5 stars because: it's an awesome, tasty but healthy meal. Was not a fan of this style of food until I ate at Cava! Now I'm hooked! For a chain it's a step up in quality too! Not Cheesecake Factory level but more like a zen garden version of Shake shack. When you walk in you can smell the freshness of the food and it's pleasant for me, can't guarentee for others though. At first it was okay, after I ate it more and more, the aroma got ten times more appealing and now my body delights in it when I walk in. So this is one of those Chipotle style eats, but think healthy and Mediterranean. No matter what combo I do, I find the taste overall is very similar to each other haha so you can't go wrong. I guess that's the same with Chipotle... you can make all the variations you want, but they all kind of resemble each other. But that doesn't mean you can't customized to your personalized version of heaven. Find the combo that works for YOU! My sister has her favorites and my favorites are completely different and so is my bowl! It's kind of awesome how one place can have two completely different kind of bowls that match the person so well. At first I took suggestions from other people but as I experimented more I found other ingredients I'm crazy about! Now I am hooked pretty deep and have my set bowl of ingredients that I always get! Utensils: These are some of the highest quality disposable utensils I've gripped. SO SMOOTH! LOVE THEM! Had to give them a shout out haha Drinks: They have their own teas that they serve from their own fountain. Blueberry Lavendar is my favorite. I think this flavor is genius and tastes uniquely great! But give them all a go! It's just delightful. Free Pita: Dont forget to Pita! It's free but adds some extra carbs to your meal. It's worth it though, as is the entire Cava experience!!! I've been ordering from CAVA through Doordash for a while now, and my experience has been a bit of a mixed bag. The food, in general, is usually good. The flavors are diverse, and I enjoy the variety they offer. However, there's a recurring issue with the preparation - sometimes the vegetables are overly charred, which can affect the overall taste. Consistency seems to be a challenge here. Another point of frustration is that they're always forgetting the pita (that I pay extra for!) and it happens A LOT, maybe 1/3 of the time. When Cava gets it right, it's really good. I just wish they could improve the consistency in both the preparation of their dishes and ensuring all components are included in each order. read more

So far, I've been here twice. First time was a hit and this second time was a miss. The second time I went the rice was so hard and undercooked and it hurt my teeth to even eat. Maybe it was an off day. I'd come back and give them one more chance and hope my experience next time is more like the first time I dined here. read more

These bowls are better than your average salad bowl due to their unique dips+spreads offerings. The bowls will also fill you up more than most other fast casual restaurants would. Also, their cookies are delicious. read more

Online ordering does not work on their app and I can see why. They can't even handle walk-ins at this place. 30+mins to order and physically get your food in your hands is ridiculous. Somebody needs to re-train this place on what type of business model they are are trying to accomplish. I could of walked to shake shack and chipotle and ordered multiple times before I even got my order here. I come here for convenience and because the food is semi-decent. This is the 3rd time I've had an exorbitant wait and nobody even picks up their speed who works here. There 's literally only one girl trying to make the bowls with the line out the door and about 8 more workers pretending to do work or something. Do these people in line know something I don't know? They haven't moved and they ain't leaving. They must put gold flakes in their hummus. read more

I enjoyed the Mediterranean food here even though it came from a Chipotle-style food assembly line. Since we were there for in-between meals, we ordered only Kid's Mini Pita dishes ($6+). The rice is a bit on the hard side but falafel and the meatball are quite tasty. The harissa is deliciously, mildly spicy and complements the rice-lentil-roasted corn mixture. The price to portion ratio is a bit high imho, but they make it up in the taste section. 3.75/5 rating, but it may be worth trying again. read more

Wow! Honestly I couldn't have loved it more. The flavors are powerful and the combination options are endless. We went for dinner and got various bowls and a kids meal. We also got a side of pita chips, which were excellent. Everyone loved their meals and we loved trying new things. The fresh tea machines are so tasty and fun. The space was bigger than I expected, service was friendly, and the food was fresh. My only suggestions would be additional dessert options and more kid friendly veggies. But, we will for sure be back. read more

As on/off again vegetarians/vegans (fight me on it) me and my husband are always looking for new places where we can stuff ourselves with vegetarian or vegan food. I dipped into CAVA after gift shopping. The concept is easy - think chipotle for falafel. I ended up getting a pita bc I was in sandwich mode but the bowls people ordered looked really good too. Filled mine with "crazy feta" and tzatziki then added fafafel and chicken. Topped it with beets, cauliflower + quinoa and more feta because of course. Sauced it up with spicy turmeric. It's sooo good I'm ready to cry about it. I'm currently in the parking lot of another shopping mall chowing down and writing this. Already called my husband to tell him this breaking news. The employees are all really friendly and efficient. I will definitely be back. I'd post a pic but I've destroyed this thing and it looks like a crime scene in my car. read more

