Delicious food, and the staff was very helpful about my gluten intolerance. Thank you, Angel!

Food should be a 4+, but because the service is 1 this place is a 3 review at best. The people working the line on 6/25 around 5:45pm truly could not care less about the customers. Went out of their way to take their time, not respond when interacted with overall make me never want to go back in for food. Food is typically very good. Service stinks. read more

Never order pickup. I and many customers waited an HOUR past our scheduled time for pickup. They were disorganized. It is inexcusable for business people to wait this long. read more

Have been before and it was good but went today with my husband and the employee that was working there was terrible. Throwing things in the bowl, barely a squirt of dressing, one word questions in a rude manner. At the end he slapped the kids on the bowls and threw them down and they almost went on the floor. I know it gets busy but this is not ok. read more

I had the absolute best service thanks to Edwina and the cava crew!!! Our food was absolutely excellent, and we will definitely be returning. read more

CAVA - grilled chicken bowl - Mediterranean Near Me - Framingham, Massachusetts

I've progressively become more addicted to CAVA in the last month and am appreciative of fantastic guest service by their employees, Angel and Sam to name a couple, but the whole team seems to do a great job. It's a busy spot so sometimes it's a little crowded but well worth the wait. I would encourage others to try them out, shout-out to the Framingam location! read more

I had the burrito bowl,,, it was delicious,, also there salad is so fresh and delicious,,, I would definitely eat there again... and I would love to see Veronica again... such a sweet girl read more

amazing food, and even better service! it was my first time coming and the staff was exceptional

I'm obsessed with cava no matter the location but I am going out of my way to review this location and give a huge shoutout to an employee there, Angel! Every time I come to this location I'm lucky enough to be there when Angel is on shift. I swear Angel works so hard and the amount of work of 8 employees and still always provides exceptional, thorough, and beyond satisfactory service. I understand what it's like working in a field still struggling with the staffing crisis and I know Angel is doing an amazing job and helping to keep this location running smoothly! read more

The kindest workers & gave me a free drink! Love it here and will most definitely come back

I am fairly new to CAVA, but I had to leave a review after the positive energy and spirit I encountered today in Sisandro at the Shopper's World location. It's not often that I encounter a person who seems truly happy to engage with customers in the food service industry, but he really stood out today, recommending that my husband add more vegetables to his bowl was the highlight! The food is flavorful and fresh here - I love the Steak Mezze salad. I will be back for the food and friendly service. read more

This place is better than Chipotle. Friendly Environment. Isandro really took care of me he answered all my questions

Service was great, fast, food looked fresh. Unfortunately it just tasted too salty. This must be the new thing, as I recently went to another "new" (to me) Mediterranean restaurant in Ashland, and it was the same thing. Menu selections sounded delicious, but all I could taste was the salt. I go to other really great Greek/Mediterranean restaurants, and the food that comprises the dishes is actually the first thing you taste - rather than salt I am going to try it again, but if salt is still the main taste I get, I won't be back. read more

For the amount of money each item costs and the size of the portions (very small) I won't be returning and wasting my money.

So good. We ordered twice in one week! Personally, wasn't a fan of the falafel. However, the white sweet potato was perfect. read more

Cava is delicious!! Highly recommend--clean ambient and great staff. Food is flavorful and has lots of variety. Edwina was so kind and helped me make a delicious bowl. :) read more

One of the tastiest rice bowls I've ever had! Very authentic and good quality food! Fast service and easy pickup! Very pleasant atmosphere!

it was my first time eating at canva! I ordered a Greek chicken salad and it was delicious. Exceeded all my expectations

Cava is the best. Fresh, interesting choices, lots of seasoned veg toppings, and really generous in the potions. Bored of chicken? They serve lamb 2 different ways!!! Lamb at a fast casual? YES. Remember how exciting it was when you FIRST went to Chipotle? We were all so easily impressed. Cava is like that but all grown up and based on Mediterranean flavors. It's gonna be the next BIG THING. read more

AMAZING FOOD. Way better than chipolte. will come here every friday and buss.

Ever reluctantly try a new place for food? I did. I decided to try Cava in Framingham. I chose "harissa bowl" and now I am kicking myself for not going sooner. The bowl is packed with fresh and delicious food (and really tasty). The sauces were flavorful too ( was given a garlic sauce to take with me in a little cup - yum!) It is keto friendly too. (maybe one day! ) I came back today determined to try a new dish, but I am now an official fan of the harissa bowl and re-ordered it. Halil, the general manager, is great. He is helpful, and really listens to the customer. Thank you Halil! You can sit outside. The inside is also great, with many tables available for a sit-down alone or with friends. And did I mention the beverages? I went with the berry lavender drink (it tastes as nice as it sounds!). I am glad I took a chance, and this will be a place I will go to often. Thanks to Cava for coming to Framingham! I added pics - that really tells the story! Hope this helps! read more

See all

The food is VERY good. The service is the WORST ever. Welcome to 2023. Wtf. Pickup orders are NEVER even close to on time.

Great when you order in person. I have had three Uber eats orders messed up when you are not there, face-to-face to walk them through your order. If you have been there and have seen the demographic of employees It wouldn't shock you that things get messed up. read more

absolutely the best cava!! they took total care of me- Edwina and Juan are amazing. BEST FOOD EVER AND BEST SERVICE OF MY LIFE

Food is delicious, service is horrible. Perhaps Cava is a victim of its own success. The staff is completely overwhelmed. Ordered on the app and waited longer for my order than people who walked in. The guy in front of me told one of the workers he had been waiting 20 minutes for an app order and she went off on him completely and had to be calmed down by another worker. No solace given to the abused customer. Don't go during a busy time. You'll regret it! read more

Best Cava that I've been to. The Sunday morning crew was awesome! Portions were amazing and everything was super clean.

Simple, delicious and healthy! The place was clean and staffs were friendly! It was my first time but will definitely be back!

Edwina single handily made this the most enjoyable visit to a fast causal establishment. Food is always good!

I love this place. The food is phenomenal. All the servers are so nice and generous. Definitely my favorite work lunch spot!!

Staff are really accommodating and friendly, especially their manager Halil. Food was tasty and the restaurant was clean, it's my new go to for Mediterranean food. read more

The food is amazing! I love this place! The staff is friendly, the place is very clean. I love all they have to offer.

ordering online and going in feels like two separate restaurants. I placed an online order today and they gave me half the size I would normally get if I went in. they gave me the wrong lettuce and forgot 3 ingredient. read more

Great friendly service. They were very knowledgeable about Gluten Free options. Food was delicious. Will be back!

Delicious food and charming space. The cashier Angel was sweet and accommodating, the rest of the crew were great as well.

Excellent food in a niche that doesn't exist elsewhere in my experience. Healthy and with a variety of options.

There should be more than 1 person on mobile orders. I was given the complete wrong order & the person who was on mobile orders was too busy for me to even talk to. read more
