The meat was absolutely delicious 5 star for food! The salad bar was not great (we went on a weekday, maybe their is less options), they had soup, empanadas, and other options. The cheesy bread was amazing! I just love it at all restaurants but here it was fresh and they kept it coming. The cheese and honey delicious. The servers asked how we liked our meat and what meats we wanted and brought them out. Again, perhaps because we went during week, but the meats did not come out as regularly scheduled or with as much variety as other Brazilian Steakhouses we have visited. The atmosphere was elegant, dark lighting, nice wall accents. The service was great.

Why 4 stars? Because the overall experience was a good one. --- --- --- 5 stars for the service 4 stars for the buffet of sides 3 stars for the meat For my birthday dinner, I was scouring my bookmarks and ultimately landed on Gauchos Do Sul. It had been a while since we'd been to a Brazilian Steakhouse and they are generally a safe bet to get your money's worth, considering the AYCE nature of these places. I was very impressed with what a well oiled machine the service was. Everyone working here was hustling and efficient. Everything was brought out at such a high rate of speed, we were convinced that there was a hidden camera at our table and a manager barking out commands to his staff. At one point, my wife said, "I wish they had cooked shrimp", and in less than 10 seconds, a guy came by with shrimp on his skewer. The buffet had some hits: the cocktail shrimp, the bacon, the salmon, the corn. Everything else was just okay. If I could go back in time, I would have just gotten those four things and skipped the rest. Not that anything was bad, but stomach space is at a premium here. I will also say that I ordered a coconut caipirinhas and it was amazing. I will definitely be on the lookout for this drink in the future. And shoutout to the bread too - that Brazilian cheese bread is always a hit. But as for the meat... the filet mignon was definitely awesome and the clear star of the show. The rest of it was mostly just okay. Again, with the benefit of hindsight, I would have literally just piled my plate with filet mignon and been quite happy. Maybe add a couple grilled shrimp in there too. Nothing else really stood out though. I disliked the beef ribs because they basically tasted like beef stew meat. And the parmesan pork was aggressively dried out. I am not a lamb person, so I won't hold that against them. If we ever return, I will follow my hindsight advice, but to be honest, I'd probably just opt for a steakhouse next time and experience quality over quantity.

Located inside vintage park. The restaurant is intimate and a bit less known then their counterpart. The service was great and all their meat selection was delicious! I was thoroughly impressed with my experience there. I definitely would come back here for another special occasion :)

I've never been to a Brazilian Steak House before but Gauchos Do Sul has placed the bar high! The restaurant's lighting is on the dimmer side and dress code is pretty casual/business casual. There are plenty of tables and seating- private rooms for reservations are located in the back. Restrooms are nice and clean with a classy décor. The soup/salad bar has a variety of different cold cuts, cheese, and veggies. They also have seafood like cocktail shrimp and salmon loxs. Out of everything I got, I really enjoyed their soup (I believe it was lobster bisque), bread, and roasted eggplant. Their appetizers were also fantastic- they had bread with cheese inside (super addicting/dangerous), polenta fries, mashed potatoes, etc. As for the meats, everything was solid. Definitely get their special (Picanha) and the Fraldinha. The other cuts of meat (i.e. ribeye, calf steak, chicken wings) were okay. But their seafood (shrimp and octopus) was a pleasant surprise! Something that I actually could not get enough of was their grilled pineapple. It has cinnamon sugar on top and the sweetness/acidity of the fruit paired very well with some of the fattier cuts of meat. As for dessert, you have an option of either tres leches cake, tiramisu, or churros. I ended up going with the churros which came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The churros were perfectly fried and had a sweet crème filling. Even though I was so full by the time dessert came, the churros and ice cream were so good I ended up eating it all lol. Aside from the delicious food, the service here was fantastic! I appreciate how fast/diligent the servers were for our big group. Aside from making sure our plates were always full of meat, they were very attentive on our waters and taking away dishes that were no longer needed. Overall, my group and I had a fantastic experience here and I look forward to coming back here!

