All their delicious food is made in a freight container converted into a kitchen. It makes for a fun experience

Fantastic authentic food and great service. I drove four hours to come and have lunch here. It is well worth it. Definitely will come here again.

As a Falafel addict I often look for it at every place I visit. And boy, good falafel is hard to find, even decent ones are in short supply. So imagine how happy I was to find one that matches the taste of falafel back home. The falafel is freshly made upon order, the Israeli salad was fantastic, the hummus and tahini were spot on! Definitely recommend it to those craving a good falafel! The girls at the truck were nice. The service was fast and efficient. All in all an excellent experience.

Sure looks like mayonnaise and sure tasted like it.....

I had a falafel sandwich. It was gross. I would swear, swear that if that was truly tahini, it was made with mayonnaise. It was gross and tasted terrible. It was the worst tahini I've ever had. Also not sure what kind of oil they use for frying, but it sure gave the falafel a funky taste. If you're a true Middle Eastern food aficionado, then this place is not for you. I've tried this place two or three times. Never going back......

Sabaraba's is a kiosk in the parking lot. You order at the kiosk and they announce when your order is ready. It took awhile, but it is worth the wait for fresh food. Seating is common patio area outside. My pita schwarama was good and tasty. See pics of my order and part of the menu. Came here based on a recommendation, and would recommend if you want to grab some fresh made food. My only complaint was the server made some mistake with my credit card swiping it twice causing it to be rejected/flagged, which was hassle to get corrected. I was able to pay with another card.

Mediterranean craving satisfied. My partner and I ordered a gyro plate, falafel plate, seasoned fries, and baba ganoush - TASTE: 4/5 - highlights were the lamb & beef mix in the gyro, falafel, and seasoned fries; truly could not stop eating the fries. Loved the sides of tzatziki, harissa mayo, and harissa ketchup. The Israeli salad and baba ganoush were alright TEXTURE: 4/5 - the fries and falafel were fried really nicely, and the hummus was thick and smooth PRICE: 5/5 - our total came out to $37, which was amazing SERVING SIZE: 4/5 - pleasantly surprised that the falafel plate came w 8 pieces of falafel! We took home about half of the food SERVICE: 4/5 - we were the second party there when we arrived at 6pm on a Monday. Placed our order and got our food only 10min later ATMOSPHERE: 4/5 - bright shipping container/kiosk w 8-10 picnic tables. Can appreciate the owner's love of real Israeli street food TAKEOUT: 5/5 - the gyro and falafel entrees came on paper plates w plastic lids that had ventilation holes PARKING: 5/5 - plenty of parking in the Parkside Shopping Center plaza

So good! Reminded me of the middle eastern food I'd get back home in Illinois. Great size portions for your buck. Had the chicken plate and can say I'll be back.

Large and lovely Persian restaurant in ATL. Really nice courtyard where there are other restaurants…read moreand stores. There's a water fountain as well. Super cute vibe. Yalda has indoor and outdoor seating but the outdoor seating is covered so it can get quite hot and humid. We preferred to sit inside. It's a really pretty restaurant from the inside and an open kitchen concept. I really enjoyed the chicken Shish kabob, lamb Koobideh, lamb shawarma wrap, and chicken bites. Our favorites were the fries that came with the wrap and the chicken bites! Lots of flavor and tender. Delicious. The food was very fresh and service was nice as well. Everything came timely and correctly. Enjoyed our visit!

Yalda is a cute Persian spot in Sandy springs in a really nice little shopping area…read more We came on a weeknight and it was BUSY, but we were seated instantly. We started our dinner with the Zatar labneh which was SO GOOD! And it came with plenty of soft pita which is so different than most Persian spots where you have to keep asking for more bread. We then shared the koobideh kabob, Chilean sea bass, and Cornish hen. The sea bass was absolutely incredible and is a must get! I thought the hen was good too but koobideh kabobs just aren't my thing usually. I usually like saffron rice at other Persian spots better but I really enjoyed the shirin polo. Overall Yalda is a great spot! It doesn't stand out too much compared to the other Persian restaurants because I think they're all good, but if you're in the area I would recommend!

The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the freshness and quality of the food. The atmosphere felt warm and homey, with upbeat music that I genuinely enjoyed. Every staff member was kind, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of. The owner even stopped by every table to speak with guests, which was such a thoughtful touch. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure everyone was enjoying their experience. They have a great selection of drinks, generous portion sizes, and the food is full of flavor. I highly recommend the dip trio as an appetizer and the lamb kebabs with rice for an entrée. The rice is hands down the best I've ever had in my life! It's seasoned to absolute perfection. They also make their own sauces, and every single one I tried was delicious. I especially appreciated that the sauces were complimentary. So many restaurants charge extra for sauces these days, so that was a pleasant surprise! They paired perfectly with the food, too. Overall, this restaurant exceeded my expectations. Between the delicious food, affordable prices, welcoming atmosphere, and genuinely attentive service, I have nothing but great things to say. I'll definitely be back, and I can confidently say this is now my favorite Mediterranean restaurant in Atlanta!

We ordered musakhan rolls, which were warm at best and really heavy on the cinnamon and or all spice. We also ordered grape leaves, hummus, batata harra and planned to share the lamb kebabs (or so we thought). The food was underwhelming, like seasoning and flavor. The lamb was overcooked and look like someone had eaten part of it before it made it to the table. We've been to several mediterranean restaurants but won't come back to this one. Don't believe the TikTok hype!

You know where this is so you know that you're gonna have to worry about paying for parking because look at the area that you're in. Just keep that in mind but there are plenty of parking structures around . The service was great. The two women that were working the front were excellent and they helped me along trying to make my decision. They were super nice and friendly and definitely worth speaking to because of their friendly demeanor . Everything I've had here has been great, absolutely amazing. I'm really hard on Mediterranean food only because where I grew up it was easy to find Mediterranean food because so many people from that side of the world put roots there. Finding some good chicken shawarma was easy. I haven't actually found a lot of that around the Atlanta area but there are a few good ones. This one is solid and did not miss. I loved it and I would definitely go back. Chicken shawarma (platter) - so the platter comes with two sides and an entrée. Everything was good. The chicken shawarma was very good and flavorful and it was super tender and I love that because it wasn't like it was sitting there all day. It was something I would definitely go back for. I may even get a wrap next time but the actual platter served me really well and it was great. roasted potatoes - my first side was potatoes and it's hard to mess up roasted potatoes. You just season it and stick it in the oven I guess but either way they were very moist and you got plenty of them. They were seasoned very well Grilled veggies - the grilled veggies were pretty good. I mean I have nothing to complain about. They were vegetables and they were seasoned as well so nothing wrong with that but they were just vegetables. It's not like it was a main course kind of situation but for a side they were a really good side choice . Creamy chicken soup - now let me get to the star of the show. This soup is amazing to me. I don't know what it is about it. Maybe it has something in it but it is amazing. I could actually get a big bowl of it and call it a day. The soup is creamy and savory and has bits of the chicken in there so it's also seasoned very well. I don't know what it is about this soup but this soup is gold to me. In any event yes I liked everything I got, yes I would go back, yes the soup is amazing, all the things LOL. They have a rosemary chicken that is supposed to be the best seller but I didn't come for that. I would definitely try that next time. I was very satisfied with what I got!