So nice to know that Cava continuously gets 5 stars from me. From its healthy options, to its quick service, and its modern interiors, I love eating at this restaurant while catching up with old friends. Sometimes you want to talk over a meal but want something healthy and Cava is my go-to for that! I get the supergreens mix with chicken, hummus, corn, pickled onions, lentils and tzatziki. Don't ever bother ordering pick up because you'll be waiting around. it's faster to just go in person even if the line wraps around the entire place. They completely messed up my online order yet again. I recommend going there in person to order rather than doing it over their website/app. Don't expect that your order will be correct. They gave me white rice instead of brown and the super greens instead of splendid greens. Food was good and the servers were great. One of the workers however was cleaning something using a machine that was as loud as a motorcycle. I was not able to order without yelling and being about 12 inches from the servers. This went on from the time they began mixing my salad until I sat down. This was inexcusable. I sat far from the counter but the noise was still too much. I went to the counter and yelled to the person making the noise to please have some brains and do that in the back kitchen. The manager said that it was not necessary to say that but as a manager he should have some sense. The noise was stopped for only 5 minutes then resumed for about another 10 min. This problem allowed by the management is only one part of this bad review. The tables are disgusting. They are sticky and have a blackish cast from the dirt sticking to the residue from lack of washing. This was an absolutely miserable experience. I arrived in a happy positive mood and left very angry. Bad store management! read more

absolutely horrible customer service and the manager has a nasty attitude problem when it comes to resolving a stolen mobile order. i watched the employees grab food from the kitchen bowls that she used to make our bowl in with her bare hands no gloves. refused to make my steak bowl that i paid extra for. this place is dog water. out of the cava locations i have been to this one should definitely be shut down and or under new management. should have went to McDonalds ran by highschool kids as they are ran MUCH better than this and its not even debatable. read more

If you love Mediterranean food and if you love the ability to customize, CAVA is the perfect combination of the both. It's a fast-casual experience similar to Chipotle. Ingredients taste fresh and there's LOTS of vegetables than the typical loading up of rice that I normally see at these types of restaurants. For meat, many of my friends recommended the braised lamb and even with the extra charge, it does not disappoint!! Free pita is available on the side with the order of a bowl. I didn't particularly care for the service at this location. It was my first time at a CAVA and when asked about the ingredients/the process of how to order, all they said was "It's like Chipotle"... NOT helpful!! Have a little pride in Mediterranean cuisine and learn your stuff! The only thing I have trouble with ordering the bowl is the option of both spreads and dressings. Spreads include things like hummus, tzatziki, or crazy feta. Dressings include more of the yogurt dill, lemon herb tahini. I love trying new things but somehow can't quite keep them apart since they're all over my bowl nor can I tell the difference between all the sauces once they're mixed together. Maybe it's a me problem... next time I'll be sure to order dressing on the side. But still, their ingredients and sauces are fresh & fun to experiment - worth a try for yourself!! read more

This place is DANGEROUS. As expected, walked into the "Chipotle" of Mediterranean YET I walked out with a happy tummy & as a BIG cava fan. The choices-varied and many; the staff-friendly and quick; the place--clean and accommodating. Let's get real, this place is THE dream. Feeling sassy? Want a bowl with BOTH grain and salad--this is the place. Want a pita? No problem! How about some protein with your Harissa or Red Pepper Hummus? Well you can have falafel, chicken, lam meatball, or some toasty roasted veggies! Top it off with some couscous, pickled onions or feta cheese. You can't go wrong here. Super tasty! I'm a fan of this - Mediterranean fast casual style where you can select premade combinations or build your own by choosing a base and a number of toppings. Also, many (but not all) of the selections were gluten free! However I had to look up the allergen information on the website - details were not on the menu. I had: Greens + grains (SuperGreens and RightRice), hummus, tzatziki, grilled chicken, diced cucumber, tomato+cucumber salad, corn, and yogurt dill dressing. I was impressed with the portion size and amount of protein in my bowl. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned (reminded me a little of Chipotle chicken...). Also, I feel the choice of up to 3 dips/spreads is really generous. You can build a lot of different flavor profiles. I was hesitant on the RightRice, but it was pretty good too. Didn't have a heavy taste to it (pretty neutral), and the texture was like that of mini orzo pasta. Nice alternative if you want to stay low carb while being able to soak up all the juices and flavors, but I think next time I would be fine with just greens. My only disappointment was that the falafel is not gluten free, but I would definitely eat here again! read more

Get: I am obsessed with their Blueberry Lavender Juice, lightly sweetened with a touch of lemon! Also I am partial to the Spicy Lamb whether it be in a pita or salad grain bowl. CAVA is an awesome lunch spot. It's basically Mediterranean Chipotle as you build your pita/salad/bowl while they prepare it for you. The interior is spacious. I've never had trouble getting a seat and I love that there are huge wooden-y tables. Also, I like that you can order your lunch ahead online and avoid the longer line that forms around noon. I really like how clean and fresh the dishes are. I don't feel extremely foodcoma-y after eating this. There are Pitas, Salads, Salad + Grain bowls and their dressings are delicious. My favorite one is their lemon herb tahini. I always get the spicy lamb meatballs, it's an extra charge but very good! This is a tasty healthy option. Went for a "quick" take out meal, 1 star for quick as there is no quick here. Many people work here, no one took orders for at least several minutes. Then only 1 person, very sweet that she was, started to help customers. As she passed our salads down, there was no one to continue. We waited. Someone came, started then went to get avocado, left for awhile, came back dropped down the pan of avocados, said something inaudible and left. Kept waiting. It was silly mix of so many workers, but no customer focus except first worker. Someone else finally stepped in finished us, except I'm still waiting for my side of Pita (asked a total of 4 times to different workers. Just needs some managerial over site and direction. This is such a better option to get than getting Chipotle from across the street. Much healthy and much fresher ingredients used. I love getting the falafel over some brown rice and greens. Drizzle it with some tahini sauce. Tasty perfection. I would also recommend getting a side of pita bread to go along with the hummus. Heads down really good stuff. Recurring customer, recurring disappointment. When it's good, it's very good but your odds of it being good are 1/10. Almost always will you end up finding that half the ingredients are missing. Tonight was literally 5 out of 10 ingredients missing, and the saffron basmati rice is literally just plain white rice. I don't understand how this location can be so consistent in no area other than being horrendously managed/operated. Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Today was our last visit here. read more
