The staff here is so nice and this one is super clean. Thank you to Roshnie and Al. Also Cava is quite literally the best!

Incredibly rude service. Never been treated so poorly in a restaurant with staff rolling their eyes at customers looking to order more items. The worst. read more

This has to be the worse Cava in existence. Do not order delivery from here. They will never get your order right and half of the food will be inedible. This has happened repeatedly to me. Unfortunately it's the only Cava in our neighborhood. read more

Ok I usually love CAVA, but for some reason, this time my casual corporate slop was just way too sloppy. The main reason was the worker barely put any rice at all, about half of a scoop, and when I asked for a little more rice, she said she'd have to charge me extra. This has never happened to me at other CAVA locations. Because of this, there was nothing to soak up the sauce, and there was an actual pool of liquid in the bottom of my bowl. I didn't even get extra sauce or anything else, just my normal order. But it was so saucy and intensely flavored with no plain base to balance it out that I had to make rice at home to eat with the rest of it. I don't understand the concept of skimping on rice but not any of the other ingredients. Very disappointed, do better. read more

RealEstate meeting with my assistants in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Interior spacious design can handle random #10 people, as it plenty of seating. It's simular to a Chipotle.., however distinctly different. Service = 8.0 Cleanliness of location = 9.0 I had the : more than $19.00us Spicy Lamb + Avocado = I give it 6.0. If you get extra lamb, it's like another $5.00us. For the price you pay..., you should get more food in your Bowel., or food platter. Ambiance = 5.7 Great for lunch meeting, or just walk in 1 person purchases. I get it.., it's Williamsburg, Brooklyn, however give people a little BIGGER size portions for the prices. read more

My experience at this cava was okay. I've had other locations but this particular one in Williamsburg moved so fast I barely had time to pick what I wanted. It was extremely rushed. Lightening speed rushed when there was not even a line behind me. Overall the taste is great, however the customer service could improve. I wasn't greeted or anything, the line worker just said "Bowl Or Pita" and proceeded to throw all the items into the bowl without even giving me a quick moment to make up my mind, ha! She was likely overworked and tired so i understand. Overall it was good but definitely smaller scoops than other chains who make bowls like this. read more

When you leave the Lip lab after a meh experience and then the awesome Gabby greets you, you're in for a treat. Each of the line staff members is pleasant and customer service-focused. The food is consistent with other locations of the brand, still I prefer the extra options at this location, particularly the beverages and the ice pellets. I'll be back. read more

I freaking love cava. This location especially rocks as indicated by the reviews. So fresh, great quantity, consistent. Nice employees, delicious homemade sodas and other fun beverages. Don't forget your free side pita! read more

Came here for a quick lunch. 1st thing i noticed that bothered me was the lack of cleanliness. Floors were sticky almost everywhere, tables were not cleaned, sticky and some with strands of hair. The service was slow. I ordered pick up and was supposed to be ready in 10 mins according to the site. It took them close to 30 mins. The fountain soda issues. 4 of the soda options were just water. No concerns for changing it and the ones that were working were flat. And to top it off, they forgot the avocado in my bowl. Bad experience. 1st and last time I will come eat at this location. read more

every time i go to this cava they're out of something. they will look you dead in the face and tell you they are out of something while they scoop it onto the online orders behind them. they also have seating for 200 ppl so idk why they always run out of stuff. try to go to a different location if u can read more

Food was amazing just as the customer service. I had the Harissa Avocado Chicken Salad. The sauce is spicy but good at the same time. The bowl was great overall and definitely will be trying over bowls. The ambiance was just DIRTY, the tables are really sticky, floors need to be mopped. The drink station was very dirty also. read more

I had a wonderful experience at cava Williamsburg.. I love the design and layout. The staff is very friendly and patient. It takes a minute to get acquainted to the set up. Please don't compare this to chipotle because it doesn't. One can get a bowl or pita There are signature options, or one can create their own by following the instructions. So one's base can be greens or one of the rice options or mixture of both. There multiple meats to chose from, or one can have a vegan meal I love that their is falafel and multiple kinds of hummus available. this was my lunch, and i had some leftover for dinner I enjoyed this place It also has clean bathrooms. read more

This was my first time going. The place was really busy, but thats to be expected during lunch time. The menu was straight forward or you can build your own. We did the harissa bowl and it was really tasty and had a great kick that was just right. I have to give it to the workers because they were hustling to get customers their orders and correctly. They were calm and polite even though some of the customers ahead of me were being really rude. I will be revisiting. read more

1st time very good! food is tasty and fresh. Never a long line. Staff is nice and patient . I would come back. Need one in LIC, sunnyside or Astoria, Queens winkwink. Loved it! I forgot to take a picture I was so hungry and it was that good. Mm read more

They are very skimp on the bowls and always forget something when ordering a delivery

I'm a manager of five guys I believe how you treat your employees is better than the food itself. I came with my wife and kid and seen how poorly employees were treated I've been a couple times and seen she was always yelling or just blatantly rude to who she hires. I took my food and left instead of dining in on my anniversary read more

Cava just recently opened up a location in Williamsburg and I am extremely glad they did. I've been ordering lunch from here quite a few times already. Their food tastes super fresh and it is quite healthy (depending on what you order of course)! I have yet to visit the physical location myself, but if it's anything like the food you won't be disappointed :) read more

Eat here every other day. Great value & taste! All the vegetables are fresh and high quality.

A beautiful African American young lady with the most beautiful eyelashes helped make me a yummy vegetarian CAVA salad before she got off from work tonight. On Saturday evening 11/18 at approximately 5pm or 5:30pm, as I waited for my freshly made pita chips she perfectly executed my salad. Her name is very exotic and escapes me, I will not forget her lovely face and 5 star customer service. Thank you young Queen. read more

Don't often do this because CAVA is by far one of my favorite restaurant but I made a decision to never enter the Williamsburg location again. Today I had the bad luck to experience the worst service ever provided to a customer. Staff was extremely slow and Rude ,I usually gotten served by Francheska or the Sweet amazing Fast guy Named Luis , But I guess those people are no longer with them . read more

Workers had great service and workers were patient and kind. Food was fresh and good quality. The manager was welcoming and amazing!

Listen y'all... I love Cava but this place just opened and is working out some kinks. Better to go wait in line as they get easily overwhelmed with pickup orders and you end up waiting longer than those who ordered in person. Prepare to spend 30+ minutes waiting. read more

Thankful Louise for taking care of me. Love the food and the service! Everything was clean, no mess on the tables. Feel safe!

Great food and service!! Gabby and Mo were very helpful!! Would definitely come back again soon.

This location is filthy. The tables, the floors, the counters, just dirty. The garbage was overflowing. I've been meaning to try this location since it opened but I couldn't bring myself to eat from here once I got there. read more

The food is good, only certain staff has good customer service. But be careful when they charge you , I've been going here a few time and every time I order the same thing but get charged different price. I get half half portion meat and before it would be around 18 and now I got charged 21... if im paying $21 I would expect a little more meat.... 2 meatballs and then like a pinch of the other meat. When i say pinch ...very little. That goes for rice, if anything they give you more toppings. Not worth spending your money on such a small portion. read more
