RealEstate meeting with my assistants in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Interior spacious design can handle random #10 people, as it plenty of seating. It's simular to a Chipotle.., however distinctly different. Service = 8.0 Cleanliness of location = 9.0 I had the : more than $19.00us Spicy Lamb + Avocado = I give it 6.0. If you get extra lamb, it's like another $5.00us. For the price you pay..., you should get more food in your Bowel., or food platter. Came here for a quick lunch. 1st thing i noticed that bothered me was the lack of cleanliness. Floors were sticky almost everywhere, tables were not cleaned, sticky and some with strands of hair. The service was slow. I ordered pick up and was supposed to be ready in 10 mins according to the site. It took them close to 30 mins. The fountain soda issues. 4 of the soda options were just water. No concerns for changing it and the ones that were working were flat. And to top it off, they forgot the avocado in my bowl. Ok I usually love CAVA, but for some reason, this time my casual corporate slop was just way too sloppy. The main reason was the worker barely put any rice at all, about half of a scoop, and when I asked for a little more rice, she said she'd have to charge me extra. This has never happened to me at other CAVA locations. Because of this, there was nothing to soak up the sauce, and there was an actual pool of liquid in the bottom of my bowl. I didn't even get extra sauce or anything else, just my normal order. But it was so saucy and intensely flavored with no plain base to balance it out that I had to make rice at home to eat with the rest of it. I don't understand the concept of skimping on rice but not any of the other ingredients. Very disappointed, do better. read more

My experience at this cava was okay. I've had other locations but this particular one in Williamsburg moved so fast I barely had time to pick what I wanted. It was extremely rushed. Lightening speed rushed when there was not even a line behind me. Overall the taste is great, however the customer service could improve. I wasn't greeted or anything, the line worker just said "Bowl Or Pita" and proceeded to throw all the items into the bowl without even giving me a quick moment to make up my mind, ha! She was likely overworked and tired so i understand. Overall it was good but definitely smaller scoops than other chains who make bowls like this. read more

When you leave the Lip lab after a meh experience and then the awesome Gabby greets you, you're in for a treat. Each of the line staff members is pleasant and customer service-focused. The food is consistent with other locations of the brand, still I prefer the extra options at this location, particularly the beverages and the ice pellets. I'll be back. read more

I had a wonderful experience at cava Williamsburg.. I love the design and layout. The staff is very friendly and patient. It takes a minute to get acquainted to the set up. Please don't compare this to chipotle because it doesn't. One can get a bowl or pita There are signature options, or one can create their own by following the instructions. So one's base can be greens or one of the rice options or mixture of both. There multiple meats to chose from, or one can have a vegan meal I love that their is falafel and multiple kinds of hummus available. this was my lunch, and i had some leftover for dinner I enjoyed this place It also has clean bathrooms. read more

This was my first time going. The place was really busy, but thats to be expected during lunch time. The menu was straight forward or you can build your own. We did the harissa bowl and it was really tasty and had a great kick that was just right. I have to give it to the workers because they were hustling to get customers their orders and correctly. They were calm and polite even though some of the customers ahead of me were being really rude. I will be revisiting. read more

Cava just recently opened up a location in Williamsburg and I am extremely glad they did. I've been ordering lunch from here quite a few times already.
