Where do I start, 1st off my experience here was amazing! And I will be coming back to Cava as a new regular! My experience started online , I made an order for pickup and when I sat to eat it, there were a few mistakes made that I could not just ignore. I hate being the guy who needs a correction or a refund etc. I'm real go with the flow and trust me I know EVERYONE makes mistakes so I never get angry or frustrated at all, but I spent my money there and thought I'd at-least call them to see if anything can be done. Well I spoke with management and they not only apologized sincerely but guaranteed they would fix the issue by remaking my order completely whenever I chose ! All I had to do was go in and say my name. Today I took them up on that offer and they made me one of the best bowls I've ever had from Cava in my life and didn't charge me a dime! They were friendly , nice , and most importantly professional about the entire situation. I am big on customer service , I own a few businesses and when I see people doing the right thing I think it deserves a shout out! So to all of the Cava staff this is my shoutout to you! Given the amount of customers on a Wednesday night, I guess Cava is back in. I figure this is no surprise given the recent trends around protein and fiber consumption, but I'll be honest, after the whole "death to the slop bowl" era it surprised me. Whether it's trendy or not, I'm happy to say that after 2 years away, I can now revisit Cava with fresh eyes and a fresh perspective. Most elements of this shop have remained the same over the years. Fast casual customizable product. Simple straightforward options with a Mediterranean twist. Fountain drinks with a few worth while additions. They are however mixing things up with glazed salmon, seasoned pita chips and something strawberry sesame for the summer. I won't detail the ordering process because if you've been to any restaurant of this type, you've been to them all, but I will say that even though there were a few hiccups in my order (the crew was replacing meats, but did not replace the salmon leaving me with older salmon, and my greens ended up on top leaving a pool of sauce at the bottom of my bowl after confusion around limited power greens), they're still worth the revisit. They were slammed after all and even with the hiccups I enjoyed my bowl and appreciate the ingredient transparency. Happy healthy eating out! read more

Cava , as I knew it was Mediterranean inspired bowls and wraps , but I recently had a friend brag about their house made fresh juices. Not from real fruit, but a blend of different flavors . Today, I got a chance yo try it. Made a quick stop to get some juice to fight the 90F outside and the long drive. Got myself a to-go orange aleppo- orange juice with aleppo style pepper. So the taste I chose was tangy but spicy- would keep me alert and awake ... and it did , with the added advantage of how refreshing it felt. Service was pretty quick. And Ambience quite neat. Went in tonight around 9 dealt with an employee named Alicia honestly her nasty attitude towards me was super uncalled for from the moment I walked in just giving nasty stares. Not only that but just straight being nasty scratching her head with her gloves on, and then Alicia proceeds to keep the same gloves and touch our pita bread. Its been a minute since I had last been to CAVA so I wanted to stop in and see what's new. This location has a nice spacey seating area and lots of seating for small or larger groups. I decided to try the steak harissa bowl and was not disappointed in my choice. All the ingredients were very fresh, the steak was tender and the hot harissa vinaigrette was the perfect acidic kick the dish needed. I also really enjoyed the agua frescas! First time at this location but second Cava visit. I loved the first time so much I had to have my son try it! I ventured out and created my own bowl this time, with half chicken half roasted vegetables. The roasted vegetables were chef's kiss amazing! Chicken, like last time, was fantastic. My son got the steak but tried my bowl and said he would go for chicken next time as the steak is pretty well done and doesn't really take in the bowl's flavors. I also discovered Maine Root's Blueberry soda this time and dang it I'm trying to cut the soda consumption but it was probably my favorite soda I've ever had. read more

The girl making my bowl didn't even acknowledge or speak to anybody in line. If she's going to be on the front line, have a little customer friendliness. For $14 this bowl is really skimpy. We've been coming to this location for years now and it just keeps getting less and less for the same amount of money. They did flood it in sauce though..... i guess they're used to more food in the bowl to cover than what's there now. I did notice that there's a new bowl place a couple doors down. I guess I'll have to try that out and see if it's good and priced better. read more

I just came to say that this was the best roasted sweet potatoes Ive ever had. It was still sweet without tons of sugar added on top if it, like naturally sweet. It wasn't too roasted or dry, literally perfect. I had it inside of my build your bowl. I love the variety they offer. I got the baby spinach, with saffron rice, sweet heat chicken, egg plant, and a variety of toppings with 3 dips & 2 dressings. The bowl is very fulfilling with plenty to save for later. The staff in the food line were nice. Craig was very friendly and pleasant to talk with when explaining the toppings. They had plenty of indoor seating and a nice patio option. Great alternative to fast food. Not quite fast food prices but healthier Mediterranean diet. Pita wraps and bowls with steak, lamb or chicken as well as various sauces and veggies. We did not have this place where we came from. Hard to find a place that everyone likes in my family and this is one of them. Ok, we can't eat here every time but it is definitely in our easy-family-meal rotation. It's December and they have braised lamb. Not sure whether or not it is temporary. First time trying Cava and I couldn't be more pleased!! If you're familiar with the business flow of Chipotle, Cava won't be hard to navigate at all!! I got the grains and salad bowl and started building to my heart/tummy desires. You can also order their "pre-made" which are already thought up for you, then personalize it from there. By the time you finish the customized bowl, be fair warned you probably built a $20 bowl lol. The garlic and tahini sauce were both awesome, can't wait to go back. read more

HOLY COW!!!!! Visiting the grand baby again and my daughter asked what I wanted for dinner. I said it's too hot I just want a salad. Well..... this was no ordinary salad. We ordered door dash and did the build your own salad. I can honestly say I do not like hummus but I loved the spicy falafel. I ate my entire salad!!! Came here super bowl Sunday evening. Place is pretty spacious with lots of seating options. They offer for order pick up which seemed to go faster than through the line. I order the Harissa Avocado Bowl. Upon reading the description it said "harissa honey chicken", I don't remember seeing anything about spicy, maybe I missed it. But it was way too spicy for me to enjoy, and I didn't even eat it with the sauce. The worker assembled my bowl rather sloppy and didn't put very much rice so couldn't balance out the flavor. I spent $16 on that bowl and don't think it was worth it at all. read more

This Cava replaced a Zoe's that had been in this location for years. Bottom line -- this was an upgrade. We liked Zoe's, but Cava is a much more focused experience, in a positive way. Food quality was excellent, and while the prices aren't low (for families, this could be expensive -- this location didn't show a kids meal on the menu, though their website does), it's a reasonable value given the food. Harissa Avocado Bowl and Balsamic Date Chicken bowls were both excellent. Complementary pita bread was fine, but a little boring (like my tortillas, I'd rather see some unevenness and more browning) -- at some point I'll try a pita and see how it fares on a larger scale. Honestly just disappointed. Usually a huge fan of Cava but the service at this location is inferior to any of the several other locations I have visited. The man running the register appeared to be rolling on some sort of hallucinogen. I reiterated that I wanted my sauce on the side and they just threw it all in my bowl. My daughter granddaughter and I love Cava. We've gone to the one in The Vintage and the one by 290 and both places offered fresh food and their rice was fluffy and well made. Their seasonings are authentic Mediterranean style and there's so much to choose from you can get so many combinations you won't ever get bored.
