping it twice causing it to be rejected/flagged, which was hassle to get corrected. I was able to pay with another card.

Mediterranean craving satisfied. My partner and I ordered a gyro plate, falafel plate, seasoned fries, and baba ganoush - TASTE: 4/5 - highlights were the lamb & beef mix in the gyro, falafel, and seasoned fries; truly could not stop eating the fries. Loved the sides of tzatziki, harissa mayo, and harissa ketchup. The Israeli salad and baba ganoush were alright TEXTURE: 4/5 - the fries and falafel were fried really nicely, and the hummus was thick and smooth PRICE: 5/5 - our total came out to $37, which was amazing SERVING SIZE: 4/5 - pleasantly surprised that the falafel plate came w 8 pieces of falafel! We took home about half of the food SERVICE: 4/5 - we were the second party there when we arrived at 6pm on a Monday. Placed our order and got our food only 10min later ATMOSPHERE: 4/5 - bright shipping container/kiosk w 8-10 picnic tables. Can appreciate the owner's love of real Israeli street food TAKEOUT: 5/5 - the gyro and falafel entrees came on paper plates w plastic lids that had ventilation holes PARKING: 5/5 - plenty of parking in the Parkside Shopping Center plaza

So good! Reminded me of the middle eastern food I'd get back home in Illinois. Great size portions for your buck. Had the chicken plate and can say I'll be back.

Let me just tell you, that this recommendation did NOT disappoint. The moment I dipped my pita into the lamb hummus I already knew this was about to be one of my favorite meals and boy was I correct. From the lamb hummus, to the grilled veggies, the chicken kebob to the rack of lambs- everything was truly delectable!!!! Ofc we couldn't skip on dessert. We got the burnt honey pistachio cake that was both of our favs and the mahlab s'mores sundae that was also incredibly good. Our service was really great w/ our server giving us incredible recommendations. And the ambiance was so chic. The bar was truly stunninggggg!!! The review deserves to be one star, but due to the facility, server, and food is five stars, we had to rate it higher. The cooking team and manager failed miserably. So overall it's three stars max, until they can get their act together. Hoping to see improvement as we really like this restaurant and food... Sincerely

The spices in the rice were overpowering and my partner didn't enjoy it as much. The potatoes were extra crunchy and a bit burnt... unsure if it was overdone or on purpose. It smelled like was it cooked in coconut oil. I would say 7 out of 10 overall. The lamb neck was recommended by the waiter. It was really good, slow cooked and the meat was tender. The sauce was unremarkable. The waiter gave us a house made spicy sauce and made this dish significantly better. I would say 9/10 overall. The hummus with the pickled mushroom was amazing. It was topped off with truffle oil and I just couldn't keep my hands off of it. I would say 10/10. I just want to point out the bill had a notice that says "tips are based on check prices after taxes" was confusing and unsure why would company charge tips on top of taxes. Our waiter was amazing so we didn't mind paying the extra but it really made us wonder about the company policy.

My girlfriend has a very strict diet due to food sensitivities, so before ordering she specifically asked about the dough, bread, and flours used in the food. Unfortunately, instead of receiving details about the ingredients, she was simply told that she could eat it. Based on that information, she ordered the meal, but later had a reaction to the dough that was used. This was frustrating because the situation likely could have been avoided if we had been given accurate information about the ingredients from the beginning. We completely understand that not every restaurant can accommodate every dietary restriction, but being transparent about what is used in the food allows customers to make informed decisions for themselves. The food itself was good, which is why we're giving 3 stars, but the service on this particular issue left us disappointed. We hope the restaurant can do a better job of providing ingredient information when customers ask, especially for those with dietary restrictions or sensitivities.

From the moment I walked in, Kameel made me feel welcome. His energy is contagious, and he genuinely engages with every customer, making everyone feel like family rather than just another order. That level of hospitality is hard to find and really sets this place apart. I ordered their best-selling Chicken Shawarma Wrap, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The halal, hormone-free chicken breast was perfectly seasoned with Turkish spices, grilled with sweet white onions, and wrapped with creamy hummus, smoky baba ghanoush, fresh cabbage salad, tabouli, and tahini in their homemade wrap. Every bite was packed with fresh, vibrant flavors, and the portion was surprisingly generous. For dessert, I couldn't resist the Pistachio Baklava, and I'm glad I didn't. The flaky filo layers were filled with pistachios and lightly sweetened with organic maple syrup instead of refined sugar. Combined with 100% olive oil and a hint of rose water, it was rich without being overly sweet and made for the perfect ending to the meal. What I also appreciate is Aviva's commitment to quality and healthy eating. They cook exclusively with 100% extra virgin olive oil, use halal, hormone- and antibiotic-free meats, fresh local produce, and avoid processed ingredients. They also offer vegan and gluten-free options while taking care to prevent cross-contamination, making it an inclusive place for people with different dietary needs. The restaurant itself is clean, organized, and inviting. While the prices are a little higher than some food court options, the quality of the ingredients, generous portions, outstanding service, and incredible flavors make it well worth every dollar.