All I can say is wow Wow WOW! The service here was impressive. From the moment we were seated, the waitstaff were there handling everything. First was the drinks, followed by instructions on how to access the salad bar. The salad bar was unlike anything I have ever seen. There was lobster bisque, large boiled shrimp, every kind of green salad, breads & cheese, and so much more. The salad bar itself is a meal if you want and they sell it as such. They allowed us to bring our own dessert cakes for a celebration we had.

The food here is incredible, of course. My youngest was celebrating her birthday, and she's a carnivore through and through, so here we are, lol. I get the salad bar, which is a huge thing. And, since it's Sunday brunch, there's a made-to-order waffle bar. The staff is so great, this is our go to celebration restaurant.

What a meal! If you do come here, you will need to come hungry. The salad bar was spectacular. There were all kinds of salads, lobster bisque (without any lobster), huge boiled shrimp, and too much else to mention. After I ate there, I told my waitress to change my order, and I'll skip the meat. I was too full. They also allowed us to bring our own cakes. The Brazilian drinks were great. Don't fill up too much on the puffy butter pop up rolls. Yes they are good, but filling.

Ambiance: Brazilian steakhouse in Vintage Park that is nicely decorated with dim lighting, flowers, and upscale rustic touches. The set price includes the salad bar, unlimited cuts of meat, and dessert. The salad bar has amazing options including pasta salad, shrimp, potatoes, wedge salad, asparagus, and more. The wait staff is very fast and accommodating. Once you are ready, you flip your sign to green and very quickly receive various cuts of meats at your table. I enjoyed the prime rib and filet mignon the most! The sliced pineapple was also very good. For the price, the food is amazing quality and you will leave incredibly full/satisfied! Parking onsite in Vintage Park. Walking distance to other shops/bars/restaurants. Friendly staff. We went on Valentine's Day so it was quite crowded but we could tell they were doing a good job at managing many tables.

Really good all you can eat steak I especially recommend the bottom sirloin, they also had these things called jalapeño poppers, as well as shrimp. Although I will say it is really expensive it's $67.50 per person so this is a once in a while when I've saved up type of occasion. The staff were really nice and very attentive and the restaurant was well maintained and very high class. (dress nice.)

If you're looking for a great Churrasco experience closer to the Northwest side of town, look no more. This place has it all For $65/person (dinner and weekend price), you get an all you can eat experience. The service was friendly and group style , so several servers will come to your table. You get Brazilian bread as a starter & you can request the other hot appetizers that come with the buffet (rice, black beans, masked potatoes, and fried polenta) that are bright to the table. All other accompaniments are at the buffet. There are a variety of salads, veggies, cheeses, fruits, and some hot potatoes and plantains. There is so much to choose from. Make sure to leave room for the meats which are brought and carved onto your plate by the gauchos who bring them on skewers. Just absolutely delicious.

This photo is just for laughs, unsweetened ice tea for a Brazilian BBQ...made me laugh, so I'm sharing. The unseen food was excellent.

I was in the area for only one night, for there late afternoon and did not plan anything, so I roamed to find something to eat. And I found A LOT to eat. I walked by a few restaurant in this large shopping center, and this place actually looked closed. I asked a mall employee I saw walking around about good places to eat steak, I'm in Texas after all, and after a short interrogation season I realized this place was open. To make a tasty story short, it was great, pricy, but excellent quality food, great service, meat kept in coming, and all the extras and salad bar were great. To summarize, I ate too much. Come hungry.

Words won't do this place justice it stands up to it's reputation. Food, ambiance and service all scream upper echelon.

