I visited the first time CAVA and one very professional manager introduced the menu with the most clear information and offered some examples for me to taste, and I asked his name he told Willian, and I decided taste one plate with his suggestion, I loved, after that I turned in regular customer, and she is so kind person with good experience on his position, because him (Willian) I told on the facility where I work, everybody start buying food everyday I recognize the CAVA bag with food on my friends table, the environment is wonderful and organised, me and my coworkers now have where to buy good food, good meeting professional like Willian, specially in restaurants for the daily lunch. This location is brand new, and the Yelp map is a bit off (we submitted a correction): it's in a new building where TGIF used to be, sharing the building with Sleep Number and what's going to be Kura Sushi, next door to Olive Garden. It was my first time trying Cava and I think the food is great but this specific location has some of the rudest employees I've ever encountered. Two of the three food-line employees just shrugged when I had questions and one employee in particular gave me a lot of attitude for customizing my food. As I mentioned earlier, this was my first time trying out this place so I thought it was common to select a pre-made bowl and customize it by adding extra toppings. I didn't think I would be essentially reprimanded by the employee and belittled because I wanted to customize my bowl. I felt really uncomfortable and unwelcome the entire time, especially once the employee started to *throw* toppings aggressively onto my bowl. This entire experience was so unprofessional and unpleasant that I literally lost my appetite. read more

The Greek Chicken that I ordered last night at the CAVA Restaurant in Framingham, ma was absolutely phenomenal; every bite was a flavor explosion! But what truly stood out was the exceptional service - the manager who's name is Marquis was attentive, knowledgeable, and made my dining experience truly special. The food is good however, the people coming in that are not familiar with it. It's very poorly laid out in terms of helping the customer decide what to order even at preparation or of course, real time. The layout is a "chipotle wannabe" they're not there yet they need to get back to basics and help customers get through the line quickly efficiently, and getting to know learn and appreciate this Mediterranean meal. I don't know if I'll be back. It was too frustrating and the attitude of the workers was negative. when spring time comes this outdoor seating is minimal just not well laid out. It's just considering the fact that it was designed from the ground up as an empty but brand new space they did a very poor job laying it out. To me it was designed more for to go rather than even feeling a bit comfortable. Interior designer needs to go back to school. read more

I'm really hard on businesses especially chains, but this place is incredible and a welcome addition to the area. Literally all their food is amazing, anyone can eat here regardless of most dietary restrictions, and they are pretty fast with service. I wouldn't say the dining area is anything special, but the formula of food is really healthy for the area. I can eat here really often and not only get great veggies in my diet, but mix it up with different flavors and combinations as I like. Highly recommend checking out, and their app is fantastic for ordering ahead, it has great user experience. read more

I finally tried CAVA - friends had recommended it, so I got around to giving it a try. I think it's a great alternative to like a chipotle-style of restaurant. Quick and efficient - good for a quick bite in or takeout if you still want good food without the hassle of time or sit down service. It is very similar to chipotle in the set-up: get in line, order off menu as is or customize, or build your own from scratch. I think they have a great variety of options and flavors. I did find it to add up pretty quickly if you're not careful of up-charges but it was also a pretty large serving so I personally was able to have some leftovers. They have some great fresh drinks and carry Maine Root which is awesome - rare to find so definitely a plus for me! I think you have to be mindful with these places as to when you go for the quality/selection of available items (for example, if you go too close to closing they're not pumping out replacements). All in all, I think it's a good quick service style that offers a spin on flavors and options. read more

Food is delicious!!! I don't know how they do it but every single ingredient you can add to your entree is so yummy. The portions are large, especially for the proteins. I eat here a lot and it seems like the same staff are always working, they are kind and work fast! If there's a line when you walk in, don't leave, it moves quickly. I wish I could actually review the food but it's a sad tale. After ordering online for two bowls and told to be there at 11:30 am (I have the acknowledgement from Cava) I showed up and waited 40 minutes and nothing. The one staffer trying to fulfill online orders said they have not seen the order and apparently that is all they can do, i.e., wait for the order to show up. I showed him/her the email acknowledgment and noted that food was to be ready at 11:30 am. He/she replied that regardless of the stated time, they have a later time for response. The staffer was pretty gruff. It was admittedly quite busy both for take out and in-person. I guess I could have asked for a Manager to see about fixing this - after all, I could have just gotten in line to order in-person but I figured they would not have the ability to refund the online order. For such a long wait - it was simply not worth it. I walked out with no food and a bad taste in the mouth. I am writing off the $35 order and am issuing this as a warning to others using the app. Buyer beware - you've been warned. If you really want this food, go there in person and get in line. They are pretty quick in serving -- had a lot of time to watch how they operate. There was another customer who had the same arrival time notice and was waiting not quite as long as me - she was a teacher and by the time the order came for her - she had 5 minutes left to get back to the school and virtually no time to each her lunch. Cava: your app is quite simply a mis-representation of your ability to deliver an efficient service. If you cannot perform to a reasonable level, don't offer the option. read more

I have ordered on the app pickup from here many times and I regularly have had missing items but usually minor things like the free pita is missing, the drink in the kids meal is missing or a topping is missing. Today I ordered a chicken bowl and was missing several items including chicken! I've been to Cava before but this was my first time in the Framingham. We placed a big order for work and a) they got everything right with everything labeled nicely b) everything tasted amazing. Have been before and it was good but went today with my husband and the employee that was working there was terrible. Throwing things in the bowl, barely a squirt of dressing, one word questions in a rude manner. At the end he slapped the kids on the bowls and threw them down and they almost went on the floor. It's just ok. Ordering is very confusing especially with the create your own bowls. Sadly it doesn't help that the 2 counter people barely spoke / understood English which was frustrating. They were unable to answer a few questions and they made a few errors in my orders. They also have no normal drinks. Fancy seltzers and some sort of coke wanna-be drink. I may try it again if I'm in the area but I won't rush back here that's for sure. read more

This place is absolutely a gem. Ambiance was amazing. Food was amazing along with the friendly staff. Today was the first time at Cava. I am literally amazed. The food was absolutely amazing, everything was high quality, starting from salads to meats even the special fountain drinks was delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff, squeaky clean tables and great location with large parking lot. Manager Halil assisted us with our orders, he was very friendly and had a wide knowledge of the food.
