Went up to Seattle during winter break and stopped by Zebra Club. Had such a great experience! The employees were very friendly and I absolutely love the shirt and hat I bought from them. On another note, I ended up forgetting my wallet there and flew out of the state without it when I went home. A few days later, I get a call saying that someone had found my wallet and that they'd gone through immense effort to return it to me. My school ID had been in my wallet and they had called my school to let them know they had my wallet. Dreams come true, and I've got Nishant at ZebraClub to thank. After tirelessly searching the internet for Rose Gold Impala roller skates in size 8 I was certain I would never find a pair. The only place that had an 8 in stock was EBay and I'm unemployed (like a lot of folks during Covid-19) and I can't afford a bidding war. I went to Impala's website and looked in my zip code for stores that carry their product. I was directed to ZebraClub. I went online to find that they had the skates I've been coveting IN MY SIZE! I was over the moon when I hit that order button. I received a call the next morning from Nishant who informed me both skates were unfortunately the left skate (an error that they tried to have corrected via the company but there is no available stock). They offered me another style/color combo in my size. Almost succumbing to defeat I adjusted my mind to another pair of skates. I am always nervous when I order clothes online (can't go in person right now during the pandemic), but when my romper, sweater, dress, and shirt arrived, I was so impressed by how cute they looked and at how well they all fit! I found ZebraClub mentioned in a thread promoting local businesses to support in the midst of the current situation, and decided to take a chance ordering a couple of casual dresses from them now that the weather's heating up. They arrived quickly, fit well, and are so comfortable for both outside wear or just lounging at home. I'm especially glad to have them these past few days of sudden 80+ degree weather. It was a long time, since shopping here...the last time was back in highschool buying Z sweaters, International News sweatshirts, and jeans folded tight on the end. It was refreshing to come in with trendy urban clothing. Not much for selections for guys but have brands such as Obey but always changing brands because trends not selling well. I really like MG Black but they stop carrying that brand. I came on a day with 30% off so I went to town but the salesperson kept telling me that is what we got and Bellevue store has more selections. I was force to do two transactions, one being on the phone with the Bellevue store to purchase items that the downtown store didnt have. Both transaction took a long time because of sales error and made me come back the next day to pick up the items from the Bellevue store which they didnt have come in as promise which I pay for parking to pickup. They did make it up by shipping it UPS to me so in the end it work out for me. I would come back again because Zebraclub carrys Guestkids clothing and my 2yr old daughter loves that brand. read more

Great selection.. And great quality. I bought a Herschel backpack that I've been eyeing on Bloomingdales website for quite some time. After seeing the backpack in the store, a salesman advised they MAY have a 4th of July weekend sale. On a whim, I came back on the weekend and although they didn't have a sale, they were kind enough to give me a 10% discount. So why the 2 stars? After ringing me up, I went to check in yelp and saw the 30% discount. Quick exchange for the discount right?? Nope. Apparently the 10% discount meant the backpack was a final sale. Neither of the employees that helped me out heard my frugal cries??? No one could have told me that in advance?? As an active yelper.. Especially one of the girls that works there. I've never been force-fed before, but now I think I know what it feels like. Made me want to throw up all over that overpriced denim. I absolutely loved this store. It's probably one of the hippest urban clothes and accessories I've ever seen. The Customer Service was great and very attentive. The store carries some pretty unique streetwear and even have Daniel Wellington watches! I'll definitely need to return to get some more stuff before leaving Seattle. It's a bit pricey because it's a boutique, so beware of the prices! I came during Columbus Day weekend and all the full priced items were 25% off. read more

To set the record straight.... I am a downtown wanderer. Zebraclub is on my route, so i literally wander in there an average of oh, let's say four times a week. Therefore, I fancy myself a bit of a Zebraclub aficionado. So fresh. So clean. I love Zebraclub. Good selection of shoes, dependable and super big selection of tees, but where I have really scored at Zebraclub is in the jacket department. Seriously, this last winter I found ALL of my jackets there. And they were all super-amazing and diverse. And I kind of wish it was still winter so I could be wearing them. Moving forward, not only have I never had any negative experiences with the staff here, I actually like the staff. They are funny and friendly and not vibey. There's lots of talk in the reviews that came before mine of G-Star and Diesel. As far as I know, they no longer carry G-Star, and the Diesel line must be smallish or limited to the guys' wear. Which is awesome....makes room for the more original lines that I rarely see anywhere else. My only wish is for women's accessories, but also there's that thing about people in hell wanting ice water. Or something. P.S. If you want to see piranha salespeople in action, head up the street to the Diesel store. Yuk and really awkward. read more

This particular ZebraClub has stellar customer service. Every time i've gone in, they've been more than accommodating. And it's never too much. It's not over the top. It's almost like going in with a friend who is suggesting things or telling you which sales they noticed - I like that kind of approach. The prices are what can be expected from ZC but always check the sale racks. They'll even hold your things at the register if you don't feel like lugging them around the store while you continue to browse. TIPS -Fitting rooms aren't 100% private. There are holes in the doors. Luckily when I noticed the back of a 6'4" guy in the mirror reflection while changing, it was my fiance! -Check the Sale Racks! -Ask for sizes, they are always happy to check or suggest where you can find the item! read more

This was my favorite place to shop downtown, especially when I was on my way back to the bus tunnels after getting my hair cut at Vain down the street. They staff here was very nice, and even gave me a discount when it was my birthday! I always found really awesome, street fashionable items to wear, and they had very reasonable sales racks. First of all, American Apparel does not own Zebra Club in any way, shape or form. I feel like the girl ranting about AA and not really Zebraclub was on an off topic rant, so please disregard. Zebra Club is a boutique, so the prices I understand. Alot of the streetwear they offer is pretty genuine and harder to find in the rest of Seattle. Just recently in the past few years has Urban Outfitters started to focus a little more on street wear and more obscure labels. Every time I go in Zebracub, I am always greeted with a friendly "Hello! How are you doing?", whether it's from the cashier or someone on the sales floor. Merchandise wise, they offer an array of styles yet it still works. I'm not a big graphic tee obnoxious colors kinda girl, but I still find tons of stuff that I want there. The sales are also really affordable. For a boutique. their markdowns are pretty frequent and on top of things! All in all, I like this place! read more

Definitely like this Zebraclub more than the one that used to be in Capitol Hill. It always seems to be a better store for men than women but the clothes are great quality and the shoes are pretty cool too. Good stop for tourists visiting the Market. Prices can be a bit steep but there are some great finds if you have a little time to look for them. read more

This store would have gotten 4 stars but they discontinued their G-Star line. I feel this store is getting away from of the hippie urban and moving into the more commercialized urban. Though they are not yet HOODish. They still carry Diesel but the your probably better going to the full Diesel store 3 blocks away. Worth checking out though and the service is great. read more