I had dinner here for a work event, and like all the Brazilian steakhouses I've had the privilege to dine in, the service, ambiance, and food were incredible. I was given two drink tickets as a courtesy for the event, but I gave them to a coworker since I was completely satisfied with my endless refills of non-alcoholic Brazilian lemonade. This steakhouse served cuts of all of my favorite meats, but when I asked a waiter if they had any garlic beef, he replied that they did not. I was completely okay with that, but he came back a few moments later with a single portion of garlic beef that the kitchen made especially for me. It was delicious. Because of this and the fantastic service throughout the night, I wasn't even upset when I left the restaurant and discovered my purse had meat juice all over (and inside) it. It is likely because I hung it off the side of my chair; but because there was hardly any space in the event room we were in, the waiters were in close contact with us and the backs of our chairs. It was hard to avoid a mess as they sliced the meat between myself and the people sitting to either side of me. I am not criticizing the waiters for this at all, but I wish I had been offered the option to use a bag rack. This doesn't deter me much as I'm already looking forward to my next visit here... but I'll skip bringing a purse next time.

Dinner price is $58.50 per person any day of the week, including weekends. Children 6-to-12 years old are half price. Gauchos Do Sul also offers lunch only on Friday's, which is $43.50 per person.

Highland Village is $59.50 and Vintage Park $51.50

I've heard good things- I would really like to go within the next couple of weeks- but I'm wondering exactly how all of it works. Is it buffet style, or a traditional dining experience?

They have a small buffet with the usual things like soup, salad, small finger foods but for the most part, you have the waiters coming to the table every couple of minutes cutting meat for you and filling up your glasses.

How much for lunch? Any group discount on weekdays?

    Is it reservation only?

    No, reservations are not required

They were serving happy hour when we got there. I got a $3 Stella Artois and decided on half-off Sticky Wings. They were gluten free, so no breading and honestly, I prefer them that way. The skin was super crispy and the sauce was almost asian flavored with a side of what I assume tasted like an organic ranch. It was really good nonetheless. For our entrees, I decided on the White Chicken Parm which consisted of "pan-seared chicken, lightly crusted with lemon pepper parmesan; served with gluten free spaghetti pasta tossed with olive oil, homemade béchamel & white wine sauce with garlic, shallots, roasted tomatoes & parmesan; garnished with broccolini, parsley & grilled lemon." I used the grilled lemon atop the chicken and pasta for an extra lemony taste. YUM! Robbie chose the Way Bacon Burger which included "Heartbrand Akaushi Wagyu with sweet & spicy candied bacon, caramelized onions & raspberries, house-made pickles, lettuce, tomatoes & roasted garlic aioli on a brioche bun," however, he ordered without the bun, substitute lettuce wrap. There was a mix up and we ended up getting charged for the gluten free bun, but was promptly offered a refund or a dessert. We took the dessert! The dessert we chose was the Candy Cane Cheesecake. The consistency was almost like cookie dough, the crust was like a cookie and it was delicious. We left Bellagreen feeling good about what we ate, not feeling overly stuffed or guilty about it, Incredible staff and food, I can't wait to try their whole menu.

The menu was not very big so it made me think that they would be really good at what they made. That logic proved right. I started with an appetizer of humus and my son ordered the cheese pizza. At first, I wasn't impressed with his pizza based on looks -- then I tasted it. The pizza was really good. The humus was also really solid. For my main, I ordered a burger. I think I was so hungry that I forgot to snap a pic of it. Regardless, it also was a really good burger. The restaurant is an order from the counter concept and then take a seat. You're on the hook for your refills / condiments / dinnerware. I like that. Only drawback is the parking situation. The front lot is pretty small and there were no spaces. Otherwise, I really like the place! Thank you to the Yelpers who went before me and left the good reviews and enticing pictures.

Food - our meal was delicious, I highly recommend their STEAK A LA PLANCHA and their PATATAS BRAVAS. 5. Cleanliness - this place is well managed in both dining area and restrooms. OVERALL - I would definitely return. We had a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this restaurant if you want some Spanish style food.

