Manassas Spring & Alignment

Manassas Spring & Alignment

I'm the owner of a small business (LLC) and I am the only employee. I drive an older Isuzu box…read moretruck. I took it here to get king pins and an alignment. Price was $1,100.00 which was great. Their motto is "Let us make your truck great again". 18 months later, I took my personal Ford F250 , that I had been working on for three months in my garage on jack stands, doing a mini-restoration lol. I personally replaced all suspension components other than the inner and outer tie rod ends, sleeves, and center link. I took it here and asked for an alignment and an estimate on those items and the right front spring because the truck always sat a little low on that side. I've owned the truck for 15 years. Zack says ballparkish $800 or so for all. One week later I find out the bill is $1,200!! I about had a heart attack! And that's without my spring being fixed. I asked Steve what work was performed to acquire $1,200? His reply to me, while slapping his hand down HARD on the counter "check the prices at a dealer ". I'm thinking to myself the parts are only $500 and the alignment is $100. I asked how could this be so expensive. As he slapped his hand down hard on the counter for a second time, he says I had two men working for two hours on your truck. As I'm struggling to keep my cool, I said two men for two hours to replace tie rods ends on a Ford F250?! I felt taken advantage of as I was not called about the price increase before any work was performed. So ... he said he would reduce the price by $90.00 . "WOW , really?! "At this point I had no choice but to pay the bill so I could get my truck back. To sum it up I find it somewhat ridiculous that it would take two experienced alignment techs two hours each ($400) plus an additional 1 hour for alignment ($100) = $500 to install tie rods and complete an alignment on a Ford F250. Also, upon inspecting my truck when I arrived home, I found greasy fingerprints and hand mark smudges on my brand new tires and brand new white wagon wheel rims and several other places on the paint and chrome front bumper. As my was truck freshly washed and tires and rims installed before leaving it in their care. Highly disappointed with the quality and customer service. Bobby Russell

I tried to drive to work. I got 1/2 a mile and the ball joint came apart. I had it towed to my normal garage, they put all new ball joints in it. I took it back to them. They said they couldn't line it up. All the ball joints were loose. they said they lined up before the ball joint fell apart. My mechanic says they never looked at it. I wouldn't take anything to these people. I'm in the process of speaking to a lawyer. You'll be hearing from me soon. I can't give them any stars
