Whoa. This place is incredible. Think "Greek Chipotle" in that you create your own dishes - the food is all SO FRESH and flavorful. My mother in law didn't care for the spiciness of the soup, and they happily gave her a new pita instead. Really great service, very helpful and patient for newcomers! They'll let you sample whatever you wish. Perfect for ay size portions. Just wish the meat were hotter (in temperature) but I like my food hot. The food is excellent - well done, especially for a brand new spot. Will be back again and again and again for sure. read more

Pleasantly surprised by the delicious salads and proteins. They have a number of toppings and you can add all of them if you like. They will give you a pita to go with it if you ask. Didn't even need a dressing on top but they have about 5-6 choices. The cold teas were great especially the cucumber mint. Very refreshing! I gave it a 4 because they didn't have any hot drinks and getting cold out it's what we craved. I'll gladly go again read more

Great healthy selections, huge portions and reasonable price! Great for a nice healthy meal. Excellent iced teas!

I like this place enough to come back a few times now. It reminds me of a Mediterranean Chipotle. You can definitely eat pretty healthy here and the quality of ingredients seem very fresh. read more

Ordered online and picked up in store. Was pretty easy to order online and easy to pick up. Ordered mini pitas with soup. I was not a fan of the soup as it was oily and little too tangy due to the cabbage. The pitas were awesome and I'm so glad I could choose two proteins. Got the falafel which I thought was amazing and chicken which was also good. Total meal was under $10 and was definitely worth it as it was fresh. read more

Amazing experience both times I've been here. They serve delicious nourishing tasty food and are very helpful in answering questions/personalizing your meal! I got the greens and grains bowl with super greens as a base, falafel, all the vegan fixings except onion, and topped it with the most savory green harissa sauce. They have refreshing drinks and teas- strawberry citrus is my favorite. Watermelon mint a close second! Highly recommend this place!! read more

This place has a set-up much like Chipotle. Food was fantastic, fresh and procured from local farmers. The staff is super nice and very patient as there are many people that had questions about the food. It's was a pleasurable experience and I will be back! read more

This mainly salad place is super fresh and has a lot of healthy choices. Reminds me of Chopt in NYC. Service is nice and the inside has a nice vibe. read more

This is a nice change of food. It reminds me of Mediterranean chipotle.

Delicious fresh healthy food, creative drinks, reasonable prices, good selection, vegetarian and vegan options, and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back. read more

Went here for dinner and was super impressed. It's new and clean and quiet. The workers were very helpful as I had a few questions. The best comparison I have is it's a Mediterranean chipotle. You choose your base and all your toppings and what not. I got saffron rice with falafel, pickled onions, tzatziki, jalapeño feta, tomato onion salad, and pita chips on the side. It was super yummy! They also have a delicious array in house made drinks like rosemary lime aid which was refreshing! I definitely found a new spot! read more

I enjoy stopping here to get lunch from time to time. I would say it's on the same level as Chipotle and Panera. I think the variety of foods available that feel "healthy" is nice, and it would be very easy to make your meal vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free. I like that their drinks are not your standard Coke or Pepsi, but different flavored lemonades and off brand sodas. It costs about $12 for a meal and drink. The environment itself is a bit loud and definitely can have a line during lunch, but it's a nice place if you're looking for something Mediterranean. read more

CAVA - Mediterranean Near Me - Bridgewater, New Jersey

Very nice. Fresh ingredients, lots of choices and quick ordering. The place is clean and well taken care of

This place is great! I went here for a Yelp event last month and loved it! I got a grain bowl-make your own bowl. I got brown rice with falafel and mixed veggies. I got almost all the toppings you can add and red pepper hummus with lemon herb tahini as my dressing. It was overflowing wih vegges! It was delicious, tasty and filling. The falafel was a bit mushy and too soft for my taste and they only put two small falafel balls in my bowl. Each bowl comes with a side of pita. I also tried the pita chips which were very good and tasty with the perfect amount of crunchiness to them. Every was fresh and healthy! They also have the option of a salad and daily soups. They portions of the bowls are big, great bang for your buck here! They have a ton of juices also to choose from. I really liked the blueberry lavender juice! My favorite! We really enjoyed it here, we went back for dinner again last week! read more