We came in because I saw online that they were having a free smoothie day in February and came in…read moreat that time. I had called before heading out to make sure they were still doing it, and they said that they were. By the time we got there, they said that they were not doing it anymore, and they ran out of all the supplies. I even told them that I had called before leaving my house and they said that they just ran out. I would have appreciated if they would have checked how much supplies they had before telling people to come up for the smoothies. My family and I drove up there. Multiple people came in after us looking for the free item and turned around and walked away when they did not get it. However, we thought we already drove up there, so we decided to support them. I'm not trying to give a bad review because I did not receive a free smoothie. We bought smoothies for the family so the trip wasn't wasted. My son is a huge mango lover, and that's the one he got and he did not like it at all, although I did not think it was bad. It wasn't sweet and didn't taste like mango. But I digress. One of my daughters got the matcha and we literally all tried it and had to throw it away because no one in our family liked it. I got the spirulina one and I liked the color, but it's not something I would particularly go out and get. Overall, I feel like I'm being very relaxed with my review because it ended up being a nice little family outing. But the final straw for us was the bathrooms. The bathroom was not clean and I had to clean the toilet before allowing my child to use it. We saw a man and woman bringing in supplies while we were there, but it got late and we had to go. I'm not sure if they would have even honored making the free drinks at that point anyways, but at this point everyone in our family tried them and did not like it. Free drinks are not why I am disappointed, but more so that that the bathroom was not clean and it smelled weird in there and no one liked their smoothie in our family. I hope they can make it nicer and not close down because it looks like it's a nice establishment in Vintage Park, but they just have to work on cleanliness and having actually good drinks.

The website is nice and the flavor options are fun, but the flavors and textures never hit quite right for me. My most recent pick-up experience was especially disappointing. I placed an order on the website over 30 minutes ahead of my arrival so that I could pick up a smoothie and make it to work on time. I set the pick-up time to 9:10am so that it would definitely be ready by the time I arrived. When I walked in at 9:15am, the employee hadn't even started on my order yet... and ultimately, I didn't walk out of the store until **9:28** am with my smoothie, and I needed to be at work at 9:30am. The employee herself was completely polite, but didn't acknowledge the fact that the smoothie was being made late. I understand life happens, but for an order made over 30 minutes in advance on the website, the store didn't seem busy enough to justify how late my order came out. My actual smoothie's texture was just too thick and the flavor felt muted, like the fruit in it needed more ripening. I did like it more after it had sat out for an hour or two and melted a bit, but due to my overall experience, I could not justify the steep price point. I see now that reviews here are pretty mixed. I'm glad some people love this place, but it's just not for me.

Service was awesome and pretty efficient. The employee let me sample their different chicken options so I could taste the difference, since the menu didn't really explain much when I looked ahead of time. The K'Pop Chicken (cute pun) is a popcorn chicken version of Korean fried chicken with a sticky glaze that has a bit of a kick to it, while the Soy Glazed Chicken is (what I think is) their grilled option, which tastes exactly as it sounds. I definitely recommend the K'Pop chicken, but both were tasty. Ingredient options are fun but REALLY fusion-y... obviously, don't come here expecting any type of authentic experience. But I did love that the options for the base include japchae, since I don't have the opportunity to order this on this side of town. They have a fair drinks selection but I wish they could add a Korean-inspired option like sikhye if they really want to keep the theme cohesive. I don't foresee myself coming often since it's on the pricier side, but due to the convenience and variety, I will definitely be back again for future work lunches. - Ambiance: 4/5 - Food: 4/5 - Service: 5/5

I ordered a bowl that was great. The flavors meshed well together and since it was made on the spot, it was fresh and the hots were hot while the colds were cold. I loved it. I would classify this a fast gourmet food. While I ordered a bowl, the quality was too notch and the staff making the bowl were very friendly. There is plenty of seating and it's not too loud. Definitely worth a stop!
