Here we yet again...another cava, same issue. If a place says the close at 10pm. And it's 9:15...for gods sake why are you already closing ? More people are cleaning than helping customers? Why? You got people in the back. THE MANAGER laughing talking shooting the s* with the rest, while we wait in line. You got one guy at the register finishing orders and checking out at the same time when you have a line that almost looks like a lunch rush. Then the guy with glasses is constantly touching his face while preparing the bowl where the salad and rice are. I just left. This place appears to be horribly managed. I really love this Cava location but the young lady who waited on us today was very rude and impatient. She seemed as if she did not want to be at work. When my bf and I asked for a little more rice she literally gave us a "little bit" more like she was purposely trying to scoop the smallest amount on the spoon. My absolute favorite place!! I like to think of it as Mediterranean Chipotle. I can't believe I have never had Cava until about ~6 months ago. Everything is always fresh, flavorful, and sooo good! I always make a custom bowl with half arugula and half brown rice with the beef meatballs and of course practically every topping lol I love how the veggies are always fresh and CRUNCHY! I also like to get my sauces on the side so I can save half of my bowl for another meal and it won't be soggy. I just love how much is packed into one bowl and for the price, you can't really get better than this. I also always get a drink on the side and i've learned that if you mix the different juices you get an even better drink! I loved when they had the strawberry drink because I would add the cucumber lime to it! Now I add the pineapple, apple, cucumber lime, with lemonade very refreshing!! Definitely come try Cava when you get the chance and you'll be hooked! read more

What can I say, CAVA is a classic go to when I am feeling like a refreshing Mediterranean meal. Their prices are great for the amount of food you get. I always get enough for two meals, and they allow you to add so much to your bowl!! I always get the rice bowl with their meatballs. They are so yummy and flavorful, and I love their sauces!! I want to start off by saying I love CAVA. This is my first time at this location and my first poor customer service experience. Initially I stood in the ordering line bc there was me and one other customer. It appeared they haven't made my meal yet that I ordered 20 minutes before arriving. When it came to my turn to speak with the rep she said they haven't made your order yet, and I'd have to wait for the staff in the back to make my order. She then, began assisting the people behind me. I don't understand why she couldn't have just made my order I stand I waited 20 additional minutes for her to check everyone else out and make their orders. What is the point of ordering prior to arrival if you have to watch everyone else's order being made. Most customers goal is to get in and get out when preordering. Unfortunately this wasn't my experience. I stood and watched everyone else whom arrived after me eat their meals whilst waiting for the staff to determine who was going to make my Togo order. Poor customer service. In addition to that she continued to glance at me waiting. It wasn't until the entire line had completed being serviced until she was able to service me. I'll drive the additional 10 minutes to the other location moving forward. read more

This is my 3rd time eating at CAVA. The 1st time was the Pearland, TX location. I give them 5stars. They were amazing. I went to cava yesterday, and they were GREAT until I got to the OVERCOOKED HARD LIKE CRACKER pita chips. I introduced my co-workers to the food and ordered another bowl myself with the pita chips hoping for a different outcome. They were more overcooked today. Please DO BETTER! Cava is one of my favorite places to eat. I don't know why it is not more highly rated. To anyone that doesn't know the beauty and amazingness that is Cava, I tell everyone this is the Mediterranean version of Chipotle. There are always huge portions and I am in love with all their toppings that it's always so hard to decide. The red pepper hummus, harissa honey chicken, and fire-roasted corn are literally 3 of the greatest creations known to man. I love Cava. I feel like whenever I go there, I'm getting a nutrient-dense meal. You can go for a curated meal or customize it they way you do at Chipotle. My go-to meal is the Chicken and Rightrice, and I'll add harissa (since I like spicy) and extra veggies, and a complimentary pita. The service is always super kind, but the line can be long during peak hours. I have the app for rewards and for every $88 you spend, you get $8 in credit. No too shabby for rewards, right? This location recently opened, so in the beginning they sometimes wouldn't get the order right, but I think things have changed in my more recent visits. We ordered this on DoorDash. It came out to $20 per bowl. The bowl was only half filled. An over $40 purchase for a meal should be enough food for two people. Some toppings missing & our pita chips were non existent. It really seems like who put this order together just didn't care. Apparently it's different if you go to the restaurant, but I would not recommend having this delivered to you at all. Very upsetting, and I honestly wouldn't recommend this restaurant even if their food is good. I'm pretty sure it wasn't tampered with by the delivery driver, but even so, the bag wasn't stapled shut or anything, and the lids came right off of their to-go bowls... They don't even fit the bowl that they're putting it in. Do better CAVA. read more

My #1 pet peeve is when restaurants forget the sauce/dressing. I ordered for DoorDash delivery for the first time, and I didn't get either of the dressings I requested. Also, on the DoorDash app there is no option to have the dressings on the side, or drizzled. I got neither, though. It really soured my experience. I heard good things about the dressing.