This restaurant is a great alternative to Chipotle! I love Mediterranean food, and here it's always fresh. The portions are huge, I always leave stuffed with plenty of leftovers. It is also SUPER vegetarian friendly, unlike many restaurants in the area. My favorite option is the greens and grains bowl, and the harissa dip is bomb so definitely try it if you like your food super spicy. read more

Brand new place, good customer service, price was decent.... but the most important food was just average. Nice location but better options nearby read more

This was a great experience all around. The staff was really helpful in walking me through the menu, the food was a great portion for the price, and I thought the taste was great too. Great job, Cava! I'll be back for certain. read more

The food is great! Fresh, well seasoned and delicious! Came here around 8:30pm and everything was still spot on! The employees were kind and helpful and the food was great. I got the watermelon mint drink and it was soo good. Worth spending the extra on one of their unique beverages. Very clean inside as well. Can't wait to come back. read more

Delicious and you can make it very healthy! 10 minute wait at 12:30..they must be doing something right!!!

I came here right after work without knowing what food they served because I got a free meal coupon in the mail. The food was so good and the staff was really nice, patient, and accommodating. The atmosphere was sleek and energetic. All in all, I loved it and I'll recommend it to anyone! read more

This place is awesome beats out all Mexican food places if you love Mediterranean food. Nothing beats it and one of a kind at the moment.

Was not impressed. Food was a little to spicy for my taste. Place was busy and noisy. Seating was not that comfortable, felt more like a high school cafeteria. Would not go back. read more

Came here for lunch and was satisfied. The app is super easy to order from and even gives you time slot options. They did mess up on one of the toppings by forgetting to add It. However You can tell the food is fresh and made in house. It's honestly a Mediterranean version of chipotle so if your looking for something different I'd say try It . Not my favorite but not the worst either . read more

Perhaps it's the novelty, but I like the food at this place. Essentially a chipotle for Mediterranean inspired foods. Their in house drinks are also delicious. Only downside is this particular location doesn't do a good job cleaning up their tables and chairs. Multiple times I've sat down to find my hands touching food grease on top of the table. The staff aren't also very attentive (Sunday afternoon was waiting when there was no one in front of me because the girl who does the toppings and dressing at the end was chatting with the girl at the register), they could use Chipotle staff training (though Chipotle has gone downhill a bit in that department too in recent years). read more

SO DELICIOUS!!! I am in love with this spot. I love how easy it is to customize your own pita. Their toppings are flavorful and filling. The fresh juices are also something to try!!! (Tip: mix them!) read more

Wish the staff was more welcoming. The place was empty when we visited and we stood there awkwardly for several minutes, ready to order, waiting to be helped. We weren't greeted and not a single word was said to us as we proceeded to move down the line of array of choices as I point and choose. It was a bare minimum interaction for a fast casual dining experience and the vibe given off made me think twice about choosing this place over chipotle across the street. read more

Love this place for lunch! Salads are very good - we love the build your own. Ordering is a little stressful (just because so many options). Don't forget to ask for the bread (they always seem to forget it). read more

Quick, fresh, lots of choices and absolutely delicious. I went for the first time today. The service was very friendly and accommodating. There are so many choices to mix and match up food. I got the pita and soup today. Pita was very flavorful, freshly baked and had nice crispy texture outside/soft inside. Selected falafel balls as protein and it was incredible. There are also several meat choices too that looked excellent. They let you add as many toppings as you want...you will probably run out of room. It is not your ordinary topping bar...you won't be disappointed trust me. It's like going to Chipotle, but with Mediterranean ingredients and meal choices. Enjoy as much as I did. I will be going back there for sure. It's not a fancy dine in eatery either. I would compare to Chipotle as well. Different color/decorating scheme. read more

