A few days later, I get a call saying that someone had found my wallet and that they'd gone through immense effort to return it to me. My school ID had been in my wallet and they had called my school to let them know they had my wallet. I had been looking everywhere with no luck, and then while walking through Cap Hill I spotted the PERFECT pair of black and pink TrippNYC cargo pants in the window. I went inside and asked two lovely associates Tiara and Maria about them, and even though the store was out of stock, they did not give up on me. These two literally pulled a full mannequin out of the window display, moved all the merch around it, pulled the pants off and practically undressed the poor guy, just so I could try them on. I'm not kidding. That is NEXT LEVEL customer service. The mannequin was wearing a medium and I usually wear a large, so I thought it was over. But since they're super baggy cargos, we decided to try it anyway... PERFECT. FIT. Not only did they fit, but they matched perfectly. I walked out with exactly what I was hoping for, and honestly it made my whole day. Huge shoutout to Tiara and Maria for being so kind, helpful, and willing to go way above and beyond. The staff was unable to provide the correct size in less than 2 weeks, and I would be back in Arizona by then. I was willing just to give the t-shirt back to them, as it has no use or purpose for me.
