tabriz bowl, tehran wrap, and the nasrin drink
    Stephanie Z.

We stopped by this food truck to get dinner and tried the tabriz bowl, tehran wrap, and the nasrin drink. The tabriz was beef chunks with tomatoes and onions, and the tehran was chicken with tomatoes and onions. We wanted to try the "Persian Gold" which is their saffron bread but they were out so gave us tin tin sticks (French fries) instead with our order. The nasrin drink is their saffron lemonade. The food tasted fine Service was slow, and we waited a while for our order despite calling ahead. The employees were nice though, and I think it's a small family business. There's some standing tables but the area was not well lit so I'd recommend to go.

Enjoying beef koobideh, chicken and pomegranate rice and roasted jalapeño with fire roasted tomatoes!

So much more than a food truck! The food is always fresh and delicious! So good we asked about catering a luncheon and they did not disappoint! The food was ready and a good amount of food. A must order is their Pistachio Tiramisu to finish the meal! The taste buds will be bursting. We ordered their beef koobideh and chicken with pomegranate saffron rice!

I ordered the Tabriz and the meat was so tender and the Tin Tin sauce was a great addition. The Nasrin lemonade was so refreshing. You must finish off your meal with the Tiramisu with pistachio cream!!! Overall, great service and delicious food!

Great food, and a very good price. Always nervous going to a new food truck, but totally worth it. Get the dessert

I had just been chatting…read morewith Gretel about breakfast tacos the day we landed in Houston -- and breakfast tacos are one of my favourite things about visiting Texas. We pulled up to this food truck and, while placing our order, I instantly had the feeling that this crew knew exactly what they were doing. That impression proved to be spot on as soon as I took my first bite. The tacos were fresh, flavorful, and packed with the kind of simple, honest ingredients that make great breakfast tacos so satisfying. No gimmicks, no unnecessary fuss -- just well-executed food that delivers exactly what you're hoping for. The service was efficient, the operation ran smoothly, and it was easy to see why there was a steady stream of customers. Overall, an excellent breakfast taco stop and exactly the kind of local experience I look for when I'm in Houston. Saluti.

Luckily, this spot takes both card and cash! I got the small beef quesadilla, and it was loaded with cheese. The small quesadilla was $5.50, and it was pretty decently sized for a small. They have salsa set out at the counter, so you can pack as much as you like. The red salsa was smoky and SPICY. Very tasty if you like spice I see a lot of great reviews about this place. I would like to try their other tacos and give a more detailed review. I will be back! but for sure the quesadilla was a hit for me

I swear the Bulgogi Fries were screaming my name, though. Yoyo's Hotdog - Yoyo--YO. This thing slaps. I definitely craved a Coke or a beer while eating this because that salt kicks your taste buds' *ss. The caramelized onions paired with the crunchy onions were a double whammy that could topple a few hot dog title holders. The real winner, though, was the sauce--definitely something Asian-inspired. But hey, I'm running on five hours of sleep, and that's the best my smooth brain could come up with to describe the experience. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.

I got their famous hotdog with spicy mayo, french onion, sautéed onions, and hot sauce. (That's how it comes standard) don't get me wrong it's definitely a lot going on from the flavors and the messiness of the dog, but the flavors balance out very well and the all beef hot dog is delicious. There's no spice from the mayo or hot sauce so if you don't like spice you'll be fine. I also tried their bulgogi fries which came with bulgogi meat, jalepenos, cheese and cilantro. My first reaction was it was delicious but it wouldn't be something I would get again, but after I kept eating it I realized this is actually really good and now when I go back I'll definitely try it again. Overall I definitely recommend this place to visitors or even locals