I haven't been here many times but I just took my lunch break here and had the best customer service experience. The young woman who helped me was so kind, so professional, so friendly, and had a wonderful personality. Every customer that she would greet, she'd greet with a smile and pleasant attitude. Not only that, but her peers were respectful of her and the dynamic the employees shared seemed healthy. (She must have been a manager). Oh, and the food is good too. read more

My new go to for a quick meal. Healthy choices. It's modern Mediterranean food meets the chipotle model of build your own awesome pita, wrap or bowl or salad. The lamb meatballs are spicy and flavorful. The chicken it wonderful and the falafel and roasted vegetables are a great vegetarian choice. I must like it been here 6 times in 2 weeks!! read more

Fresh ingredients, generous portions. It was our first visit and will be back. Brightly lit restaurant with clean interior.

This is basically Chipotle but way better. You pick your base (pita, mini pita, choice of different lettuce mixes, or brown or white rice), choose your toppings and protein, and then your sauce on top. The spicy lamb meatballs are incredible. It's definitely a more healthy choice than other restaurants or fast casual dining options. I went here twice in one weekend because it was just THAT good. The first time, I dined in and ordered a pita which was incredible, and the service was super friendly. I didn't feel like I was bothering them like I do at Chipotle. The second time, I ordered my food from the extremely user-friendly app and picked it up. The employees had the food ready at the counter for me. I got a salad which was HUGE and so filling that it lasted me more than two meals. If you cut it into two or three bowls, it would be great for a cheap meal prep lunch. For the amount and quality of food you get, the prices are definitely worth it, although it's not too far off from other fast casual restaurants. I love this place, my new go-to! read more

Came here on a Thursday night.. Maybe things were just off but it was such a bad experience. The floors were horribly sticky.. The food wasn't fresh and sitting there for quite some time (rice was pretty dry because of that).. And food flavors were not very good at all.. Wouldn't try it again... read more

I love coming here but the bad service makes it difficult to actually enjoy it. The woman who was helping us was rude and seemed very unhappy. Normally I understand that workers are tired and busy but it was empty in the store. read more

Good food, especially for a quicker option. The set up is cute and the ingredients always seem super fresh!

I was searching for gluten free options in the area and came across CAVA. I have to say this was one of the best gluten free experiences I've had. The food is build-your-own, in the style of Chipotle, but for Mediterranean food. A nice manager-type woman took over my order and got everything from under the counter or behind the line to ensure no cross contamination. The line staff were pretty clueless, so it did require elevating, but it was very easy from there. Beyond that, the CAVA menu itself is mostly gluten free, so there were tons and tons of options! I actually found myself overwhelmed with options, which is the first time that's happened since my Celiac diagnosis years ago, ending up with a brown rice and lentil bowl with lamb meatballs, topped with hummus, tomato-cucumber salad, a diced carrot-currant topping, and black olives. I felt very safe eating here. They also have 4 specialty drink options - for example, cucumber-lime - all of which were great! If I lived near here, this would definitely become one of my go-to lunch and quick dinner places. read more

Omigod, I love this place! Its a great place to pick up a meal to go. Everything is tasty and the line moves quickly. It is also seems to be a healthier option compared to the other fast-casual restaurants in the area. read more

Got lunch there twice. The food was decent, but you can tell it's chain food rather than what you would get from a good mom & pop. I don't like the fact that they throw everything in one bowl together. Would rather have some separation in the toppings, but that's just a quirk of mine. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but if I was running errands and hungry, would consider stopping here for lunch if it was nearby. They're a little expensive too, IMO. read more

Great healthy food options for clean eating!! Excellent, friendly staff too. We've been back 4 times since we first tried beginning of December. It's terrific! read more
