Garage door closed (it was winter) but clearly marked for inspections. Realized later that there was a big vehicle parked in front of the entrance with the name of the company. That door is to the right of the garage door. Interesting waiting room. Lots of antiques to look at. Creepy dolls, age old magazines, Christmas decorations, and piles of 8-tracks! The wait was very entertaining!! Great music while you wait too!!! Everyone super friendly. Inspection was $20. I'll be back in a year :)

They use classic bait-and-switch tactics to avoid taxes and overcharge customers. Initially, they quoted me a ridiculous $930 for labor on my Lexus ES350, then offered to "lower" it to $790 only if I paid in CASH. This is clearly a tactic to avoid taxes while still charging premium rates. I provided all my own parts (spark plugs and two catalytic converters). Even though they only installed ONE of the two converters, they still forced me to pay the full "cash price" we had discussed for the entire job. When I asked about the second converter--which is a simple 30-minute job in the front of the engine--the mechanic tried to extort another $350 from me! To make it worse, the mechanic lied to my face about the technical difficulty of the job to justify his price hiking, claiming the rear catalyst is easier to access than the front one (a blatant lie to anyone who knows Lexus engines). These people are not honest mechanics; they are predators looking for cash-heavy transactions. The shop is empty for a reason. Check the other reviews--I'm not the only one they've tried to scam. Do yourself a favor and go to a professional shop that accepts cards and provides honest estimates.

However, they don't offer it or tell you it is needed. You will be in for a surprise when it comes time to renew your tags. The manager did comp my emissions inspection. Brought it to them and they figured out all my issues like new alternator, wheel bearing with all the fixings, and fixed the air vents not changing with the controls. They also gave me things to look out for when I asked what they think of the truck or if it's junk. They gave me price quotes for things I want to do in the future when I asked too. They may be a little pricey but they like using OEM parts for things that affect the engine or performance plus they warranty their work and are honest about it all. I like the invoice they send with pictures of things that concern them with their recommendations. And to the mechanic that worked on my truck. Sorry I didn't realize it was soo muddy underneath. Since I paid for a multipoint checkup, I think it was entirely reasonable to expect an opportunity to ask the mechanic a few questions about what he actually observed during the inspection--not simply be handed a general "everything looks fine" conclusion. After the inspection, I paid the charges but was told the mechanic was not available to speak with me. I asked that he contact me afterward, but no one did. I called again and received no response. Because I had been led to believe I would be contacted, I ultimately drove back to the shop in person, only to then be told that mechanics do not speak with customers. That was particularly frustrating because I had made my expectations clear before the appointment. I did not bring the vehicle in merely to receive a generic assurance that "everything is fine." I wanted the benefit of the mechanic's actual observations after examining the vehicle, especially before a 1,200-mile drive. At this point, despite paying for the evaluation, I have very little understanding of the actual condition of my vehicle beyond a summary declaration that all was well. If all I wanted was a rubber stamp, I could have gone elsewhere. What I expected was a meaningful inspection followed by enough communication to understand what was found and whether there is anything I should monitor, maintain, or address in the foreseeable future. I'm frustrated that, after paying for what I expected to be a meaningful evaluation, I now have to take my car somewhere else and pay again just to get the proper assessment and explanation this shop failed to provide.

Initially, I received excellent service from Julian, a serviceman who assisted me at the front desk. He provided a lot of helpful information about my warranty and offered various services related to the lights. While waiting for the repairs, Julian kept me informed about the expected duration and when the parts would arrive. I appreciated his communication. However, things took a turn when Julian had to consult with his service manager, Tamara, regarding the battery and whether it would be covered by the warranty. It was at this point that problems arose. Tamara suddenly claimed that none of the work on the lights would be covered due to pre-existing superficial damage to one of the taillights, which I had not mentioned when dropping off the vehicle. It's important to note that the issue I brought in the vehicle for concerned all four lights malfunctioning, not just the damaged taillight. Throughout the process, Tamara displayed rudeness and a lack of professionalism, refusing to assist me in any way and making the situation needlessly difficult. To make matters worse, Tamara decided to reissue a report that had already been sent to me, now including a charge for a diagnostic fee for the lights. The existence of the small damage was already known when I dropped off the vehicle, and no mention was made of a diagnostic fee until Tamara became involved. When I arrived at the office, I was surprised to find a new bill that included this charge, even though Julian had previously sent me the same bill without it. Julian seemed almost embarrassed to hand me the updated bill, knowing that Tamara had added the charge. Throughout the entire process, Julian tried his best to maintain professionalism and rectified the situation by removing the obviously unfounded diagnostic charge. Moreover, when I entered the office, Julian was kind and provided me with good service, acting as if there were no issues. However, Tamara positioned herself aggressively close to me, making me feel confronted, and repeatedly asked if I was satisfied with her service, despite our previous conflicts and my expressed dissatisfaction. It appeared to be an intentional attempt to provoke a reaction. Overall, the experience with Julian was positive, but Tamara's behavior was unprofessional, aggressive, and tarnished the reputation of your company. I was under the impression that inspections were covered by my warranty based on previous visits, but Tamara insisted otherwise unless I could provide specific warranty clauses. In the end, it all felt very unprofessional and was an embarrassment to your company's name."

Sketchy at best. I would have spent thousands and most likely broken down in the near future had i…read morelet them do what they wanted. Took my 2000 Lincoln town car in for a trip check. They gave my whole car a clean bill of health(this will be important later) except for a "coolant leak". They said they needed to pressure test and dye my system and see where the leak was coming from to the tune of 150$. NEVER PAY FOR A PRESSURE TEST!! auto zone will rent you a pressure test system FREE OF CHARGE. So I went and got an autozone test kit and pressure tested the system. No leaks!! It was my ac compressor that was leaking a bunch of PAG oil. The leak had nothing to do with my coolant at all. A day later my ac compressor completely broke down so that's when I went ahead and replaced my compressor and dryer my self which cost me about 250$, but it can be an extensive job, a shop will charge you well over 600$ for it. If I had been someone who wasn't car savvy and just let them pressure test it to find no leak then charge for ac compressor replacement I'd be out a lot of money. The " professional technicians" should have seen that it was clearly leaking from the compressor, the coolant was not low even a little. Either they were trying to take advantage of me and charge me for a service they know I didn't need and rip me off or they were too incompetent to see that liquid clearly dripping from my ac compressor wasn't coolant. Not sure which is worse. Steer clear
