Comparing CAVA to Chipotle would be an insult. CAVA is 10x better! They are always consistent with their fresh and tasty food! The staff is great and work at a fast pace. Inside is very spacious but around lunch time it can be packed! If you are planning to dine at CAVA for lunch I would suggest ordering online. I have ordered online a few times & each time my food was ready when I got there. CAVA has so many choices for toppings etc. The bowl/pita combinations that you can create are endless. I usually get a grain & greens bowl but I switch my toppings up each time. One thing that I don't switch up is my spread. I absolutely love the red harissa (tastes like a spicy marinara). A drink is a must from CAVA. I have tried most of their seasonal drinks and teas but the cucumber mint is my favorite! The only negative thing that I can say about CAVA is their prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for. Definitely give this place a shot if you're in the area! read more

I ordered 2 bowls to go today. When I went to pick my order up, they gave me the wrong order 3 times..? How do you mistake an order 3x? When I opened one of the bowels, I was amazed at what I saw. So, I called the store and spoke to some woman who challenged me, saying it was "impossible" what I saw. I've never been challenged like this as a customer nor would I ever treat someone else this way while working for a chain. Maybe Cava should close next? read more

Love this place for fresh, delicious salads - the ingredients so yummy, lots of variety of veggies, and the proteins are so flavorful. Tried the new lamb meatball salad with avocado and tahini-lemon dressing and it was WOW! Party on my tastebuds! If I'm ever around the area and need to have a quick bite, this is my go to. I have gluten and dairy allergies, and CAVA's options still give me a variety I can rely on, plus it's delicious! I always get a bowl with greens, protein and toppings galore. While you can only choose 3 hummus (more than enough), you have unlimited toppings with some of them being extra charge like the avocado. Their dressings are also scrumptious, although I usually get without because the hummus does the plate justice. Service is usually pretty good. At times I'll get a server that seems to be having a hectic day, but most service is quick and efficient. At times, the bathrooms need to be cleaner as they may not have toilet paper or the toilets are dirty. And if I ask for extra protein (which I pay for), I have to remind the server of that. We ordered the Harissa Avocado bowl which has a kick of spice in the meat already so we were glad we replaced the sauce with Greek Vinaigrette. Flavors were excellent but it was wrapped like a burrito but didn't close - makes for an unnecessary messy experience. This food is perfect. The crispy pita is perfectly crunchy but soft and buttery. The falafel is delicious and the sauces are immaculate. So much amazing flavors but nothing clashes. The spindrift cucumber seltzer was the most ideal drink for this meal. My boyfriend says it reminded him of the cucumber juul pod so be weary lol. This particular cucumber seltzer is my fave tho and I'm happy they had it. I loved the harissa and the roasted eggplant. Ordered a wrap, drink and bowl from DoorDash and the restaurant forgot the bowl which was $25 (through DoorDash). Had to make an order for pick up through their website. When I when to pick it up, they forgot to put the dressing in the bag. I asked for the dressing and brought it home. When I opened the salad bowl, there was no hummus, eggplant or harissa even though I had added it to the order. How hard is it to get a salad right when all the ingredients are printed right on the receipt?! To make things worse, there was a piece of sharp wood(?) in my salad that cut my gum. Worst place ever. After deciding to get our lunch here, I heard about the chain on a podcast, and then realized that I had marked down a location closer to home as one I wanted to try! It's a fast-casual Mediterranean spot somewhat in the style of Chipotle or the Simple Greek, and they have some great add-ins available at no extra cost. They also offer right rice, their own blend of protein-rich veggies, which you can get instead of other grains. They also offer greens and grains, which is a nice way to get some veggies into the bowl. My protein was braised lamb, and the bowl tasted great with all the toppings and add-ins! Stopped by today for the first time for lunch... I think it's pretty accurate when people call it the Mediterranean Chipotle because it's pretty much the same setup. You can build a bowl with greens, grains, or half and half. They also have pitas. You pick the type of greens, then rice Basmati or Brown then dips or spreads then protein then toppings, then dressing. Plus a small pita bread accompanied the bowl. I decided on the greens/grains bowl $9.37+ Started with the super greens and brown rice topped with tzatziki sauce. For protein I had grilled chicken. Onto the toppings... tomato and onion salad, diced cucumber and tomato, Cauliflower quinoa tabbouleh, white bean salad, and crumbled feta cheese. For dressing I had some yogurt dill and lemon herb tahini. For my drink I tried the watermelon mint juice $2.50+ for a small. I was really happy with my selections everything tasted really fresh and I liked my combination. I probably should have tried a few more toppings and sauces but I wasn't sure if I would like everything. I noticed my bowl wasn't that full compared to the others so maybe next time I'll be more adventurous. The bowl was very filling and delicious and I also enjoyed the small pita bread. The watermelon mint juice was also pretty tasty and I got a refill to go. I definitely plan on returning and highly recommend. Ps. I have been to this location over 20 times and never had an issue until today when the staff didn't speak english and made communicating near impossible. I ordered extra chicken and was given one small scoop of what i ordered and then 3 extra pieces for what i paid extra for. 3 PIECES!!!! When asking for more I was denied and then moved onto toppings. In this section i was given 4 slices of pickles and very few of other toppings. After all of this I was hoping to at least get a decent amount of sauce. Nope. The cup was filled 1/4 of the way and it was overall an awful experience. Unfortunately i will not be coming back to this location which is the closest Cava to me. read more

The veggies had a lot of brussel sprouts, which I'm not the biggest fan, but I'll begrudgingly eat them because they're allegedly good for me. (I haven't seen the proof of this claim...)
